The day I first talked to Danny I said “Please check if I am eligible for a financing option before we even discuss about the car”. Great Customer Service! Rachael in the Service Department has always been nice. Just got my first oil change/tire rotation. Jeff Kelly is my salesman having sold me two different vehicles, my wife a vehicle, my dad, and various friends and family. He gets me the best deal! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. My co-worker saw my 2018 RAM and immediately bought one from Jeff. He’s a young guy, my co-worker, but Jeff will crunch the numbers and find a way to fit your budget. I have a bad foot and I ended up in a Chrysler Program that got me running boards. Those trucks are high, but the best! The owner Tom has always shook my hand, and Jamie in finance made it all work. Big city dealers would ALL go under if more people would take a drive to where customers arent an inconvenience. Knowing your neighbors isnt a bad thing. I was treated fairly and with respect.. admittedly I knew what I wanted when on the property, but Danny was happy to come outside in the light rain to meet and greet me in the parking lot. I was welcome, and felt no pressure from the staff to buy, or leave. I honestly probably could have sat in their waiting area, put my feet up and watched the TV while enjoying a complimentary coffee. After dealing with dealers in GTA I was pleasantly surprised and very glad I took 3.5 hour drive just to look at the truck I wanted. When I arrived the truck wasn't, I was NOT THERE I was sad and ALMOST mad Danny drove me 30 min. To where the truck WAS (lent to a local customer as a courtesy vehicle) and I got to test drive my future truck. Tilbury Chrysler didnt build it or do any work to make me want it.. but I was happy to buy from them.

Danny at Tillbury Chrysler was amazing to work with. He was very knowledgeable and approachable. We needed a larger, second vehicle but were on a tight budget. We had some things we absolutely needed (7 seats, dvd player) and we were able to get a 2015 Dodge Journey that had all the space we needed for our family, plus all our wish list items. Danny was also fantastic with our kids, and all the staff were hospitable and friendly. Todd, who helped us with financing and warranty was also wonderful to work with and shared his expertise with us. Overall a great experience for car shopping, which can be stressful, but Tillbury Chrysler made it quick and painless. I showed up to the lot to look at a Jeep listed online on autotrader which I was told was there as well. The Jeep was not there, I figured it was sold, and went into ask. A couple of sales representatives were busy yet the others watched me walk through this is the second time this has happened. The secretary was away and I turned to leave and was asked by a lady who I assume was a sales rep asked what I was there for, I told her and what I assumed and she corrected me as saying that the manager’s wife has the vehicle, and that I needed to make an appointment to see it. How do you sell inventory by letting people drive stock and not let it be present on the lot daily. Plus no where on the sites it’s listed say to make an appointment. I understand a sales rep driving a vehicle but not people who are not employed by the dealership, plus how can you ask the price for a certain mileage when your family is driving and depreciating it.

Worse experience new truck had a huge scratch on bumper at pickup. They offered their service to pickup and repaint leaving a loaner. We waited almost 3 months when picked up they driver picking up our truck hit my daughters jeep. They rook it in to fix returned it an hour late and on empty. Very rude over txt messages and even had the nerve to say " if I was giving you attitude you would know it" Who says something like that? Especially when I spent good money on my jeep. I did not get the truck I picked out, it got sold on me. There were two identical trucks with different seating groups and options. I got the one I didn't want. Had to get OMVIC involved after six months of trying to get help from dealership. The owner tried to help (Tom). He found a truck with the seating group that was in the original truck that I was going to buy but wrong colors and was the only choice I had. I was told it was the only one they could find in ontario so my choice was made for me. Not what you want to hear when you spend that much money! Tom said he would make it right when I purchase another vehicle. We will see what happens. There was a lot of factors why I went to buy a new truck then.

I am writing to review a major safety concern. Please note that this review is not intended to discredit the dealership, but rather to make other customers aware of dangerous situations that they may experience with used vehicle purchases from this dealership. I purchased a used 2012 Dodge Journey from this dealership 6 weeks ago. Last week my battery would not start, which is fine. Upon servicing the vehicle to replace the battery, my mechanic noticed that the tray which the battery sits on was rusted and corroded to the point where the battery was about to fall through. It is almost certain that if I would have continued to drive this vehicle the battery would have fallen through the tray which could potentially cause a great deal of harm and physical injury to me or to others. I contacted the dealer and raised this concern only to be brushed off with a 'sorry, it's too late' attitude. Even so, it took them 9 days to get back to me with this response! The dealership mentioned that the battery is not part of a safety check, which is understandable. However, when the tray that holds the battery is in such bad shape that a battery is about to fall right through it they should take action before putting the vehicle for sale. I am very disappointed at this dealership's lack of attention to this critical detail before selling the vehicle and crass response to my concern afterwards. In conclusion: BUYER BEWARE before you or a loved one is injured from this dealer's negligence.

I must admit that this experience has been great. We have purchased vehicles for many years from Glenn. Recently when I was in for service on my van I took the opportunity to speak with Wayne and Glenn about what the trade in value was on my 3-year-old Pacifica. To make a long story short I was pleasantly surprised at the value of the van and decided to purchase a 2022 Pacifica. There is where a few problems arose with the accessories in the van we purchased. As it turned out we never got it off the lot as the accessory package did not fit our needs. The staff at Tilbury Chrysler including Wayne and Glenn bent over backwards to be sure that we got properly outfitted. The initial problem with the first van was no fault of anyone except a misunderstanding in the options. While it did take several days to get us a van that fit our needs Glenn and Wayne went miles out of their way to ensure our satisfaction. First off i love my car, its nothing to do with the car itself. I got it about 5 months ago and questioned the tires as they seemed somewhat worn down and requested for new tires to be put on. What i was told was if it passed safety then it wont need new tires. Now I'm not a newbie when it comes to cars but it came back and "passed" safety. That was 5000km ago, i noticed that my traction on an AWD car was not really great and i went to a local tire shop only to be shown that the tires were somewhat bald and uneven traction. This should not happen on a car after 5k kilometers. And i can guarantee you that it was pretty close to bald when i got the car 5k kilometers ago. There were other issues when picking up the car like being told i had a warranty when i didnt really but they tried to make it better with 2 free oil changes. Im just overall upset that i asked for new tires and was left with these somewhat warn down ones, and one exploded on me on the highway as well. 1000 dollars out of pocket when it should have not happened in the first place. But i do love my car.

Would not recommend buying a car here. Got a quote then sat down to work out numbers got a price of 247 b/w .sale guy went to scan my licence. Came back in 2min latter and told it would be now 279 b/w. He didn't know what happened and eeeded to wait til his boss came back on Monday to figure out what happen . I never got a call on Monday so I texted the guy at 1030pm to see what going on. They still didn't know what happened but had did a dealer trade on the car I wanted to buy. Purchased a pre owned mercedes here that was a trade in and everything was perfect and I did not have one complaint.
