Chilliwack Ford has great staff and service, I own an F-350 that I bought at this location and it has been an amazing purchase with little to no repairs with about 190,000km on it. Pricing for maintenance and repairs has been very reasonable, didnt have to fight for warranty claims. I'm overall very happy and will continue to service my vehicle here every 8000km.

Our Ford F150 was making some grinding noises on the left front wheel. We took it into a few shops in town and no one could figure out what it was. We were told that we had to change a few things but that they could not guarantee that it would fix the grinding noise. We then took it in to Ford, they had a look and fixed the problem right away. These guys have great staff with awesome customer service skills and they make the entire process painless. Most recently I had the privilege of dealing with Savanah in Service, who was great from start to finish. Dropping the truck off was fast, in and out in 5 minutes and when I came back to pick it up, she went over the full report with me to make sure all of my questions were answered. I was only browsing and then I ended up finding a vehicle I really liked. The salesman Richard was super nice and super respectful. I had a 2013 equinox to trade in and I felt like they gave me a reasonable offer on it. I originally went in to see a Ford Escape but didn’t like it. I test drove another vehicle and fell in love. In the end I felt like the team was very reasonable on the final pricing. Trade in, buying and financing all took about 2 days of phone calls. Excellent service & interaction start to finish at Chilliwack Ford. It began with Chad in parts, who was courteous and quickly sourced a power steering cooler line (priced similar to online) that I could not find locally. On a serendipitous whim, I phoned service and spoke to Connie (I think) who gave me a quote and an appointment in only three days (part took 2 days to arrive). I was "chauffeured" to and from the laundromat and was able to clean large blankets while awaiting repairs. Bonus! Then, waiting room was comfortable - and outdoor covered area is available too. Everything went off like clockwork. Texts kept me informed. Vehicle was completed on time. It's only a couple of days, but so far, no leak! Definitely recommend Chilliwack Ford. And, received a couple of parting gifts! Double Bonus. Also, it pays to contact the dealership. On my call to inquire about service, I was immediately informed there is a new recall on my airbag. (Unsure if the other garages I have been to were aware of this, but they did not inform me.) So I will be back for that repair. Then, maybe, I will get my sleeping bags cleaned!

Do not use the service department. I waited 3 weeks for my vehicle to be repaired and the only time I was contacted by Chris Lefebvre was when my vehicle arrived and when it was ready to be picked up. I expressed my frustration to another staff member who informed me that they are short staffed, this is no excuse for poor communication. I use my vehicle for work and this was huge inconvenience, the least they could have done was keep me updated regarding the status of my vehicle, especially considering they failed to meet several repair deadlines. My dad has been a customer of Chilliwack Ford for the last 10 years and he was very disappointed to hear how my repair was handled.

I was contacted with enough time and informed of a service department lock down that wouldn't allow me to use the shuttle as planned. Chilliwack Ford went above and beyond to accommodate me by picking up and dropping off my vehicle at my place of work. My 2003 F350 was broken into three weeks ago in an attempted theft and I had the truck towed to Chilliwack Ford to get necessary repairs taken care of via the ICBC claim. Unfortunately, one of the parts that needed to be replaced took over two weeks to arrive from the US. But during this time Chris kept me informed as to what was going on be email and phone. There was nothing that could be done to speed up the process so while the truck was with Chilliwack Ford I asked Chris to give me a quote on quite a bit of maintenance I was about to have done by my regular diesel truck service provider. Chris came in with a lower price so it was a no brainer to have Ford do the work while I waited. I got the truck back yesterday and could not be happier with the work that was done, and the service level provided by Chris. The old F350 was treated like a brand new one. Thank-you Chris and everyone in the service department. I will be back for my next scheduled maintenance or any other of the upgrades on the horizon. .

Went here to order a truck that was $4000 less than MSRP and left after 15min. feeling like I'd been in a used card dealership. Instead of a "Purchase Agreement" they wanted an "Agreement to Purchase" signed. The Agreement did not show the delivery date, deposit taxes, fees, and the final price. This is not in accordance with the MVSABC. 6.1.2. An offer to purchase should include any additional costs or credits that will apply to the final purchase price and that are known to the dealer or salesperson at the time that the offer to purchase is made.

The service especially in the maintenance department has always been excellent. I’ve had two Fords vehicles, and while they do provide excellent service and excellent warranty’s, thankfully with both vehicles I invested in extended warranty’s, I’ve had transmission problems with form my CRV and my Edge. My Ford Edge had to go through a complete engine replacement just and the end of my extended power train warranty, they covered the complete replacement, with a replacement vehicle. So while I’ve been happy & relieved with customer service, even for my meltdowns for this news, I’ve sadly been incredibly frustrated with Ford vehicle power train quality.

The atmosphere is one of smug heaviness, at least in the service department. My 2018 F-150 had recalls and a check engine light on, still under warranty, nothing available for a week to even let me know if I should be driving it, plus no courtesy car for a month! Took it across the street to OK Tire and got immediate service AND use of the manager's courtesy car! Also needed a replacement key fob and was quoted approximately $350... checked at MSA Ford in Abbotsford, $280... ripoff artists. Lost my business permanently.

I received awesome service from Brandon at Chilliwack on July 15, 2021. Honestly can't say enough good things. My Ford Sport Trac needed the front left wheel bearing done. That was taken care of but after I drove it away I noticed that the noise was still there. Turns out the right front bearing was shot too. Knowing I was having some financial issues at this time, Brandon arranged for the right bearing to be taken care of on the house. I was, frankly, stunned! This was a significant amount of money and it really helped me out. I can't thank him and the service staff enough. I always get great service there but this was something else! I wish I could add an extra couple of stars. Obviously, this was a one off, but man, really appreciated!

I said I would never go back there after I had my summer tires swapped with winters and they then "shredded my tires" cause the tread was to low. They never asked me or told me even, they just shredded them. After a little dispute about it which I had no ground to stand on since they were supposedly now gone, my word against there's and I walked out of there needing to buy another set of tires... Well I went back to get my brakes checked 2 years later... I received an INSANE quote of multiple thousands of dollars to get them replaced. They claimed my front calipers slides were seized and I should change the back ones also due to age (my car is only 7 years old). I bought pads and rotors at Napa for just under $600 and did it myself on a weekend to discover all my calipers were working perfectly fine. Now I will never be going back.

Brought in an F350 with transmission problems 8:30 Monday morning - Feb.29, 2016. This truck has 815,000 km (same motor/turbo) and is used for contract mail hauling to remote communities (gravel roads) and now is 1000+ km from my Wednesday starting point and immobile. Big problem! These guys made things happen and by 4:00 P.M. I am on the road again 100% repaired - range selector sensor assembly corroded beyond repair (salt!) - thus replaced. I want to specifically thank Justin (sales advisor who took my problem seriously), Connie (service manager who oversaw work flow and provided temporary transportation), and Dan (the guy who did the job and spliced all those wires). 2018 bought a new Ford Edge from Chilliwack Ford. Had problems with the "Sync" not working intermittently. I would take it in to Chilliwack Ford. They would say nothing they could do, because it's working now. I stopped at Chilliwack Ford when it wasn't working. The tech looked at it for 5 minutes, then said "I don't have time now, but next time your in we will look at it." Next time it was in, same thing "it's working nothing we can do with it." Sun roof stops working, take it in. They reboot it, and it works for a week, or two then stops working. Next time it's in, reboot again. This goes on until the warranty is off the car. Take the car in for service, tell them you guys never fixed the sync, what are you going to do about it, and the sun roof doesn't work after all these years. Get the car back. Charged $159.50 to do nothing to the sync. Charged $79.75 to do a reboot on the sun roof. Probably will stop working in a week, or two. I have only bought new Ford vehicles sense 1978. This fall I am going to buy a new truck. Ford will not be looked at, because Chilliwack Ford is the only dealer in Chilliwack that you can get servicing done at. Colin McLean

Its rare to find sales people who don't try to push you into vehicles over budget or get you to compromise but we were lucky to find Matt who just listened to what we wanted and found it in our budget. My review is based solely on the service department. Have had my SHO serviced here several times now and they did a great job each time. They even give you a coupon for a free car wash at Trixies. I find that they haven't tried to up-sell me on unnecessary service (a nice change). They have a shuttle that will take you wherever you need. My only complaint is the price. Their oil changes are far more expensive than other dealers (twice the price of Valley Toyota). Price of a full synthetic here is double that of Valley Toyota's (128.00 vs 59.99 ).

Very pleased and surprised with both the parts and service departments. I pulled up at 4:49 pm and needed a new bulb for my tail light. Despite the fact that they were getting ready to close and had no mechanics at hand they provided me with the bulb and had a guy there to change it. The most surprising part......no charge for the change or the bulb!!! I know it was a minor thing and a cheap part but still it was great to see them 3 people jump to the service. Nice work guys!

I bought my vehicle from them nearly 4 years ago and have had all my services done there. They never try and sell me things I don’t need and I never have any surprises on my bills. They were also so accommodating with my very last minute request after they were basically done my last service and I decided to ask about getting something purchased and installed, they had it in stock and fit me in to have it done the same day. As of late I've had great experiences with their service department specifically when dealing with Connie and/or Dave. They've gone above and beyond to sort out some warranty and non-warranty concerns i've had with my truck. The only reason I haven't given them 5 stars is due to multiple bad past experience which seem to be isolated instances. If you were like myself and diverted your vehicle service to other shops it's worth giving Chilliwack Ford another shot as they've been great as of late.

Service refused to work on an E-350 motor because a motorhome body was attached to it. The work needed was purely Ford engine and had nothing to do with the rest of the vehicle. Ford Canada shouldn't be selling chassis' for RV's if they won't work on their own product.

Please never go here for service, I bought my car new from these guys, sales staff is fantastic! Sales managers rock! It's just the service department that is extremely lacking, they have no idea what they are doing, they have issues diagnosing your vehicle and the day you don't have coverage when you do. They threatened to charge me for a warranty repair and said that I will find out if I have a bill when the work is done. They are extremely rude and do not care for the customer at all. Magnuson Ford in Abbotsford has taken better care of me and they didn't even sell me the damn car! Chilliwack Ford you really need to know how to treat people, especially when they spend $50,000 on one of your vehicles.

I've had my F-150 in for regular maintenance, as well as warranty issues, and with each visit, the Chilliwack Ford service department gains more of my trust and confidence. The service advisors are friendly, knowledgeable, and do their utmost to keep my cost as low as possible. They don't recommend unnecessary work, and they are honest and upfront about work that is required. Auto repair shops have a pretty negative stereotype attached to them....that they over-charge, they don't fix the issue, they are only out to get as much money from you as they can, etc. Give Chilliwack Ford service a chance to prove that they definitely don't fit this stereotype. You won't be disappointed.

I recently had my second visit to Chilliwack Ford for an oil change on my escape. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a ‘hello’ and ‘how are you today?’ from Savannah. She was kind and welcoming. I also spoke with the parts department about my tires, they were willing to give me quotes on some tires but were honest with me about the tread and that I was still good for awhile. There was no sales pitch to buy new tires while I was there. I appreciated this very much. Once my car was finished Savannah went through my bill with me with detail. I appreciate the kind and courteous staff. Thank you.

I want to share my recent experience at chilliwack ford. I had a pretty extensive warranty repair that needed to be done on my new truck. Dave took the time and extra care to make sure my repair went flawless, and walked me though the entire process so I knew my truck was well taken care of. The entire service team is very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend this shop 100%.
