I have been going to Chatham Hyundai since I have owned my vehicle since 2007. I have to say I have never received bad service from service department. Today was exceptional! I brought my vehicle in for 9am appointment and found out I needed front and back brakes. I said I would be back before they closed to pick up my vehicle because I had to work around noon so needed to come back on my lunch. I got a call around 11:30am and told all ready. I was floored. He said they got it done quickly so I had it for work. Always receive awesome service but today was spectacular! Kudos to entire service department. Keep up the great service! I have been dealing with Van Kesteren Hyundai for a lot of years and today was a good example why I absolutely love their service. One of our vehicles that were bought from them needed to have some service done. I wanted to know roughly how much it was going to cost. They could not give an exact amount but told me to expect around $ 1,500.00 - which I agree upon. However, somehow they were able to reduce the cost by $ 550.00. I call that good advertising. The staff is always so accommodating and we just appreciate their service. I highly recommend Van Kestern Hyundai.
