I bought a car from sabeti... The first question I asked was "what's wrong with it" I was assured there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. 5 days after purchase the transmission went, when I got it back from sabeti's repair shop I decided to take the car to another mechanic to get everything checked out. Every single fluid in the car was EMPTY as in dry as a bone, including the oil which said I still had a few hundred KMs left before it needed a change. Thank goodness I did this. Also the shaft of the steering wheel was warped and caused the steering to be extremely tight/stiff and dangerous, I had to have it repaired as well. Initially when I stepped foot on the property I was greeted with smiles and friendly personalities (because I'm sure they just wanted to make the sale) But after the sale was made final I was met with sarcasm and annoyance when I would place a call to them regarding what was going on with the car. This was not appreciated since I just handed them almost 10 grand. Ross is a silver tongued snake, he made friendly with my husband and I, lied about the car he said was in perfect condition (he would know as his wife was apparently the last one to drive it) and got his pay day. I'm guessing they knew the transmission was about to go so they traded it in and wanted to sell it quick in hopes that it wouldn't have quit before his 30 Guarantee was up. There's always some issues when you buy used I am aware of this but for everything to go wrong within a month of purchase and cost of repairs and Servicing came out to over another thousand of which I really didn't have to spare. The vehicle was on the lot being test drove with ALL fluids on "E" and a warped steering shaft. Goodness know what other problems I'll be running into soon.

Purchased My 2nd vehicle from Sabeti. Ross and Dan were amazing to deal with. After leaving my check engine light came on, they work super hard to remedy the issue and took care of the cost. I will certainly be purchasing my next vehicle from them as well!!! I have never received the level of customer service from another company that Sabeti offers!!!

Loved my experience at Sabeti! I purchased a 2014 Jetta as I commute to London from Chatham each day. The car was clean and extremely reliable I have had nothing but regular maintenance on this vehicle. I recommend the extended warranty as the cost is reasonable & the security is nice to have if ever needed. Dan, Aaron & Ross are all down to earth & easy to communicate with. My father also purchased a truck through them and was treated with respect in a timely manner. Great team with great vehicle options!

I bought a car 2 months ago Cadillac CTS. The cars integrity is great. But I have to complain about the dealership themselves. 1. They told me they would do a fresh oil change on purchase when i got it the oil life was at 13%. I was told they must have forgot to reset it. I got a change today to be sure. I didn't want to drive around with it saying 5%. So i told the oil changers that apparently it was good they showed me the color of the oil it was deff not good lmao 2. Before I purchased the car it was a bit slow to start so i inquired on the battery the sales man assured me that it was checked out and that it was slow because "it had been sitting in the lot" Well starting yesterday my car was taking 2+ turns to start obviously the battery so i checked it out. There is a 9 year old battery in my car!!! It was never changed since production. Conclusion: Either the dealer ship is dumb and doesn't know the life span of a battery and doesn't know how to reset oil life in cars. Or they are dishonest. 5* for the car -2* for each of the problems that cost me money -1* for leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I will NOT be a repeat customer. Plain and simple. When people buy a car they don't want to deal with problems a month later. I'm assuming that is a standard realization int he car sales industry.

Bought a car that was NOT SAFE to drive. Axle was bent so much from a previous accident that that entire vehicle would shake after going 90km/hr. Wouldn't recommend buying from this dealership if you value your passengers.

I bought a vehicle from them. They talked me into buying a $2000 Warranty that only covers things inside the motor or transmission, not everything. The day after I brought it home the engine light started coming on, frequently. Within a week, they had to replace the motor. I have had nothing but trouble with it. Right now I'm in the process of replacing struts, before that it was the master brake cylinder. I've had to put about $2000 into it in the 6 months that I've owned it, because nbne of it was covered by the warranty. My husband and I will never deal with them again. You can't tell me that they didn't know the things that were wrong with it when they sold it to me. I even asked Brian, after I started having trouble with it, if I bought a lemon. Of course he assured me it wasn't. I have never felt so taken advantage of. It's a hard lesson to learn, but I realize now that not everyone is trustworthy. Would not recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Sabeti Auto was as good as it gets when buying a car. I've bought numerous cars over the years but to be treated like I was with them, sets the bar for every other dealership. They actually listened to what I was looking for and were willing to do whatever it took to meet my expectations. I ended up leaving with 2 new cars and any service needed they make sure it's done in a professional and efficient manner. The owner is approachable and was genuinely concerned with making sure my car needs were met. The finance manager works so hard you feel like he's working for you. Purchased all our cars throughout the years from Sabeti Auto and they always go out of their way to ensure the car you are buying is the right car and a reliable car for you. If for any reason I should need a repair, they have the shop on site to fix it and an example without any details, I took my car in for a problem at the dealership (because I did not realize Sabeti had a shop), and they charged me $100.00 just to look at my car and wanted another $300.00 to fix it on another day...I went to Sabatis to see if there was any history, his shop took my car and fixed it in total for just about $130.00 in total and gave me a car to borrow until it was fixed. We recommend to all our family and friends the individual service at Sabetis.
