Although I did not actually physically meet with Don, he was very professional while emailing back and forth and on the phone. Jamie was great to work with as well and him and Don work very well together. They made sure that all the paperwork was done and I was able to come down and drive the car off the lot that day (my parents test drove the car first and told me to get down there ASAP since they liked the car and knew that I would too). Although Don was not there when I got there, he made sure to get all the necessary paperwork done and informed me of who would be looking after me. Very professional and I am looking forward to meeting Don next time I come down.

This dealership has a knack for not being able to find the problem with your car. They have been servicing my 2012 focus since I bought it and so far there have been 3 instances where they either fail to find the problem or say they fixed the problem and the issue reappears after I pick up the car. One issue was a rattle that I brought the car back three times four and guess what that rattles still there to this day. Until recently this has been an inconvenience having to keep bringing it back several times and the problems have never been fixed. These pointless repairs were done while the car was still under warranty so no cost to me. The warranty has now passed and I am now paying for these pointless repairs. I recently bought my vehicle back for what was obviously a transmission issue. They replaced some sort of fuel mixture sensor costing me $350. On the way home the problem came back. When they told me it was a fuel issue I argued saying I don't see how that could have anything to do with the symptoms I was seeing. So I'm now $350 in the hole for something I probably didn't need any way and now I have to bring the car back so they can fix something else that isn't the problem. Not happy with this dealership at all.

The manager and staff saved our weekend. I found a nail in a tire and could not find a mechanic at any tire place from Belle River to Tilsbury, not even Canadian Tire. CAA would only offer a tow or to change to the spare. When I walked into Lally Ford everyone wanted to help. One of their mechanics was just about to head home on a Saturday afternoon but agreed to stay and repair my tire. They wouldn't accept payment. First class service. Above and beyond.

Don't listen to the 1 star reviews. Going out to the county is absolutely worth it. Gary took care of me (with a Fusion), my sister (with an Edge) and my dad (with an F350 Platinum) in the most professional way possible! They care about the customer and will go out of there way to make sure your experience is 100%. (and no, I don't work for the dealership...Just a happy customer). Take the drive to Tilbury, you won't be disappointed!!

My 2016 F150 went in for its 2nd scheduled maintenance. My bug deflector had broken off due to weather conditions or some other unknown reason. The service department at Lally is outstanding and offered to replace and install it for free. They come to my place of employment, pick up the vehicle, do the maintenance and drop it back off to me when done. They also provide details of any concerns or issues they find with a follow up phone call. This saves me time and money! This is the kind of service busy people like me need and value. Thanks Lally ford for coming through for me again! I recommend anyone looking to purchase a new car or truck to shop at Lallys FIRST!!

I wanted to add to my previous review. With our truck lease coming to an end this month, we did not know what to expect during these crazy times with regards to pricing, chip shortage, and even availability for a new truck. Our previous sales rep. left the dealership and we were reassigned to Pete Fisher. WOW! He was SO amazing to deal with. No matter what our question was, Pete was able to answer it without hesistation. He definiately knows his car/trucks. My father-in-law's truck lease was also up for renewal, and he too was so impressed with the service he received from Pete. We are all so happy with our renewal deals. I am very happy to tell you that my experience started 12 years ago when I bought a 2005 ford focus from my salesperson Rob Luby. The car was maintained at Lally till ready for my next purchase and I knew I would return to Rob. Deciding which car to buy was a big decision, Rob was very patient and helpful and at no time did I feel any pressure. I drove several cars even taking one home overnight. Rob called me one day and said he had a car he would like to show me, It was the perfect car for me and that is what I bought. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend Rob to family and friends, and a big thanks to the ladies in the service bay for their friendly service.

We had been looking for an Escape for several months. We knew what we were looking for and didn't mind taking our time to get what we wanted. We actually walked away from a deal due to the "attitude" and lack of care from a sales person at another dealership. We took the drive out to Lally Ford and an Escape there checked all our boxes and then some. Bill took care of us after the test drive and we were very pleased with the transaction. Kim wrapped things up with us and we picked up our vehicle within the week. We LOVE our new ride and drove away very comfortable that we made a great decision and received great value. During all the dealings we felt as we were amongst friends! So happy we decided to pop in to Lally. This is the opinion of the Pre-Owned manager : "In talking to the Pre Owned manager, he was also under the impression that you were going to get it fixed either way, and anything that we could do to help would be appreciated.That is why he offered the 50/50. You were of the understanding that it should be paid and I appreciate that. As I hope you can understand, it is impossible to foresee every issue that might arise in a 7 year old vehicle and participate in the repairs, but I want to make this one right for you." Based on their website and sales person which I don't want to mention his name "There are many reasons why people all around Southwestern Ontario and the country buy a used car from Lally Ford in Tilbury. One reason is our selection of quality sought-after used vehicles that are safetied and reconditioned to the highest standards. You’ll find this selection in our Used Vehicles Inventory, full of used Ford vehicles in Tilbury, ON as well as a variety of used models from other manufacturers like Honda, Mazda, GMC, Chevrolet, Toyota and many more! The second reason is our commitment to our customers. At Lally Ford, we don’t believe in gimmicks, just good cars and great people. " So as per your website information I truly didn't expect that a car "reconditioned to the highest standards" bought from a FORD DEALERSHIP to have so many issues after one week and less then 400 km. It took me a call to OMVIC and more then 2 months to recover $399 for the outer tie road replacement which was changed at my own mechanic since they didn`t want to pay the costly repair at the FORD Dealership. Advance Trac yellow check engine left alone to deal with. Ford Emblem came off after 4 months. So GOOD LUCK buying pre-owned from Lally Ford !

Had some recall work done. Great staff and customer service. I only gave them 4 stars because apparently they felt the need to lower my tire pressure! I tow a tt and the tires require a higher psi when towing. I'm glad i check before hand. I'm sure they meant well.

I hope I got it right this time.. 5 star service all the way.. I've been to many dealerships and Lally Ford is by far the best in my eyes. I just want to thank everyone involved at the dealership. I am definitely pleased with all the work at my last visit, I was impressed by that.. Our 2011 Taurus is like new still at 150 k .. Anyways, the Gas and Go program to me is worth every penny, the service is always right on , and the staff is very friendly.. Just bought my second Ford F150 from Lally Ford. And we also bought a Ford edge. It doesn't get much better than this! Yes I enjoy the truck, but the real bonus is the service! Their gas n go service package takes the worry out of the service visits because you are on a tight budget. They do a through diagnostic at each oil change and if there's an issue needing attention they book an appointment to have it rectified and provide a courtesy vehicle. Very friendly service and sales staff make you feel part of a family....One that likes you :) As fir the truck ...nice ride and great fuel mileage!

I went to get a front end alignment and Charged me twice on my credit card. The first time they told me they couldn't do it fix the stabilizers then I came back to get it they said change the a frame did it then they said change your shocks brought my car back they said pay again because it's been 3 weeks I said no they never touched my car the first time. Well you need to give me my 300 dollars back because you took out on my Visa twice they refused to so I paid 300 plus tax for a F-- N CAR WASH.. WHICH IS ONLY A RINSEyou are awful horrible people there I only receive 365. Dollars a month SHAME ON YOU

I had a minor repair done to my truck and thought it might take about an hour to an hour and a half.It was completed in under an hour and was washed. Now that’s service! The service staff were phenomenal and friendly. The bottle of water that they left in my cup holder was a pleasant surprise........nice touch!

Well worth the drive, fast friendly service by experienced associate. I’ve had dealings at my share of dealerships some much closer to home and I’m always impressed with the efficiency I get from Lally Ford! The other dealers it seems to take for ever to get any questions answered often get bounced around to several people or waiting to speak with someone who ends up redirecting me to someone else. I’d rather spend a few minutes longer driving then standing around waiting on someone. Great work guys!

Bought a 2016 Explorer in August. Made the deal 1 week before pickup. Was really please with salesman and the dealership in general. When I picked up the vehicle, even though it was a used vehicle it had never been cleaned and the vehicle had been smoked in by the previous owner. after 3 weeks I am still trying to remove the odour, but is gradually getting better.
