Excellent workmanship! You would never know the bumper area was repaired. Courteous staff plus was driven to Discount Car & Truck Rentals, to pick up my loaner. I would highly recommend Imperial.

This place has had my car since June. I was feeling pretty discouraged; however, that changed in a hurry. I went to get my car and it looked beautiful. Like brand new. The time was worth the wait. The staff was great to work with. I even was provided with a loaner car for the duration. I would definitely take my car here again. Thank you Carstar!!

Working with Carstar Imperial for our car repairs has been such a pleasure. They stayed in contact and updated me as frequently as necessary to give me peace of mind and to keep progressing with the repairs. Everything was done really well and they went above and beyond to make sure our car was going to run properly, have the correct parts and look great. They even took care of a little rust spot, even though they didn't have to, that could have led to a major fix in the future! Even when insurance was starting to get testy they had our backs and did everything they could to get our car ready and make sure we weren't going to be taken advantage of. All in all, everyone was amazing and we are so grateful that this wonderful team was looking after our car for the 3 months it took for the repairs to be completed (thanks a ton COVID, it would've been much quicker if it weren't for the pandemic)!

Well my Ford Edge had been there for nearly double the amount of time it was estimated. My insurance rental ran out and I was too angry and stubborn to accept their loaner car. However i regret my ignorant attitude because they did unbelievable work considering the extensive front end damage. They did the best work possible and it looks factory finish. Made sure everything was more than satisfactory and recommend them without question. Have a look at the photo i posted. It's amazing .

I highly recommend Carstar, they were very professional, knowledgeable with great communication. They made a stressful event with my vehicle easier to deal with. They arranged pickup and drop off of a rental car for me. Friendly and informative whenever I called with a question. My vehicle looked brand new when I picked it up after the entire front end was smashed in from an encounter with a deer. Don’t hesitate to use Carstar, my experience was very positive.

Expected great work on my Saab 9-5. Looked fantastic when I picked it up but after having it for a few weeks discovered several extremely failed issues. Plastic clips replaced where screws should have been and entire brackets to hold the front end of the car on missing. There was literally 4 plastic push pins across the front skin of the whole entire car. A good enough bump on the road could have tore the whole front end completely off. I can't even imagine what that would have look like on the highway if it would have come off. Ordered the parts myself online and put them on in about 15 minutes and cost me an additional $50 after the insurance claim was finished. I didn't bother taking it back to them because I had already bothered them several times for other things they didn't do that should have been done in the process. Like the rear bumper wasn't aligned to the car and they tried to tell me that's how it was before. Pretty frustrating and was left to feel really stupid. I thought these guys were the best in town but I realize they just wanted to get the insurance money and get you out the door. I guess that's business these days. The office staff was friendly so that's a plus.

Michelle is simply superb. Carstar have now dealt with two of my vehicles that have been in accidents and the service is flawless. The company, particularly Michelle, truly care and even though the insurance pays the bill, they made me feel like I was the only party that mattered. Highly recommended and the repairs were of the highest standard.

Went in to ask for a quote (tail gate had a small patch of rust on an SUV I was thinking of buying) he told me I should buy a whole new back gate, and it wasn't worth fixing. I'm pretty sure he only does insurance claims. Save yourself some time and go to Fix Auto

these guys are awesome. I had my car repaired here a few years ago when it was Imperial Autobody, and they did a great job then and now as Carstar Imperial. It seems the staff are the same but now they offer nationwide warranty now, so that’s a plus.

Imperial has always been known to be the best shop in Chatham since I was kid. They fixed a few of my cars, and also now as Carstar, they are still the best in the city by far.
