Had a very pleasant experience getting a new car through atwals auto, he was so very helpful and made us feel comfortable and was a very sweet and honest man! Highly recommend getting a car through them!
I was unbelievably surprised at the honesty and helpfulness I found at atwals auto. I had a problem they helped me solve and saved me huge money and a huge headache. I will be referring everyone I know to atwals auto. Thanks you both!! My appreciation is indescribable!!
All they will do is lie. I got a car from this place and it’s been my biggest regret over the last year and a half. Don’t trust this place
Excellent after sales support.
The dealer are great people and I did work experience for them and they great to work for
This is our second time buying a mini van from Atwals Auto and we are even more pleased this time around than we were 7 years ago. Service is great, they're honest and really want customers to get the right car to meet their needs. Highly recommend and will be back once we've driven this van into the ground. :D
Went above & beyond to help us with getting us on the road, polite, courtious & extremely helpful, would recommend to all family & friends
Great sales and service. Much better that your typical "used car lot". They are spread a little thin with minimum staff and they are doing the best they can to work for you, within the current structure. Paul is the greatest and the overall experience for the most part has been good. Would recommend.
Small little shop and friendly sales person. Couldn't work out a deal in the end. No money grab doc fees! But no wiggle room on prices.
No pressure sales ...seem nice...
Honest dealer, don't push and annoy you to close the deal.
Very excellent service and polite. Works with the cuatomers.
Ask for Paul he will always give you a great deal!
Incredible family owned smaller business. Their prices are reasonable and the service is superb. I bought an older city of Chilliwack work truck from them and about a month and half later the brakes were grinding terribly. Bittu asked me to bring the truck in for a look and replaced the brakes at no charge to me and also checked the back ones to ensure no future problems arises. A+++++ on price friendly service and good staff. Thanks Atwal
This is a small privately run car lot . The 2 gentlemen that work there are not pushy and don't pressure you to buy.
amazing customer service
Good experience dealing with the sales staff
Bitu and Paul super nice guys.Very helpful for a big purchase and decision I had to make.
very friendly service highly recommend them
A few years ago I got a fantastic deal. The van was perfect and exactly what I needed at the time. Things have changed since then and once again, these guys did not fail. I got a Jeep liberty from them. It's the culmination of everything we need, right down to safety features for my special needs son and step daughter. I'm a returning customer. I encourage everyone to be like me. ????
Great prices. Bought Malibu from them and it's been a great car
So happy we got our vehicle at AtWals auto. Spectacular customer service, friendly, and knowledgeable of their vehicles. No scams here. If your in need of a vehicle I highly recommend this fantastic car lot!
Very good team and had a really great experience buying car from there. Will definitely come back again in future. Thank you!!
one of the best dealership in town, no pressure sales paul was awesome highly recommend them.
I would definitely do your research before purchasing any vehicle here. Know the history on the vehicle before you lay out any money. My personal dealing with one individual here was slimy and that's being nice. Some of their ad's don't even match the vehicle that are displayed in the photo. 2015 Honda civic and the picture is a Chevy cruze. Come on... really? Not somewhere I'd recommend purchasing a vehicle. You're welcome for the 1 star.
great experience buying a van from them, highly recommend them
Great service, non pushy people, great selection and good deals! Was very impressed with my purchase through atwals! Will definitely pass the word on of the great experience we had there.
Friendly and very helpful.

Best place to get a used vehicle in Chilliwack in my opinion. So easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and great inventory. Defiantly will go back.

I'm going to preface with this statement: I am unfamiliar with the secondhand vehicle industry. I don't know what's common, and what sort of expectations most people have when they shop for a used vehicle. Going into my review: My boyfriend and I purchased vehicles from Atwals Auto at the beginning of the pandemic. I purchased a 2013 Dodge Dart. My boyfriend purchased a 2012 Dodge Avenger. All was wonderful during the transactions. Atwal was friendly, did not come across as predatory. The first issue that cropped up was mine. A week into owning my new Dart, the fuel pump went. Now, I've been told that such an issue is difficult to be prepared for. Fuel pumps kinda just go when they go, at no fault to the dealer. I understand that. The situation itself was a positive one for me, as I phoned Atwal and he immediately helped me get my car towed and repaired. I was shaken, as this car is the newest one I've owned, and the most expensive. It was already breaking down!? But things were handled wonderfully, and I shook off my panic. Not long after that, I took my car into a mechanic for a tune-up. If the fuel pump had gone so soon after purchase, what else was wrong? My AC wasn't working properly, either. Here's a list of what I had to do for my car, very shortly after I bought it: A complete tune-up (all filters, spark plugs, etc needed to get done. The mechanic said it was likely my car had never been through a tune-up before. It was so disgusting - my AC worked after a filter change. How plugged did it need to be!?) My rear brakes had to be replaced, including the rotor. They weren't safe. My back wheels weren't road safe. I had to get new tires immediately. Please keep in mind that for me, all of this immediately after I got the car was overwhelming. I had asked if the car was road safe and had been taken care of. I was told all was in order, that I wouldn't need to do anything for some time. I do not like being lied to. I know cars require upkeep - that's a fact of life. But I do like to think that dealers clean and repair the cars they offer, so when they're sold, the new owners have something that's 100% good to go for some time. Is that not common practice? I would have felt better if I had been told the car desperately needed a tune-up, rear brakes and rotors, and back tires before I had purchased it. Would it have stopped me from buying the car? Maybe. Maybe not. But because of the inaccurate information I was given, and the amount of money I had to put into the car mere days after I had purchased it, I will not return to Atwals for a used car again. My trust is broken. That is my experience. I know now that it's common for people to take prospective cars to a mechanic for a diagnostic. I didn't realize that I should have done so - my fault for being naive, I suppose. As for my boyfriend's experience, it's even worse than mine. His car has not been reliable since nearly the first month of owning the thing. It started out as an overheating issue. So we took it to the mechanic recommended by Atwal (same one who did my tune-up and brakes), who simply added coolant. A few days later, car was overheating again. We took it back - turns out the car needed a new temperature gauge. A few days later AGAIN, car was overheating. We took it to a different mechanic, who said the radiator hose was cracked and the temperature gauge system needed 2 gauges, whereas the Atwal-recommended mechanic only installed 1. Now we've finally had all of that repaired, but the new mechanic has warned us that due to the overheating issues, others may crop up. My problem with Atwals is this: why did he not know the car had these issues? Does he not thoroughly go through his cars before selling them, or does he hose 'em down, make sure they make it down the road, and then sell them as fast as possible? Is this normal? Expected? I don't know, so forgive me if I seem ignorant. My review is just a reflection of the emotional and financial upheaval my boyfriend and I have gone through since purchasing our cars from Atwals Auto.
Awesome people b2 and paul
