I put a $500 deposit down on a vehicle. He than sold the vehicle on me, said he found a different one, but turns out that was a lie, and wasnt cooperating with giving my deposit back, had to call UCDA to get my money back. I would not recommend this place unless you want to chance getting ripped off. As well, he than started texting me yesterday, saying " I swear I am going to sue you" because of the review I wrote, called me an idiot and threatening to wreck my credit all because I had to go threw UCDA. Had to block his number so the texting/harassing would stop. DO NOT buy from here, please!

Buying from Sid and Mo at Carmax was a great experience. I got a great deal and they took care of everything from certification to plates. The car was spotless and drives like a new car. They were very accommodating to my work schedule and communication was easy. I'm very happy with the Caravan, thanks guys!

I have a used vehicle on Facebook market place. about a week or two ago one of there associates messaged me about the vehicle. he was asking questions that were Cleary answered in the ad, had outrageous meeting times for him to look/ test drive the truck. huge waste of my time.... now were present day one of the owners of car carmax motors messages me about the truck and was extremely difficult to deal with completely wasted my time again I don't how anyone can operate a business like this. I wish I could give 0 stars because of how rude and disrespectful there were to me. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy A car from them

After many months of searching for a really reliable and affordable suv for the family and I; after a dreadful car crash that almost ended our lives, I found the right one at Carmax Motors. Keep in mind that I am in London and had to drive all the way to Chatham to check it out. Upon calling Carmax motors and speaking with the owner, Sid, we were immediately impressed by his humble, focused and family determined mindset. It was just meant to be at that point, so we drove over down to Chatham and surly enough we were greeted by Sid and there was our 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe waiting for us to take on a test drive. We were immediately impressed by its looks and features! It has a heated steering wheel! My wife loves it haha. Anyways, very impressed with his business ethics and would love to buy another vehicle from him. Highly recommended!
