Corrine & Laurie in the service department take excellence the care of their customers I especially want to mention Mike Webber the General Manager. He discovered a mistake had been made in our purchase agreement and phoned to explain what happened, he said Lally Kia would be issuing us a cheque for $5000.00. I would like to take Lally Kia and their team for being so honest with us as I realize not every dealership would have made that phone call. I am a 76 year old and i assure you that i will never have you people ever service the KIA Sorento i own. There are other shops in Chatham that do the work without ripping you off for estimates first . I spent almost 200 dollars in total,for 1)you telling me you cannot reprogram a KIA brand remote and 2)tearing my shifter apart to find that a broken wire ( activates the overdrive on /off switch light on the dash cluster )which you did not repair,but chose to spend time putting it all back together "as found "with a suggestion that i make another appointment to have the broken wire actualy connected ,er fixed at an additional hr to an hr and a half shop time. To quote the Mechanic i know the problem is the broken wire as i touched both ends together and the dash light came on . Please Note that i had asked for a diagnosis AND REPAIR>obviously and sadly you do not listen to your customers.

Luu and Steve were amazing to deal with. Contacted him Sunday about a vehicle I was interested in and drove off the lot on Tuesday evening. Was a little disappointed that on my 1st week of having the car the engine coolant light came on as the fluid was low. The service department should of topped all these up before I even drove away. However I spoke to Luu and he promptly fixed this issue for me. Was just a pain trying to make arrangements to go back again. I will be back when the time comes to see Luu and Steve.

We bought a car from Lally kia, it was a used vehicle. They threw in a set of winter tires to encourage us to purchase from them rather than another dealer. When I went to have the winter tires put on, I was told by my tire shop that the tires were not even good enough for them to put on. So instead of saving $600, I am now out $600. Buyer beware with Lally Kia - they are scam artists on their used vehicles (at least - I'd never trust them even for a new vehicle). * As a follow up, the dealer did make up somewhat for the tires. It was only after a lot of wrangling and a bunch of social media complaining though, so I'm keeping my review at only 2 stars. * Jan 2018

SOO many good things to say about Lally Kia. We attempted to purchase vehicles locally multiple times, however, we were not really given the time of day from the people we dealt with. We then came to Lally Kia to get a vehicle for my husband, and spoke with the GM Mike directly. He ensured that we were given the best possible service and that we got the vehicle that worked best for us. We came back a year later to get a larger vehicle for myself and worked with Rob and what a guy! Very personable and he helped steer our family in the right direction (I was so indecisive). I took my Kia here twice for repairs after buying my car in Windsor. I do not like the service department at all - not remotely outgoing or friendly. I was told the wrong repair needed to be done, so I took it somewhere that can "show and tell" rather than just make up the fact you need all of your brakes replaced. I will only return here as necessary, and not out of choice. Always get second opinions after this place gives you a quote.

After seriously searching several dealerships within Chatham and Blenheim and test driving every possible SUV I returned to Lally Kia. My sales representative AJ was the most passionate, informative and patient sales representative and I highly recommend AJ and all the Associates at Lally. AJ listened to my must haves and knows these vehicles like the back of his hand. I purchased my 2017 Kia Sportage in August 2016 and couldn't be more thrilled. AJ gave excellent advice on purchasing any of the extra warranties that are available. I picked up a nail and had to have the tire replaced in less than 3 months of ownership and with the nitro warranty I purchased it has already paid for itself. The Service Department also needs a huge shout out! Excellent service all around. This is by far the best Dealership in Chatham!

If you're not covered under warranty these guys charge like they're going out of business. The manager made it clear to me that mine and your vehicle can be diagnosed at other non dealer shops for less. The $200+diagnoses quote they provided for a simple coil change has lead to this poor review. I purchased the part for $85 and replaced it myself in 5min with one tool

Hello Kia! I just wanted to say a giant thank you to Kia and our local dealership Lally Kia in Chatham, On. We recently were in our second accident. Our first happened In the Rio in 2017 and the forte this year, both cars held up amazing and kept our children and myself so safe. We walked away with very minor injuries. Lally Kia has kept us in the Kia family every time and they always are so kind and welcoming but this interaction was just above and beyond. Scott Burke was my sales associate, and I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about him. No matter which car I looked at, he highlighted all the key features, spoke highly on their performance knowing stats and minor details most sales individuals miss. He made it very difficult to pick a new vehicle only because he made each and everyone sound incredible. We did chose the Sorento this time around, and I couldn’t be happier. Scott answered all my questions prior to purchasing he made the whole process so comfortable and easy. Being this is my third new vehicle I was astonished at the incredible service I was given, and how helpful he was along the entire process. We feel ripped off every time we bring our brand new kia in for an oil change, even with the very first oil change at under 6000 km they claimed it needs a new air filter and more, some how they can make sure your bill is very high

The service was a voluntary recall, called for an appointment and got in quickly. I've always had a great experience with the team but this trip around was a bit different. I had asked to check for leaks and had a one line response stating the KROWN anti rust protection disallowed a visual indicator of any obvious leaks. I'm left wondering did they check levels or was it a simple visual?

I submitted the details of my pick-up to AutoTrader for their so called "Instant Cash Offer" and Lally Kia was given as the dealer closest to me participating in this program. A salesperson(Jordan) messaged me and we arranged a time for me to go to the dealership to inspect my truck and finalize the offer to purchase. When I arrived at the dealership Jordan greeted me and the handed me off to the Sales Manager Scott, who then took over. Scott went out of his way to get me the best offer possible for my truck, took care of everything and the next day everything was done ! I had a great experience here! I was purchasing my first car and Connor and Steve were very helpful, patient and knowledgable. I had called ahead and mentioned I was looking at a Kia Soul. I drove 5 hours to see a 2016 Sorento. I dealt with Luu and Mike Weber the sales manager. The vehicle was advertised on their website for $26803 + sales tax. When I arrived they surprisingly said there were additional fees on top of the advertised price including Omvic, nitrogen and vehicle protection etc. By Ontario law an advertised price must be "All In" pricing and can not include additional fees with the exception of licensing and sales tax. When I addressed this with them they sent me fine print from the site that said "price shown does not include applicable fees". The law requires all fees must be included in the price regardless of what fine print they include. Luu was a nice sales person but dont' let it blind you to your rights. If you plan to purchase a vehicle from them, please know your legal rights that all fees must be included in the ad price and report them to OMVIC if they try to add on fees.

The sales team was great and I had a wonderful experience. I would be happy to purchase from them again! Unfortunately I went in for service today and felt like the women that helped me was rude. There was a communicate issue. She quickly asked me who I had spoken to before as if she was trying to get someone else in trouble (because that information really wasn't relevant). Without apologizing for the error, she started instructing me on what I had to do next time. When I tried to express my frustrations (a customer can't be expected to know the companies policies and procedures) she kept interrupting me and talked over me. If she had just apologized and had better customer service skills, instead of behaving passive aggressively, it wouldn't have been that big of a deal. I enjoy supporting healthy work environments, if she's okay with treating customers like that how are other staff members being treated? Because of this experience I likely won't go back for service unless it's necessary for my warranty.

Bought a second hand 2019 Kia Sportage from Lally Kia in June 2019 from Rob Reaume. Totally impressed with Rob and always said I would buy a car off of him anytime. Love the Sportage and never had any problems with it at all. I brought it in the the second oil change and tires rotated and the Service Advisor said you need a front end alignment. I said how could that be. He said you likely hit a pothole. The truck was driving GREAT. I told him our 2007 Pontiac Torrent has almost 600,000 km and we likely had 4 front end alignments if that. I said go ahead and do it. $100 later I'm driving down the road and it's pulling to the left and the steering wheel is turned to the left after they said they did a steering wheel calibration. Service department called the next day to see how we felt about the service and I told them not good and was not impressed. I was not going to bring it back to them to fix as there was nothing wrong with it before. I took to another certified mechanic and they re calibrated the steering wheel properly and rotated the front tires and it has been straight as an arrow since. This would have worn the tires in no time. I waited to post this as I thought someone would get in touch but nothing so far so you don't need to call now. I have lost my trust and will stick with the certified mechanic that has kept our 2007 Torrent on the road. I noticed another Gentleman had this same problem when I read the reviews. I hope Lally Kia learns from this and doesn't do it to anyone again.

The initial contact was through a salesperson named Carter. He was forthcoming and personable in providing necessary information about the sought after vehicle. I then got a call from Scott who was likewise. We negotiated a fair deal. Trust had to be a factor has he could not see the car I was trading in other than through pictures. That gave me confidence that I was dealing with quality people. Steeve took over the transaction afterward. Very amicable and professional. Listens very well and he worked hard to provide quality documents.and get me the best financing rate. He convinced me to purchase the extended warranty after much negotiations and a lot of hesitation on my part. His arguments were of a reasonable person, which I liked. Steeve hos very attentive and dedicated. Delivery took place in Oshawa to which I drove from Gatineau. The driver from Chatham was Bob. He was knowledgeable, friendly and the documents I signed were the same I had received electronically No surprises is always good news. The transaction flowed well and with professionalism all the way. There is a downside though. I found the engine sounded trashy. I discovered that the engine air filter box was not closed at all. Carpets for the rear seats were absent even though they were showing on a picture of the vehicle. The protective plastic was still on the vanity mirrors. Finally, a rubber bumper on the drivers door is missing. I therefore kept my Koup rear seat carpets which fit perfectly and I will get a door rubber bumper from my local dealership. All in all though, a very good sales/finance xperience but the prep work for the car was spotty. In general, this is mostly the case with dealers.

Took over an hour and a half to do an oil change and inspection ,,then tried to push "extras " to be fixed, car was bought less that a year ago, 8 months to be exact and it need a air filter, cabin air filter, new wipers and an alignment? Come on really, not to mention the sales man that sold me the vehicle had made promises on a sirus radio upgrade that he never made good on. If it wasn't for the free oil changes included with the sale I would definitely not be coming back. I drive from out of town for this,what a waste of time. Oh just a heads up the inspection doesn't include them fixing anything they are charging you 100 bucks just to look at the car and change the oil that's it.

I recently bought the new 2019 Kia Sorento and had purchased the same make and model back in 2016. Love the power and pickup of the vehicle as well as the interior style. The UVO connection was easy to install on my phone and is great when you can remote start and unlock your vehicle from your phone anywhere. This vehicle is luxurious and rides smooth. Connor and Steve made the transition easy to the new vehicle and gave a good price for my trade in. They answered all my questions with ease. Recently had a major repair at Lally as the entire engine had to be replaced on my 2016 Kia Forte 5. Laurie and Corrine kept me in the loop though out the process and handled some unexpected mishaps with the rental company in a prompt manner. The entire process took about 8 weeks but were mainly delayed from parts being backed up. Despite being frustrated by the situation I felt Lally handled it well. Staff is always friendly and very accommodating.

They have a great waiting room with a nice tv, lots of reading material, coffee, drinks and snacks. Everything is nice and clean, even the washrooms. I like how they always wash your car after you bring it in. When you buy a new car or a used one, it is always professionally cleaned inside and out. When you finance they always try to find the best interest rate for you. You just get excellent service. That is what keeps me coming back!

Booked a Service and Brake Inspection - had a squeal when backing up, primarily on damp days; that turned into whether I wanted Service 2 or Service 3 (whatever the heck either of those are); Stated I wanted my car FIXED but still questioned about 2 or 3!!!!! I guess one is more costly than the other BUT told them to FIX MY CAR much to their chagrin I am sure. I understand their "obligation" to inform the customer, but what does FIX MY CAR mean. Went in with a shaking front end.. took the woman at service 20 mins to figure our how to list it... Then called me after it was looked at only to tell me that I needed all four new tires and rims and gave me a very expensive quote for them but I had just gotten new tires and rims a couple days before from another shop so I picked up my vehicle payed the fee of diagnosing it went to the shop that put on the tires and I had no issues with my rims or tires that me and the tire technicians could see called back kia and they refuse to look at it again without charging me again for a different diagnosis test... I refused to pay it when i was given the wrong diagnosis... guy who put on the tires was able to tell me what was actually wrong just by looking underneath my car for a few minutes and it ended up being a quick fix thank you service Kia I'll never be back! Great place to buy a car from bad to get service done!

I recently purchased a demo 2020 Sedona van from Lally Kia. I hit a deer so a new vehicle purchase was unexpexted and time was of essence to find something suitable for my family. We were put in touch with Jordan the salesperson and he made arrangements quickly to get us into a new vehicle that we loved. He was available at the drop.of a hat to answer any questions we had. Mike in finance worked diligently to get us the best deal and I walked away paying less than my old van. Scott the Sales Manager also went above and beyond to take care of the few concerns we had and the van was immaculate. Lally even sent out a driver to pick up my van and drop off a loaner an hour away so I did not have to make arrangements for someone to watch my kids to bring it out myself - big mom win there! Despite the hour drive...we will make that drive again based on the excellent customer service we received. We look forward to dealing with the Lally family in the future.

I've been a customer of Lally Kia since December 2012 and have just purchased my 4th Kia vehicle. Not only is the Kia brand great but so is the customer service. Scott Burk was fantastic in helping with the purchase of our new Sorento. He had patience with me, knew what I wanted, and didn't pressure me into something that wasn't right for me. Laurie, Kyle, and Corrine have been nothing but the BEST service people to deal with. We drive our cars... a lot. I'm in about every 7 weeks for an oil change and these guys have always worked around my schedule to get me in when I have time. Steve and Bob are always ready to bring me to/from work when my cars are in and are an absolute delight when doing so. The guys in the shop are nothing short of amazing people. We ran into an issue with our '11 Sportage's clutch in October. It took them awhile to figure it out what was wrong after they replaced the clutch but they went above and beyond to make sure that it was fixed, and fixed right! There has never been a time that I have been unhappy with how I've been treated at Lally Kia and I tell everyone who is looking for a vehicle or needs services done to go to Lally Kia and talk to Scott, Laurie, and Kyle. These guys always go the extra mile to keep their customers happy!
