I have been dealing with Solution Ford for the past 6 years or so and I find that lately my service has been getting less and less quality. I went in this week to get my car cleaned and oil changed and for the 3rd time in a row it has come back not completely clean and I expressed to the agent that I was not happy but he was too busy on the phone to deal with me. I was also to meet with an agent to look at upgrading my car and when I showed up for my appt. time he was with another client. I was advised that he would call me back that evening and he did not. This is not the first time I have not been contacted back and this is very disappointing because I was hoping to be able to upgrade my vehicle. I am seriously considering another Ford dealership as I am very disappointed and it seems that no one seems to care about my quality of services I am receiving as I have contacted management.

Évidemment, lorsqu'on va au garage, il surgit toujours des pépins imprévus. Un entretien des freins et le remplacement des disques arrière fût nécessaires. C'est une mauvaise surprise. Et j'en passe encore: aucune connaissance des problèmes connus de leur véhicules d'occasion (une petite recherche sur Google et les voilà!), et aucun respect pour le client qui essaie de faire son bout de chemin. I purchased a new truck, a 2021 Ford f150 which ordered through the dealer. I originally started the process in dec but the order was only placed in jan and truck was received in feb. Purchase new(used 2014) vehicle and left my 2017 for regular service and 1 warranty item. Next morning on the 2014 check engine light comes on for low coolant level !! It was below the « min » level, anyway topped it up to the max level decided to eyeball this over Added almost a gallon of windshield washer fluid to it, no to say when recieved the car the night before it was below 1/4 of gas.... Besides the gas tank i would think the fluid levels should have been checked ?? As for the 2017 they recieved the wrong parts in the box so they would reorder and call me next week ,, its been a month and still no news from them, I paided to have it washed & waxed also But you may as well rub an old smeary sock over it and you would get about the same results..... I bought a Ford Fusion Energi from them. It was a demo car with 17000km. Overall I’m satisfied, but during the delivery I discover some deep scratch which was repaired before. The result wasn’t 100% good the scratches were visible. The sales guy forgot to mention for me however I asked them for any damage previously. The owner of the dealership didn’t know about this problem and because of the fact I came from Ontario to pickup the car in Chateauguay, they covered the cost of the repair by a cheque. They really tried to find a “Solution” for my problem. When I left the dealership I had some bad feelings, but the car is good and after 2-3 days the bad feelings are gone. I’ve purchased a used Ford Escape from Solutions, only to find out that the tires that came with the vehicle were no longer usuable. I purchased the vehicle in February, in which I was advised it does not have winter tires, so I’ll need to buy them. Come summer time they’ll change for free. I went to change them, and was advised that the tires are no good. In enssence, they sold me a vehicle with bad tires. I also ran into and engine issue the first month owning it. They forgot to put the oil cap on properly when they did an oil change, and it leaked every where and the majority of oil missing. They were going to charge me . Brought my Escape in for an oil change, int/ext detailing, an ignition switch problem, and touch ups on paint flaws. Oil change was free ???? Ignition switch was under warranty Interior was clean everywhere except where the baby car seat was. Not like it was hard to unbuckle it and move it - so they left it dirty underneath and all around it. I wouldn't say it was worth the price. Touch ups on the paint were cheaply done, and i could have done them myself and probably had a neater finish and paid less. Looks like a toddler did it. Exterior was clean, but a new scuff in my door "magically" appeared when i picked up the truck. To top it off, when i booked the appt, there was no mention of a loaner car. I WAS told it would only take a FEW hrs, so i thought I'd be okay. I DID have to pick up my child at daycare at 4pm. When i arrived to drop off the truck, i was told it would take LONGER and that if i wanted a loaner, i should have booked 1.5 to 2 weeks in advance -- i had only made the APPOINTMENT a week in advance. It would have been impossible to book a loaner. Im 8.5 months pregnant. I was given the option to push the appointment 3 weeks from then and book a loaner car - or continue on that day. I obviously don't have that kind of time, so i continued. They sent me home in a smelly taxi i had to wait 15 minutes for. Leaving me stranded for the day. ???? I got a call at 4:58pm to tell me my car was ready. This means i OBVIOUSLY had to find a way to pick up my child at daycare with NO CAR!! WHAT IS THE POINT OF TAKING AN APPT AT 830AM WHEN YOU WON'T HAVE A CAR TIL THE NEXT DAY!? They don't go with you to check your car to make sure its okay when you pick it up - you just have to sign, pay, and accept what you get. Its just unprofessional, in my opinion. You put your time, money, stress, and investment into the dealers hands thinking you'll get taken care of - when really you're being taken advantage of. Next time, ill be going elsewhere.

Entre temps, cette personne a dû prévenir son ami qu'un 2e client était sur l'affaire, et il m'a donc rappelé 1hr plus tard pour me dire que la vente était conclue !!! Je peux toujours attendre les photos... Moralité: Chez Solution Ford mieux vaut avoir un ami pour acheter un véhicule, cela commence comme cela et ensuite on s'étonne qu'il y ai de la corruption au Québec !!!

Dommage quand même parce que le reste du service était super .. au financement on repassera ..
