Had a great time getting my new car oil guarded. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I had great conversations with all the employees who all seemed to care about making me feel welcome and appreciated as well as interested in what I had to say. I learned a lot about the process as well as information in regards to maintaining my vehicle further through other products they have. I cant wait to get my car oil guarded again!

The front desk staff here do genuinely seem to want to help, but their actual spray process revolves around wanting to drill the body with multiple holes...c'mon, who wants that today? The techs need to brush up on what can actually be done with each vehicle using factory access holes. If my Mopar dealer does not need to drill the panels, why do these guys?

Get both our cars done yearly. Product is top notch and effectly stops rust. Really good people to work with. Had a spot missed by mistake and they re did the whole car to correct the mistake. This only happened once over the 7 years we have done it. Mistakes happen, its how you correct the mistake that matters to me.

Had a appointment Saturday October 31st at 8:15am. Drove all the way from Thamesville and left early so I wouldn't be late. No one was there. Called phone number twice and left a message. It is now 10:30am. No one has bothered to call. Very poor service. Not professional at all. Made a appointment with oilgard.
