My first visit to Heuvelmans and the staff was very nice. I bought a 2018 Malibu from Gus Revenberg in Windsor in 2018; my car has been in their shop 3 or 4 times already and they never washed my car once. I can say that they weren't terrible but far from very good. One trip to Heuvelmans and they were professional, friendly, quick, and the washed my car. Wow! Thank you Heuvelmans Chevrolet Chatham.

I had a very good experience at Heuvelmans. They replaced a part on my vehicle and was only charged for the labor while my part on my vehicle was not under warrantee. They gave me this deal because there was a problem with these parts on other vehicles. I was even charged a lower price than I was quoted. To top it off they provided my transportation to and from work. I am very satisfied with there service they went above and beyond. and the staff are very friendly as well.

I was pleased with the experience at Heuvelmans today. Friendly person to deal with at the Service Desk. A shuttle ride was offered but I decided to walk to a nearby restaurant. Warranty work was completed and fully explained. Other repairs were also completed free of charge as part of the Cadillac Care Program.

Great experience with the service. I got an oil change, tire rotation, break service and recall fix for vacuum break assist. Took about 4 hours, which was as advertised. They also offered to drop me off somewhere, if I didn’t have a ride. Truck was washed afterwards which was nice. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. The only downside I can think of would be the promotion of $15 for my next service they sent me via email, which was not applied to the bill.

Called Heuvelmans about my car making noises two days ago. They were amazing! They were able to schedule me in to bring my car the following afternoon, plus providing me with a vehicle to use as well. Thought I wasn’t going to get my car fixed until the following day. I bought a truck from this dealership after my displeasure with a previous vehicle purchase at another local dealer over service and displeasure with owner manager. I traded said vehicle at heuvelmans for a brand new 2021 elevation (may 6. 2021). I had quite the experience with the young gentleman in service . After having my new truck serviced. Oil change. Tire rotation. Got attitude from young gentleman and when I picked up vehicle there was dirt all down top of console I Ssume from mechanic. It definatelt wasn't there when I went in. Then when I showed the young gentleman with the attitude I won't be back and was gonna leave it at that. Then salesman called to try and do damage control.NOW my GMC with less than 20000 has creaking and clunking in suspension. NOT HAPPY WITH VEHICLE SERVICE EXPERIENCES AT THIS DEALER.Then when they fixed said clunking(loose rear axle bolts. RETORQUE) should it of not been ,replace and retorque since they already came loose just saying. Then when they said they would drop vehicle off at my work at my convience. Needless to say I passed thier driver on my way home as they showed up after 300pm on Friday so I got a ride home with fellow employee.thats my rant. Once is a mistake twice is habit. I just as soon go elsewhere . GOOD LUCK!

I've only been here a couple of times and stayed in the car while hubby dealt with things pertaining to his truck. Heuvelmans is a very clean place for a vehicle sales and repair shops. It's large enough to hold many car displays and around the side of the building is the repair and detailing department. The staff is very friendly and professional. A great place for most of your car's needs.

They've taken care of my car everytime I've brought it in for service/oil, Chris went out of his way to middleman a deal for me from a dealership in Toronto. Good dealership. Only issue is, these guys don't seem to get alot of sports cars (whether it's due to demand or allocation), it's kind of unfortunate.

I brought my car in and told them what was wrong with it and what part i needed. Did a test drive with a mechanic/manager and asked him to do my brakes and rotors but also tires. They only fixed the 1 part i told them i needed and charged me $100 to do a diagnosis. I didnt expext that charge after i told them all the problems and what i wanted done. 1 star for every issue fixed

First class experience from moment walked through door, to sales personnel Mathew Speed, to test drive, to purchase of vehicle, small issue came up with vehicle handled under used vehicle warranty they have in place, loaner provided, Mathew then delivered repaired vehicle to my home. Had an appointment to repair garage door opener control on a new Equinox. I showed up on time and they knew I was going to wait for the repair to be completed. I waited a full hour in the waiting room when a service manager came out to tell me the car repair hadn't been started yet and it would take a few hours to complete. Had to take their courtesy shuttle home. My complaint is the manager should have know in a few minutes his people were not going to start the repair for a few hours. Very, very poor customer service.

Thank you Gavin at Heuvelmans Chev for 'saving' me when I had a dead battery. While waiting for GM Roadside service to come jump my battery, I called Heuvelmans to see if they would be able to determine if I needed a new battery, and replace it if so, as I had to get back to Windsor for my kids and was concerned about getting on the 401. Thankfully, although they were pretty jammed up, they squeezed me in and replaced my battery in a very timely manner. Kudos to the service department, you came through for me and my kids!

We r not going to go here anymore. 3 times was not a charm. Terrible encounters with the service desk guy. I think he’s new in the last few months or so. Should not be at desk or on the phone. My husband had an awful time with this guy on the phone and so we booked with another dealer who always accommodates us with a loaner too. Something we didn’t always get with Heuvelmans. Also we brought our Cadillac there for seat module and now the heat doesn’t work. We just had brakes serviced about a month ago and now pedal is soft and won’t return to normal. So never going there again. Once we had good customer service from the lady behind counter but after encountering HIM we are done there.

The only reason for not giving 5 Stars is that there wasn’t enough seating while waiting for my oil change; but I found 2 seats in the showroom for myself and a friend, who was with me. I drive a Honda CRV and I’ve had 2 new Honda Civics, previous to this vehicle. Honda has Cappuccinos, lattés & a larger waiting area but when I decided to compare prices, in hopes of saving a few dollars, Heuvelmans won, so I gave them a try. Then a few Months later it was time for another oil change and I came back. I asked about the air filter and the nice, red haired man told me they had changed it the previous time and it was still fine. That told me they weren’t just out to grab as much from me as they could. They also checked the tires, fluids and alignment, at no extra charge, which were good still.(except they filled up my window washer fluid!) I’ll be coming back the next time I need service. I’ll also look at and test drive a GM vehicle when I’m ready to look !! ????

After searching the web for a number of days I had decided on 3 different vehicles. Caddy, Lincoln, and Buick. The Caddy was sold. The Lincoln was OK, but some things in the pics didn't sit well and the dealer never really responded. I then found the Buick at Heuvelmans and I am glad I did. Lonnie Sannes the sales rep responded to my email right away. I advised him that I was interested and was coming from London. Made the drive to Chatham and the car was out front waiting for me. Lonnie met me with the keys and I went for the test drive. From that point on it was smooth sailing. Everyone was very friendly. With some minor negotiation on price I purchased the car. First time dealing with Heuvelmans and if I need another vehicle I know I will be back. Highly recommend the drive to Chatham if they have a car you want.

Best vehicle buying experience I've ever experienced. My 2020 Silverado High Country is also the finest truck I've owned. Got a stone chip on the driver's side window pillar when the truck was barely 3 months old. Drove me crazy. Brought it in to Heuvelmans body shop and they fixed it up good as new in one day and at a good price. If I could give a higher rating, I would!

I recently purchased and picked up my new C8 Corvette at Heuvelmans. Given the current situation with COVID-19, Heuvelmans made the respectable decision of health and safety over profit and shut down for 2 weeks. As they re-opened they followed cautious practices in allowing access. During this time, my rep Mike Ilisevic was in regular contact and provided pictures of the car as it arrived and was PDI'd. I was impressed with the care I received and felt comfortable everything was on track and going smoothly. I ended up taking delivery of the car on May 6th and was treated very well. I felt very safe during the delivery process. I would highly recommend Heuvelmans Chev. Thank you for a great experience Brian.

Had an issue with a broken part on the transmission shifter on a 2017 GMC Canyon. Being in South Windsor, I called the closest dealership parts department and was told the replacement part was $200 but that they would transfer me to the service department to see if it was covered under warranty. The service person informed me that they would charge me about $130 to look at the vehicle to see if it was a warranty part. So even if it was warranty it would cost me $130 for a part number diagnosis. I told this person that their parts department knows the part number and sent me to service for possible warranty. Finally she agreed to look into it and call me back. I never heard from them again. In the meantime, I called Heuvelmans in Chatham. I spoke to a sales person who was on lunch at the time and he said he would call me back after he got back to the shop and talked with service. I got a call back within the hour. He said the replacement part (he found the part number via our phone conversation without any charge to me) was a warranty part and there was one in a city a few hours away and that they had already ordered it for my vehicle and would let me know when it arrived. They called me the next day to schedule a time to fix it. Since then, they replaced that part and another under warranty. This is how it should be.
