I wasent 100% please with the service I got. They had me drive all the way to London from Windsor to test drive a car just to fine out that it was actually at their Chatham lot. When I got to their chatham lot the cars were filthy dirty inside. I did end up buying a car that I am very pleased with. It was clean because it was new and well taken care of previously.

these guys just randomly text people hoping to sell them cars, when you ask how the got your contact info they give you some line and still try to sell you a car, when you ask to be removed from their system they have some other nonsense they tell you and still try to sell you a car, I live 3 hours from this place and still don't know how they got my personal information, think they are buying data from kijiji, would not recommend due to unethical business practices.

They had me run around for required paperwork thwn dropped all communication both times, hadn't responded to emails or texts, no follow up nothing. Not very professional, and poor service. Definitely don't recommend.

Was lied to by a representative of this dealership tonight. Told me that my car was on its way. Dakota told me that it was on the other side of the West Lorne service center being slowed down by traffic. As of 9pm the vehicle was still not on the lot. Have I been lied to? Not a good way to start a business relationship Dakota from the Chatham dealership. Will be letting anyone that will listen about this. Was just informed by the General Manager Andrew Johnson that my van was there. Took the few minute drive to check the lot. Still no van. Was Andrew told an untruth as well By Dakota?

UPDATE. Worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. Stear clear of 5 Star dealers I wish we had. CV shaft installed backwards. Seized in place. All fluids had leaked out. Dead starter after 6 days of owning. Wheel alignment needed doing. Satellite radio removed at safety basic one installed. Safetied with hole in body that was not repaired as promised. I could go on further but why bother. Less than 2 weeks of owning $2000 in repairs.
