I bought a Ford Fusion 2011 in March this year. I must say I love this machine both form its looks and performance. But the third day since I bought it, I noticed a weird noise while driving down the tunnel from Detroit to Windsor. I guessed it was from some uneven loading and as anticipated, the noise went away after I was out of tunnel. But as soon as the summer kicked in and the car was out in the sun and heat, the noise became more prevalent. I took it into service with this complaint but the noise wasn't there when they tested it so they said they cannot work on it when there is no noise and they returned the vehicle. Noise came up again and I took it in for service another time and this time around they inspected the brake and the wheels and said everything worked fine. So I thought it was just some temporary issue but noise remained and the third time I took it in, they identified the noise to come out of the left control arm. I was told that I would be called regarding the issue but upon waiting for weeks, I was not given the call so I called them to remind them. Again I was told I would be called soon. The call never came and I never got to solve the issue. I had to take my car to the Ford dealership for a recall notice and I thought I could get this issue checked. Although it cost me to do the inspection at Performance Ford, the issue was resolved in one day. The way it was handled was so professional and in a very timely fashion. It was really impressive the way the issue was resolved. Provincial treated me as though I can go about to their wishes. Although I had good experiences with Provincial, this treatment in this specific issue was enough for me to move over to another dealership and receive better care. Thanks Provincial :)
Extremely bad experience. Took my business to Windsor Chrysler dealership (which has a much better customer service) and bought my brand new Jeep Compass North.
At least someone came out to see if I needef help, at Tecumseh Chrysler I could probably lay in the lot for days and no one comes out. They want to be waited on. I stood by Grand Cherokee for 20 minutes and no one even came out sorry boys.
I bought a 2017 fully loaded plus edition challenger was very excited to get my dream car but had to wait a week for it to come in witch is understandable, but when i got it home i realized it didnt have a remote start or navigation. I took it back and they said this fully loaded leather interiour brand new car doesnt come with that basically lol and wanted me to pay more to get it added. They added the nav after freaking out but still want me to pay more to get the remote starter added. I still have a no remote starter.

I went in to look at trading my truck for another one. I was asked what truck I want, then was told there you had none and that nobody in our area had any even though I drove one at a different dealership yesterday. When I mentioned this I was asked "why didn't you just buy that one then?" ever hear of shopping around? Then when I was quoted at what my trade in value would be, no one went to look at my truck at all, I was not asked what options I had or anything and then given a ridiculously low quote. Needless to say I got up and walked out. Obviously you guys aren't in need of car sales. I will not be back.

Had a very nice experience here. Service tech was very communicative and did exactly what I needed. Car came back purring like a kitten. Decent prices but labour always is expensive no matter where you go. Also found out that our subframe was a recall so they replaced it at no cost to us. I recommend this dealership to anyone having issues with there vehicles.

Professional service from a Professional Team
Nice to pull up without an appointment for an oil change or to refill your tires. They also have complimentary shuttle service when you have to drop off your car. Trying to call them for a question is not always easy, they are not great at returning phone calls.
It would be a good experience if the vehicle service section listened to the customer. Sometimes the customer is right when it comes to what their vehicle needs. I had great dealings with the sales team though!

Horrible service, they definitely overcharge (Like ridiculously overcharge!), they don't want to stand behind their work or honor their warranties and they basically tell you to screw off and have you thrown out if you try to calmly confront them about their BS! Dealing with them has been a nightmare and I have heard of many other people having problems there as well.

Consider other Chrysler dealers in the city. Provincial Chrysler has worst customer service. I used to take my jeep to Provincial for maintenance and I always get mistreated. My most recent experience was in January and my vehicle started having Traction Control System light on after three year of driving. I took it to the service dept and they could not figure it out for three months. After all the hassle, they now tell me my mileage went over for warranty. It was them taking over three months dealing with the problem and could not fix it while my warranty is still valid. Also, when they were replacing my vacuum pump, they broke a hose to it by their own mistake. Theresa, who dealt with me did not apologize and I had to leave my vehicle for a week. Also, every time I leave my vehicle, I had to fight for shuttle to my work or home. I spoke with manager but still no apology or solution to the problem. After all the hassle, I found out from their web page that they offer 24 hour test drive. I asked their manager why they could just let me do the 24 hour test drive program instead and they said it is only for potential customer... I thought I am a potential customer as well. I am so tired of those terrible customer service and did not feel safe leaving my vehicle with them since there seems new problems every time I go back so I called them I was picking my car up and they said I still have to pay $85 service charge. I am so done with them and hope you don't go through those terrible customer service I had. I regret going to Provincial Chrysler for the first time every day.
** BE WARNED** .... The manager "Udo Kiewitz" will post negative comments about your personal business on Google search if you post negative comments about Provincial Chrysler! ** I went to Provincial Chrysler to look at an advertised 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Seen and liked a different Trailhawk they just got in with more options. The “used vehicle” manager lowballed me on my-trade in (compared to another local dealership), but said they would give me $1000 more on the trade if I purchased the “advertised” one because it has been on the lot longer & they wanted to get rid of it. I sold my truck private (for much more) then got ahold of a “New Vehicle” sales person (Ann) because I had a bad experience with the used car staff. I made a deal with her on the Trailhawk they just got in. Their Ad states “NO HIDDEN ADMIN OR EXTRA FEES” and “OUR USED PRICES INCLUDE ALL IN PRICING”. I was charged a “DOC” fee of $349 on my bill and was told that was because I worked out a better price than the window “advertise price”. So does this mean a customer is not supposed to work out a better price? Then charged $86 for "FUEL", the tank holds 60 Liters, at less than $1 a litre locally that does not ad up to $86. Then their currant promotion states “SPIN TO WIN ON ALL IN STOCK 2016 AND 2017 VEHICLES”, NO where at all does it state that it has to be new! So I was told my 2016 did not apply to that promotion. But Ann did toss in a “Jeep” ball hat which was appreciated. Don’t believe I will deal at Provincial Chrysler in Windsor again. Buyer Beware!

The paint and body work looked amazing ... good as new. I appreciated the time they took to explain the necessary repairs and the quality of the work. I’d definitely come back here.
Recently my wife and I purchased a Jeep from Provincial Chrysler. We live in Ottawa but were referred to by a friend who mentioned how great the prices and service was from this dealership in Windsor. After one phone call with Shane and Jarrett I knew I was in the right hands. The team kept my wife and I in the loop on everything that was happening and within about a week we had a deal in place and made the trip to Windsor to pick up our new vehicle. The trip to Windsor was long (I won't lie) but when making a big purchase like this one it was well worth it to know that we were getting a great deal and great service from this amazing team. I received a visual voice message today at 4:00 pm from a service advisor, saying "your order is complete, you can pick up your FIAT 500X Trekker, We have ordered parts. Please pick up your vehicle". (Ordered parts again? For something that parts were already ordered for and already replaced four weeks ago? Why???) So, I am here now at, 7:00 pm, no work order showing me what was even done to determine why they needed to order parts "again", except they want me to take my key fob and go home, trusting them with "don't worry we've got you covered, we've taken care of you, please rest assured that all is well." (This is my 4th service call, i have only had the vehicle 10 months) I am not leaving until I get a work order showing me what they have done in detail to bring them to "ordering parts" again. I am not driving off this lot without one. I've been advised that I can call them tomorrow for an update as anyone i can speak with has gone home. But why should I be the one to call them, when they have had my vehicle since 7:00 am this morning? I'm not one to post a bad review, but communication is KEY in any relationship. I should get free oil changes for a year to compensate me for the unnecessary grief I have had to endure once again.

I've never written a bad review. Bought a 300 from here was a nice ride. I got in an accident before Christmas on the highway, not my fault but anyway i purchased GAP insurance off them when i purchased which would've covered the remaining balance owed on the car but they took the money and never applied for the GAP insurance and plus all the warranty money and life insurance is supposed to be returned to me. Now its almost April and I've been told there is a check coming for months and ive left over 30 messages over the last 3 months not one call back. So unprofessional. Now i have to get a lawyer thanks alot guys

I have had a number of very positive experiences with provincial Chrysler over the past year. I purchased a used fiat in 2017 and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I had a few concerns in the beginning. I brought my car into the body shop and they exceeded my expectations. They addressed all of my concerns including scratches in the interior and scratches and a dent on the exterior. They returned my car to me spotless! I also brought my daughter’s avenger in to have dents removed and to have it repainted. When I picked it up the manager took the time to walk me through the repairs and also pointed out that her brakes were grinding and this may be a safety concern. Service affordably took care of it and we couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you to Provincial Chrysler!

Worst experience for a simple oild change and tire rotation. Service adviser told me it was a waste of time to include the 5th wheel spare on a jeep into the rotation even if its actually in the jeep manual.
The service garage at provincial Chrysler sucks the mechanics are nothing but a bunch of monkeys ... The last vehicle I had they climbed all over it scratched it and left grease all over the headliner I'm hoping with this new vehicle I just bought the same mechanics aren't there or I'll be going to the Chrysler dealership on Tecumseh
Where to start. I used to recommend Provincial Chrysler over anyone else 9.9 times out of 10. Now you probably have a better chance of a zombie apocalypse before talking to anyone. I was set to purchase a truck, was in contact with said salesperson, then all of a sudden...could hear the crickets chirping...left approximately 7 voice mails, and numerous emails and still haven't heard anything. I have taken my business to a different dealer now, and they got me into a truck within 24 hours. Have had my new vehicle for a week now, and they have been in contact with me on 5 different occasions. Even had paperwork wrong, and dealership drove out to me to sign correct papers!!!

Just got off the phone with Provincial Chrysler to ask where to drop my car off for an appointment I made a month ago (July 25th) to have the recalls on my Charger done and was told there was no appointment made under my vin or name lol funny thing is a few weeks ago I get a call back (after the official call to MAKE the appointment) from them asking for my kms and now SOME HOW they have nothing on file?? Lol I don't understand how this even happened, I booked a month in advance to ensure I'd have the car in and taken care of, pretty unprofessional service and now I'm left scrambling for another appointment. Will literally never use Provincial Chrysler again as I can only imagine if they can't take down something as simple as an appointment what else they cant do right. Thanks again for the hard time.

Bought my minivan here. The salesman was nice, but kind of old school. Service department here leaves a lot to be desired. If you schedule service for a certain time it doesn't mean you're vehicle will actually get looked at then. I've waited hours longer than I thought it would take because they hadn't gotten to my vehicle for hours after I dropped it off.

Waited over 1.5 for a repeat safety check where I had to get new tires and wiper blades! Pulled it into the shop in order to see that these were done! Ridiculous.
Wouldnt recommend this service center to fix a bicycle. Car was rear ended from behind and insurance company recommeded to go there so it did. My car was quickly fixed and rushed out. Bumper not put on correctly and rear trunk wiper not working. Called on phone and advisor made every excuse in the book and said it happened after and that staff does a checklist and everything is 100% when vehicle leaves. Called insurance company and they said to bring it back to fix. So i did. They took apart the trunk and sure enough , wiper wasnt plug in as i suggested . Then the service advisor said it probably slipped out of the connector and came unplugged or something. Really... After 2 or 3 months. Obviously they didnt do their checklist in this situation as they said they did. And the bumper.. His response is thats how they fit. What a joke!!!! It wasnt clipped in . The worst part is the service advisor spoke to me like i was a complete moron and wouldnt know the difference.

Service is extremely poor. I've taken my vehicle their several times to have recalls completed and they said they would call back. MONTHS later, I never received a call and the notices just kept building up. During one occasion, the recall involved an alternator, never heard back from there and my car had died on the road. After having it towed there, they were able to rectify the recall with a replacement within several hours. After that, I took my vehicle to another Chrysler dealership that had me serviced promptly for subsequent recalls.

Worst customer service in the city, good luck getting anything done in a timely and professional manner. Finance department will throw you on the backburner if you're not a priority to them. Asked for a managers contact information to place a complaint and I was told that they could not give me anybody's contact or help me speak to anyone. Take your money where it's better deserved, somewhere you are valued and respected.

I just leased my 2019 Ram Big Horn. What makes my experience amazing is the fact I live just outside Toronto. All my negotiations were by phone communication. Not only did I feel I received the best deal from Provincial Chrysler. My actual dealings with sales/leasing representative, Rachel Lefrancois was fantastic. Absolutely great people skills! She kept me informed until the day I flew in. Oh and a pick up at the airport. Although the experience of a new vehicle is supposed to be an exciting time. Unfortunately, it does not always work out the way it should. This is my 3rd 2yr lease. The only one, that all that was agreed upon, was exactly that. Took my Jeep in for warranty work on my brake lines. It took 4 days. When I got my vehicle back there were 3 warning lites on my dashboard that were not there when I dropped it off and the brakes were super soft. Had to put the pedal half way down before they would engage. When I spoke to management they told me that it was my problem. Then offered to diagnose it for a SMALL FEE.... Call me crazy but. They did the work that turned the fault lights on. Should they not figure out why there work caused warnings lites to appear?

Bought a 2015 charger from then 2 years ago with extended warranty, number of things wrong over the years with the car and each time the dealership said there was no warranty. Me thinking maybe the warranty didnt cover that part. Recently my driveshaft broke and I got them to look into my warranty and they said i had 0 warranty at all on the car...mind you i spent 3000$ on the extended warranty. Called provincial tried to figure out what happen and now they are not answering any calls or calling back about my problem. I guess they litrally stole 3000$ from me and never gave me warranty and now they dont want to own up to it...sad you cant trust a big time dealership like this to do things properly.

I do not recommend going here. Their service is terrible. My vehicle was in there at 7:30am and at 3:00pm was t even touched yet. It was brought in for the same problem 3 times and will not be fixed because of expired warranty they say.
I took my RAM truck to this dealership for service and after being put in a rental car for 10 days and promised by Theresa that everything would be covered under warranty I was called by the service manager and told to come get my vehicle and that the repairs would not be covered by Chrysler. Even though Enterprise Rental Car billed the rental to Provincial Chrysler's account as instructed originally, Provincial Chrysler forced me to reimburse them in order to get my truck back. (STILL NOT FIXED) BEWARE, BAD BUSINESS

Went through Jarrett Pike, very easy to talk to helps find the best deals for you with options you want. He set me up with James for financial. Very easy going explains all the details and options to you and tries to help you pick what you want, not force you into adding anything.
Parts department was quick and efficient. Part was in stock and reasonably priced. Parking was difficult.
I tried to book an appointment for a pending recall of my vehicle over the phone. For 3 times it went to the voicemail for 3 consecutive days and after leaving a message with my phone number they never call me back. Today again I called them and I got a chance to speak with an agent he was unable to book an appointment and during our conversation he hung up and didn’t call me back. Very disappointing! This is what they call customer service???

Dealership closes at 8, showed up around 6. Barely any sales people around, had a sales person paged twice. Finally, somebody shows up, but he is completely short and rude, and "juggling three customers at the same time as me" which must have been invisible because nobody else was there but me. Was excited to walk in and get a quote, walked out with a poor taste in my mouth dealing with Drew. He was clearly disinterested, unengaged, and this experience is enough to push me to go to a different dealership.
Circumstance had me looking for a vehicle when that was the last thing on my mind. Having no idea what I wanted new or used or what car, my "journey" lead me to Gerry for which I am grateful. I tried different vehicles and not once felt pressured. I was treated with understanding, patience, respect and kindness. It took me a bit and finally a decision was made. Thank you Gerry for all your help and making what started as an unfortunate circumstance turn into an exciting beginning with my new Jeep Compass. Brought my wife's vehicle here for an oil change the first time not too long ago. I was impressed with how fast my oil change actually was, the girl told me it would be 15-20 minutes and it took less than that. She was really polite and I was surprised with the amount of knowledge she had. I've had bad experiences with other Chrysler dealerships. I would recommend Provinicial Chrysler.

The sales experience was fairly simple because I knew what I was looking for in a mobility vehicle. When it comes to problems, don't expect the service department to go out of their way for you-unless there's more money in it for them. From trying to get authorization for parts that aren't needed because of a recall, to getting an attitude because you have been sent back by BraunAbility to have a serious manufacturing issue dealt with, there is nothing but attitude. Service manager simply doesn't care. It may simply be that they shouldn't be selling or servicing mobility vehicles but I will not be going back for any future service or purchase for either my vehicle or my wife's. Simply unacceptable.

Offered us over $9000 less on our trade than the 2 other Chrysler dealerships in the city. We were completely insulted. How can this dealership be so far off from others on the value of a vehicle? This to me seems very untrustworthy. We will never return. We are thoroughly enjoying our 2018 pacifica that we purchased from Motor City Chrysler and we appreciated how well we were treated at Motor City.
Excellent to deal with, both sales and service! I purchased my vehicle from Provincial Chrysler over 5 years ago. Over 130,000kms now with just a few issues along the way. Staff at Provincial were quick to fix issues and excellent to deal with. Jamie in service has always been professional and keeps you informed. All service tech's took the time to explain repairs in detail, and Rob Derby in sales was great to work with, he knows the vehicles inside and out and has helped us out answering any questions we have had over the years. My next vehicle purchase will be at Provincial.
The salesman who helped us was OUTSTANDING. We went in on a rainy Saturday and Rob went above and below to make us I was able to test ride the cars I wanted to. Rob was transparent and explained every detail to me. I appreciate everything he did. I’ve never purchased a car with so much ease.
Went into dealership for a new Dodge Ram. Specifically told my salesman, colour, options etc that I was interested in. All tho the particular Ram I wanted was not on the lot, I was told they could get the truck I wanted. I was told I would have the truck few days later, I had to get ahold of my salesman to find out the delivery of the truck would be late the following week. After an argument a manager called me to straighten out the deal. The truck arrived and was on the lot that Monday. The truck that arrived was completely the opposite of what I wanted. I specifically asked for a midnight edition Ram so no chrome, The truck that arrived had chrome and was not midnight edition. Unbelievable. I will never go back to this dealership and will shop elsewhere for my new ram.
Worst service I have ever received. Took my wife's two month old jeep in to replace a headlight that was filling with condensation. They picked it up from her work and said it would be done by 430 when she was done work. No call by 5pm and everyone had left so she was stuck at work. I had to drive back into Windsor to pick her up. Next day they called and said they weren't even going to replace the bulb because it's a common problem with the Jeep Cherokee, for some reason they couldn't figure that out before taking the vehicle in. Go elsewhere.
I had my vehicle repaired after a collision. Since the repair I have had to return to have things repaired that weren't working. I also have a battery drain that wasn't there before. I have put out over 400 dollars for a battery they blamed( original tested fine) had the alternator checked they blamed( checked out fine). Paid for diagnostics and was told it was my remote starter because the drain went away when the fuse was removed. I had the remote starter removed from the vehicle and still have the drain. Found out the fuse was for electric retractors for wheelchair tie downs that are wired where the repair was. So after 3 months of he did it no he did it now I'm told they aren't familiar with it I should take it to Shoppers. Three long months of run arounds and saying cant be what we did and I still have the problem. Letters will be going out to Chrysler complaint department and the owner. Enough is enough I didn't have the problem before they fixed it

They listened to our needs and wants, took all our considerations in and found us the vehicle that worked for us functionally as well as financially. We traveled from 3 hours away but worth the drive as they made the transition of our trade in very easy and helped us every step of the way. I recently purchased a Genesis from Gerry DiCarlo. Gerry was amazing and helped me every step of the way. Very professional, and made the experience very easy and fun. I would recommend Gerry to anyone looking to buy a used car. However, the reason for my 2 star rating, is due to the fact that I just brought my car in for service (sunroof was not closing properly) and was not happy with the responses. The treatment was not very professional. When I told them what kind of car I had, they questioned if I had even purchased it there. When I told them I purchased it only a couple months prior from Gerry, they said they didn't even know who he was. Then they went on to say that they probably couldn't service it because nobody knew how. I left the car with them, but when I left I did not feel very confident in the service that was provided. Not once was I reassured that my problem would be handled, nor was I made to feel like a valued customer. I understand that the type of car is not one that is typically serviced at a Chrysler dealership, however it was purchased there, along with my bumper to bumper warranty, and the guarantee that any problems I had would be taken care of. The manner in which the service department speaks to customers should be addressed. Other than that, Gerry is a rock star, definitely go see him.
Bad service, rudeness, not professional
Continuing on as Alexandra Lodge's review A month later, I get a call again from Cheryl to set up an appointment to have the parts installed but they were booking into November. I went to book my appointment and asked her if she had any idea how long the appointment would take. My only day off is Monday and I have a bunch of appointments and errands to get done on my day off. She proceeded to tell me she didn’t know and sent me to the service advisor’s extension because she would know. I left a 2 minute voice mail explaining my situation and asked if someone could let me know how long it would take so I could make arrangements with Randy Laramie my salesman who said he would lend me his car if need be. This was Monday October 22 I still have yet to hear back from anyone. My family has bought numerous vehicles from Provincial Chrysler. In fact we have purchased 2 in the last 8 months, another in 2015 and sent an additional referral to Provincial. If I can not speak to employees when I call and my calls are not returned, this is not the dealership I want to be associated with. The staff does not seem to know what is going on from one person to the next. It is very disappointing. I would like this recall situation to be taken care of without any more delay.
Excellent experience today - from my salesman Bill Forsyth, to the service department and parts. I purchased a used vehicle two weeks ago, had a service engine come on. Less than 48 hours later, my vehicle is fixed, no cost to me at all (except for the accessories I purchased lol). I highly recommend this dealership. Thank you James Dowling
