Le jour de la prise de possession de notre véhicule neuf nous avons eu la surprise de découvrir que la garantie constructeur était rognée de plusieurs mois sans que bien sûr personne ne nous en ait informés... La seule explication qu'on nous a donnée c'est que le véhicule a été mis en service 4 mois avant notre achat ! Nissan ne vend donc pas ses véhicules neufs avec 3 ans de garantie ! Leur publicité est donc mensongère ! Cerise sur le gâteau : étant donné qu'on est venu en soirée pour chercher notre voiture (NEUVE), on ne s'est rendu compte qu'une fois arrivée chez nous et avec la lumière du jour, que le pare-choc de notre nouvelle voiture (neuve!!!) était abîmé ! Nous ignorons si c'est propre à la concession de Châteauguay ou si prendre les clients pour des cons est un sport national chez Nissan... mais nous allons bien évidemment poursuivre le garage par la voie légale pour faire valoir nos droits. Personne n'a envie de rencontrer de telles difficultés lorsqu'il achète une voiture neuve... alors PASSEZ VOTRE CHEMIN ET ALLEZ ACHETER VOTRE AUTO AILLEURS.

Horrible experience with this dealer. Went to do an oil change with my infiniti g37, figuered it was close to my house so will make this dealership my regular dealer but what a mistake. I asked them to open my licence plate and they couldn't do it after 45 mins and since i was getting late for work i told them ill come back later. Guess what they charged me for the labor to take off the licence plate which was never taken out in the first place. This is probably the first dealership that charges you for work not done. Never going back here. Beware these people lack customer service and any business sense.

I've bought a Nissan Rogue 2019 SL in February 2019 at Nissan Chateauguay. The car seems to have many issues, which isn't the dealership's fault per say. Mainly transmission issues that has caused me many headaches. It was at the dealer for over 1 month at one point during the last year. Still not fixed and now other issues are being raised. (Roof cracking / Steering wheel issues, etc.). For a vehicle that I've had for only 9 months, I've already been at this dealer 6-7 times. The transmission is still not fixed. Today, I've had a scheduled appointment at 7:30 in the morning and upon arrival was told the technician is unavailable today and that they will re-schedule me in two days, without a call or nothing to inform me of this prior to my meeting. Seems like not all their customers are getting the star service that the reviews seem to show. Edit: The dealer has approached me and has changed the transmission under warranty. They also included a full interior and exterior cleaning of the vehicle which I really appreciate. It shows that they want to help out and provide a good service. After a few days, my transmission is still very jerky. They are looking at other solutions with Nissan Canada. So the problem with the product itself still persists... Edit 2: Finally had a meeting with Nissan Canada at the dealer. Test drove it with the technician and his PC. Technician confirmed this is normal CVT behaviour. I have my doubts but will have to continue looking at this up close. They are building a report based on tests he did with other Rogues. More to come. I still get a big jerk and revs go up right before I stop. I do have to change the star level as Nissan Chateauguay did go above and beyond to help me out with my situation.

J'ai vécu du stress et de l'angoisse juste à penser aux conséquences que cela aurait causer sur mon bureau de crédit... Nissan Barnabé qui avait une concession à Châteauguay a vendu ses parts à Nissan solution.. Les deux se relancent la balle. Nissan canada ne veut pas me parler car mon dossier est en recouvrement. Bref méfiez-vous des vendeurs ... De plus, le vendeur m'a laissé partir du concessionnaire sans plaque d'immatriculation au moment de la livraison... Plus jamais je louerai un véhicule Nissan.. Dommage car je change de véhicule à tous les 3 ans.

J'y demande de tester avec une autre machine, il prend alors l'ancienne machine et ca dit que ma pile est parfaite. Sachant pu quoi dire, ils dit qu'il va faire tester la machine par Nissan Canada, me rappeler dans une semaine pis si ca dit que ma batterie est bonne, il va me créditer 48$ pour s'excuser en rabais service. Un mois plus tard (hier) je retourne le voir. Il dit qu'il a pas fait tester sa machine, qu'il avait des problèmes bein plus urgents à traiter. Jy ai expliqué que j'aurais apprécié un suivi, et aussi j'y dit que cest pas cool car si il dit a 10 clients par semaine que leur batterie est morte et qu'ils la changent pour rien, ca rapporte BCP de cash au concessionnaire frauduleusement. Il me coupe la parole sans cesse, sort de son cubicule et continue à essayer de me faire taire en disant des choses comme "je te dois absolument rien mais je t'offre pareil 48$ en service fak c'est quoi que tu veux?".. Brûlé de me faire rabrouer et sachant ce qu'un mécano frustré peut faire à ton char quand il est pas content, j'y ai dit de m'oublier, crédit inclus, pcq j'ai peur de prendre un changement d'huile et sortir avec des "nouveaux problèmes". Même après avoir lu les commentaire dévastateurs sur nissan chateauguay, j'avais envie de leur laisser une chance. J'en ai pris pour mon rhume! N'allez jamais à cet endroit. We were told the tires would be close to brand new and when given the tires they had clearly been used for at least 2 winters. The main issue is that the car I purchased has 19 inch rims and the winter tires given to us are 20 inch, the response being that you asked for winter tires and I’ve given you some... not that they have to fit on the car, we tried to make this work by requesting the manager provides used metal rims for the tires or provide the correct 19 inch sized tires but got the same response in that we have given you winter tires and they do not need to fit. Completely ridiculous response, but expected from the small minded imbecile that is the manager at this branch. As per the last 4 months the managememt has changed and had the chance to fall with the kindest, most patient and most professional salesman with a great aura. Yessine took the time to show me the vehicles and accomodate me with the patience of a saint as well as his director Yannick, and Nancy from financing. Yannick and Nancy equally helped me to find solutions and taught me that sometimes it's best take your time and chose wisely. Honestly, this is a great team and would recommend them to anyone.
