Usually a good experience. I was however disappointed to hear that they will be charging $40.00 to store my tires in the future, even though I get all my work done at this dealership. Also, when I was there recently for an oil change, I noticed on my invoice that I was to receive a Mopar mug which I did not receive. Not a BIG deal, but none the less, it was noticed. Always good service...thank you.

We personally purchased a Dodge Caravan from Armando Lucarelli (Car-Mando) in Nov. 2020. Armando was nothing short of Fantastic! Going in we knew we had to trade in an old Ford Focus and upgrade to a family vehicle for the 4 of us. We love to do road trips, but also needed plenty of space in the back for renovation supplies. We initially went in to look at trucks but after test driving and seeing all of the Kid-friendly add on's a caravan offers we were SOLD ! Now the whole family enjoys road trips, the extra seats for friends, movies on the road, and there is plenty of room in the back for plywood! Armando found us Steller financing and a rate that soothed my frugal soul. And we had our vehicle in days. He has since answered any questions we had about the vehicle and has offered to show us features in person as we figured out all of the add on's. I would highly recommend Car-mando for your next vehicle purchase.

They provide a courtesy shuttle van with their driver to take you where you need to go and pick you up after they work on your car. I've never had a complaint.

Never have I felt pressured to purchase something i did not want. He always goes over and above to accommodate his clients, with either purchasing a new or used vehicle, also repairs. Heath is not your typical salesman, he actually cares about his client's happiness and putting you in the perfect vehicle. I would like to update this review. I have since been contacted my the manager Mike who has worked on the misunderstanding for me and today I got the soft top I was expecting at no cost. Mistakes happen and the true quality of great customer service is working with the customer to fix a problem when they make a mistake. Its going to be sunny and I have the soft top I was so excited to get with my jeep! Thank you Mike and Chatham Chrysler I leased a new jeep Sahara. I arranged for the 2 top option with the sales person Greg. I spoke to The finance person John who upon looking at my paper work told me that with the 2 top option I would likely have damage upon returning the jeep so would likely lose my security deposit. So both of these employees knew I has the soft option. I picked up the jeep a xouple days later. When i did the 2 top option was missing from the deal. I did not get a soft top. I mentioned this to Greg the sales rep who spoke to the sales manager who said there was nothing he could do. Having an appointment I reluctantly doing the jeep anyway as I needed it to get to my appointment. My experience left me with a feeling of being taken advantage of. I have been taking my van here for service for 5 years, bought new from them... disappointed that even though I specifically bought my winter tires/rims/tpms from them ($1600) with the promise to store my tires, new rules mandate $40 per season storage fee... I can see new customers getting charged, but existing customers should be honoured with original arrangement. Customer service needs to be improved to keep folks coming back. Little things mean a lot.

Bought a good used Dodge Caravan from them 6 years ago, brought in for service multiple times with reasonable outcomes. Priced a little high for the quality of service. Multiple times never received a call-back when voicemail left for service. Once they forgot to order me tires after a phone conversation. This last visit (most recent, and also last) for a transmission issue that other Chrysler vehicles had a recall for (but not Caravan) was met with condescension.

I can honestly say I've never been treated this good in 30 years of buying vehicles. I just happened to be in Chatham one day on other business and while driving by I noticed a beautiful pre-owned black Ram sport sitting out front for sale. I stopped in to ask a few brief questions and ended up taking it for a test drive. Upon returning, I made a few comments regarding the truck and how it handled. The sales person (Jennifer) never batted an eye at agreeing with my concerns and promising to correct them. Due to past experiences at other places, I was a bit sceptical but decided to go ahead and purchase the truck right then and there. Over the next few days there was some delays and hiccups (On my part) and I thought for sure there was going to be problems. They handled all of my many phone calls and questions very professionally and had no issues moving forward with the deal. When I finally was able to pick the truck up, it was better than agreed upon and I was in absolute awe of how they treated me. UPDATE - After leaving my review I was quickly contacted by the service manager of Chatham Chrysler and he was very apologetic of the situation and explained his proposal to make the situation right. I was very impressed with course of action and with his passion to see both of us happy. He went out of his way in his solution and for that I feel it's only fair to update my review and to bump up my 3 star rating to a solid 4 star rating. I am very confident after my next service visit ( I will be returning again ) I will be using all 5 stars. Thanks I was ok with the service I received. With booking a 8am aptmnt for an oil change and being there just after their opening at 8am I would've hoped that my vehicle would have been brought in sooner than 9:15 to be worked on. I also requested new OEM wiper blades to be installed and when I got into my vehicle I noticed I was sold a cheap pair of after market $5 Trico wiper blades. I had specifically requested if they had OEM wiper replacements and was told yes. Then to find out I paid almost 15 bucks each for cheap after market blades I was less than impressed. I can buy OEM wipers online for that price and they are far superior to what I was sold. I am a very handy person and for 30 yrs done all my own vehicle maintenance and repairs, my first experience with this new purchase did not sit well with me - 2 hrs for an oil change and crappy wipers all to the tune of a total bill of $135, I'm pretty sure I won't be back in the fall for my next oil change. This is sad as I really had an awesome experience with Jen D who sold me my truck, but my first service experience was nothing I would want to tell my friends and family about. I appreciated that I was "fit into a busy day" and I feel the testing or review of my problem was given a pretty quick overview because of it. I didn't have a concern with that but essentially I was told everything was working OK and I was given a recommendation on how to properly use my defrost. I have been driving for 30+ yrs, I know how the defrost works, or is suppose to work. I thought it would have been more prudent to suggest a second appointment where the technician could take the proper time to review the issue at hand. I left the dealership and the window fogged up twice before I could get home. I will book a second appointment but maybe try a different dealership next time.

The service is always great when we go in. We bought the van there that was also a pleasant experience. A year ago the transmission went on the van after 80000km. We called Chatham Chrysler to discuss our warranty since we had the best warranty money could buy. I got a very poor response and was told we missed the warranty by a month or 2. They did zero to advocate for us, and seemed just to wash their hands of it. We ended up stranded 12 hours away from home and had to pay for a new transmission that took a week to come in. $4500 later in a new transmission, $2000 in hotel and food expense later Chrysler Canada still gave me a poor response. You buy what they say is the top of the line van and after 80000km the transmission goes and they provide nothing through the warranty that you bought. Will not buy another vehicle from Chrysler, Chatham or otherwise.

Arrived at your location to inquire about my service engine light coming on. Was told of the diagnostic reading, it came back that I needed an oil change and they were going to do some kind of flush or flash ...not sure the exact term they used to help lubricate my timing belt? After, that didn't work they told me they would have to do more investigating and would require them to go deeper into the engine. I asked how much this was going to cost , I was told by Miss Gilbraith somewhere between 600 - $800 i asked if that was including labor costs she proceeded to tell me that somebody would call me the next day to give me a quote. I then asked if the truck was safe to drive as is, Miss Gilbraith asked another worker walking back to his office and he proceeded to tell me that he would NEVER spend any money on an engine of a truck that had over 300,000 km on it. I asked again, but it is safe to drive as is, his answer, your engine is dying. AGAIN, i asked but is it safe to drive, again he says he would NEVER spend any money on a truck with over 300,000 km on it i told him they were high way kms, he said didn't matter. Funny because when i bought it with over 100,000 km on it the chrysler dealer told me it was all high way kms LMFAO. Long story short i didn't get my answer and drove it anyway. Next day i get a call from miss Gilbraith she leaves a voicemail parts going to cost me $4300 plus labor? ARE YOU FN' KIDDING ME? I paid almost $300 for an oil change is what i will call it at your place. I took my truck to a mechanic he charged me $300 for labor and $85 for parts and my truck is fixed and runs great. Explain yourselves people.

We love our van, but our experience with one of the female sales person and finance manager wasn't all that great, and that's putting it lightly. Definitely won't be going back and doing business there again. With my excellent credit rating, I'm sure any other dealership would be happy to treat us just a bit better. Pre owned sales manager is very rude and only cared about my car if I was trading it in. Charges $50 just for an appraisal where he literally walked around the car and turned it on. Hello Everyone My 2014 Dodge Caravan (110 000km) broke down on the side of the road on Oct 31/2017. I was suspecting battery and or alternator issues. I was charged $130.00 tell me the alternator is bad. (which kind a sticks cause you can tell the alternator is failing with a simple test using a multimeter). Could have done it myself by was down to my last tow with CAA Plus. So my alternator didn't see 4yrs. After bring that up to the service manager he said that that wasn't unusual. I asked if that was typical for them to go and he agreed. The heated seats also went on the driver's side and we started to notice oil spots on our driveway. As it turns out, the oil filter housing needs to be replaced. Nearly four years old and we have to worry about our family car breaking down. Anyhow, the service has always been friendly and kind but I can't advocate buying a Grand Caravan if you are looking for a long term reliable vehicle. This was our 2nd new vehicle we bought and we will be considering our option for the next time.

I appreciate their quick and timely service at this busy time of year. My second necessary repair came during COVID19, my AC failed and I contact Chatham Chrysler who were just getting set up for service an appoint was arranged, the picked my vehicle up and check the AC and Battery along with Oil change and Tire Rotation. They completed all repairs to my satisfaction returned my car, to my driveway. I was extremely satisfied and the fact they tried reduce the cost, and I was more than satisfied with the results.

Big shout out to Brian in the Service Department! I brought my Dads vehicle to our local dealership to get a warranty inspection done on it and for a clunking noise in the rear, outside tire wear and some other small stuff. I got all the small stuff covered by the local dealership which was great but they said they couldn't fix the noise in the rear under warranty (which i stressed was my main concern). They quoted me over $600.00 to do the job. I told them to leave it i will get taken care of somewhere else. I called Brian a few days later, explained our situation, he told me to bring it in right away they will have a look at it to see if that something they can take care of. My Dad brought it in, they drove him back and forth to work and called them later on in the day and said it was all taken care of!! Our family will be back. Thanks to Brian and the Service Department at Chatham Chrysler for getting us fixed up!

I took my van in for some warranty work to replace a part in the side sliding door mechanism and they did not finish the job. After I picked my vehicle, I went to pick up my kids and my daughter walked out of the van with plastic piece from the door. I went to look and there were wires showing and and the button for controlling the window was hanging out of the door. Thankfully my father was able to put it back together as I did not have time to run back to the dealership to deal with the issue. I was not impressed!

I took my Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were to call me when my vehicle was done. I went for a walk and came back and sat outside one hour later. I didn’t even look to see if my vehicle was done because I hadn’t received a call. After about a half hour, I looked around and saw my vehicle parked in the lot so went to the service desk to see why I hadn’t gotten a call and if it was indeed finished. I was told that she was waiting for a price on something but turns out that was for someone else. The tires weren’t rotated because they told me the back tires were bald. I only have 53,000km on this vehicle. I was given a quote for new tires and I paid for the oil change and left. My husband looked at the tires and said they are not bald and there is no way they should be after 53,000 km. So now I have to take the car in somewhere else and get the tires rotated. I don’t think I will be returning to the dealership.
