Great service department. The mechanic took the time to show me the diagostic codes, and we're friendly to deal with. There's free coffee and Wi-Fi in the lounge, there's also a McDonald's right across the street if you need breakfast or lunch while you're waiting.

Can't say enough about our Rogue we purchased a few years back. All the features, we wanted with extra room for shipping huge things with ease. Great power when needed, Sport Mode, and still extremely comfortable with the cloth seats we chose. We will definitely be coming back for the next model, along with probably more features. Cheers!

First new car in my lifetime, Nov 2020. Their sign outside the dealership was free set of winter tires and free set of winterized mats with purchase of new vehicle.4 months later still waiting for my mats. I'm very disappointed. How can l go back with my car because of the warranty to a dealership l don't trust anymore.????????????..... Edited months later.The manager did come threw and l got everything that was promised to me. I am happy customer now. It's a year later l Love my Nissan Qashqai. Customer service is Top notch.????☺️

Chatham has some opportunity of survival with business still available in Chatham-Kent. If only everyone would stop and think about what they say and what comments they make for the public to see and read. The comment and slander to the members of a dealership is no different it is still hate remarks to another person. This was not handled professionally from the start all parties involved are to blame if anyone does not want such remarks about them advertised in public why do you advertise it. I would say if Tran would have taken the issue dirrectly to the dealership to be handled it would have been handled professionally and without humiliation. Yes the action are unacceptable but so is advertising an issue for attention and then have other people disrespect even more people. Truly think about it if you have never done anything wrong in your life you are not a living human being.

Can't say enough about the group from Nissan Chatham.... we purchased a car from them that has sadly been the 'lemon' of the bunch since the begging, (which is in NO way the dealerships fault). Over time we have had multiple issues, that Craig the Manager there has stepped up HUGE on multiple occasions. Can't thank him enough and would highly recommend him or any of his staff. Most recently have been in and had the great pleasure of dealing with Darlene, AJ & Amy. All 3 of them have been absolutely awesome, and have been working SO hard and going above and beyond to help correct the situation and make it what it should of been from day one. Craig and the service guys are a pleasure to deal with. I brought my truck in to fix some electrical issues i had after getting a new battery installed and Craig was nice enough to lend me his truck to go get breakfast while i wait (i know what my next truck will be now). The service guys were super helpful also. I would recommend this location to anybody who is looking to buy a vehicle and in fact i would drive out of my way to deal with these guys rather than go to the dealership where i live.
