Called this dealership for service, was bounced around 5 times and spoken to rudely by each person. I asked for Bob Campbell the service manager to call me back, I was told that he was on lunch, he called me in 5 minutes (short lunch) and did apologize for the rude way his staff attended my call. He insisted to correct me and make me feel like I lied about my bad experience . He said I should call another day for my service, I just spent over $3000 doing repairs and buying accessories for my vehicles. I own 6 Toyota vehicles but after this experience I would take it to another dealership. This is not what I expected from Toyota, this Boy should not be the Car Service Business

I didn't think that I was taken seriously about purchasing a new car. My small children were in tow and I seemed to be an inconvenience to the salesperson when I asked to be shown vehicles. When I asked about which car had certain features on it, he pointed across the lot to a vehicle at least 50 feet away; I had to ask to be shown it. I ended up purchasing a brand new car, but not from this dealership or brand.

Avoid this place. We went in today just about ready to buy their 2017 Limited Highlander. We spoke with Jonathan and he was a decent salesmen while setting us up for the test drive, but all that ended once we asked if he could do anything for the price. At that point his "friendliness" ended and he wouldn't do a single thing for us. We were looking to take around $200-$300 off, and he would just keep repeating "that's the price". We would have bought the car even if there was no dollar shaving (even though a few hundred is nothing to these dealerships, I took more money off phones while doing phone sales). The whole time it felt like he thought we should be begging him to sell the car to us. Poor way to conduct business and I hope the business takes appropriate measures to make sure future customers don't have to go through this kind of experience.

Bought a new Rav4 in 2015. Within the first week after owning it my wife noticed the brakes kept making a grinding noise every time she pressed on the brake pedal. I also noticed this same grinding noise whenever I drove it. Called them and took it back in to get it addressed. They said that during the night rust accumulates on the break disk and it gets between the disk and calipers when you apply the brake. So the grinding noise is rust. They said there wouldn't be any real purpose in replacing the brakes as it would just happen again. This does not speak well of Toyota quality. So fast forward to present day and the grinding issue still exists. If I had known I was in for grinding brakes from a brand new vehicle, I wouldn't have made the purchase. Plus the fact that this car rides like a go cart. Every little sewer cover you drive over feels like a 3 foot deep hole in the road. I literally have to drive down the road veering left and right in my lane to avoid these sewers. We previously owned a new 2006 Toyota Sienna van which was a joy to drive and upon trading it in (after 9 years of ownership) on the Rav4, had no issues and never had anything replaced other than the usual tires, air filters, etc. My recommendation would be to steer clear (pun intended) of any Rav4 vehicle. Short wheelbase equals a very poor ride in Toyotas case. Perhaps try Honda. Also for those of you who aren't aware, Campbell Toyota has cancelled their rewards program. When I was at the dealership I was given $28.00 off of my bill with no reason as to why it was being suddenly cancelled. So if you have some time left on this program, get your car in asap, or lose the benefit you may have received.

I purchased a RAV4 from Campbell Toyota and overall had a great experience. I've had a few used cars in my time, acquired through private sales, but this was my first time buying a new car from a dealer. Our sales associate Anne was super accomodating, even offering to stay after hours to accommodate our schedule to give us a test drive. She answered about a million of our questions and gave us plenty of time to test drive the vehicle. Afterwards, she asked if we wanted to discuss our buying options but I felt zero pressure throughout the process. After deciding to move forward with our purchase, we worked with Chad in financing. He offered some of the upsell options you would expect, e.g. extended warranties, etc., but was straightforward and frank about our options. I never had the feeling like I was being pushed in any direction, just given the information I needed to make an informed decision, which I appreciated. What started as a kind of stressful experience turned into a fun one. Everyone was really nice and helpful. We left feeling confident in our purchase and would like to thank the folks at Cambell Toyota for their assistance!

Was driving home today when I witnessed a road rage incident where a bald man with glasses and a Campbell Toyota work shirt (driving a dark blue Subaru WRX) cut off a silver corolla, brake checked him and parked in the middle of the road to block him. I witnessed your employee throw something at the Corolla(coins I think) which caused both men to get out of their cars and yell at eachother in the middle of the street. Very disgusted to know someone like this could be potentially working on one of my family members car. I have told all of my friends and I hope others are weary about using this dealership!!

Overall Great Service! However no one is perfect, and a perfect example. In last week and had $700 worth maintenance done, in the following week was mailed out a coupon that should have been used on that work. The coupon's value was $58. So that was annoying and the coupon expires end of the month.

They dont want new business!!! i emailed for quote on 2021 highlander.received reply from Jeff brewer, just one line.monthly payment for term.thats it. no breakdown,no explanation of any options on lot. answered what i asked though. but its clear thats not how you communicate in reply to new vehicle query. as toyota's sell itself, attitude is at high level it seems. i was ready to pick vehicle asap and a friend ready for lease whom i had referred. but they are not interested in selling new vehicles clearly.

A TRUE FIRST CLASS DEALERSHIP. I live in the U.S. and had a problem with my Tacoma truck leaf spring recall. The dealerships in the U.S. were reluctant to fix it. Had an appointment with Eastway Toyota in Windsor but at the last minute they called and were unable to do the job as promised. Happened to be in Wheatley on vacation and called Bob Campbell at Campbell Toyota, explained my problem and he went out of his way to make the repair happen. He took my vin number, made connections happen, and contacted me many times to inform me of his progress on getting the leaf springs. Took the truck in, was greeted by Bob and his friendly crew, and 2 hours later was driving away. It took Bob 48 hours to accomplish what I had been working on with other dealerships, both U.S. and Canadian, for months. You never need to go anywhere else for service but Campbell Toyota. Let me start with this. I am from Windsor and drove to Chatham to deal with this dealership. From the first e-mail they were accommodating. Everyone working has a smile and are friendly. It makes a huge difference when everyone is nice and great to their customers. I dealt with Marcy which made the experience painless and she was great! It was the little things like she had the Rav around front waiting for me to test drive before I even got to the dealership. I didn't wait at all! She was upfront and wasn't pushy. She explained the whole thing very well and I couldn't recommend her enough! The dealership as a whole makes you feel at home. I spent $1500 on tires .. had to go back to get rebalanced and then my pressure in one tire gets low due to cold temperature understandably.. but it’s my fault because it’s a gm vehicle and apparently according to the service advisor ..Toyota ..they don’t program the tires to the vehicle to know which one is low I have to go to my dealer to know that.. !! Wow don’t go to another dealer for your tires apparently. I inflated the one that was low according to the car but that wasn’t correct.. I guess they should of told me to go back to my dealer to do ... what a f*#%% waste of time!!

I needed a car fast and Campbell Toyota sold me one. I drive the vehicle back to london and I didnt even have it for a day before I had major problems. They couldn't have seen it coming with out driving for a distance which I just happened to do on the first day. What could have been a major headache turned out to be a pleasent experience.
