The customer service while purchasing my vehicle from Hyundai was phenomenal. However, the customer service afterwards is lacking. Their service hours are minimal, and for those who work 9-5 we have no way of having our vehicle serviced except leaving it with them for an entire day. Unlike other dealers, such as Volkswagon, Honda, etc. Hyundai makes you pay for a car for the day. The guy kept ignoring me and talking to my bf who had to remind him 3 times during a 5min conversation that the car was not his and he should adress himself to me. Yes I purchased the Kona a week later. Probably the best car that I purchased, meaning never had more fun driving, sight seeing, taking it on weekend adventures. When you can leave Québec city heading to Halifax 1000km and only have to gas twice, makes this driver extremely happy. The varnish on the tailgate was burned and there were countless spots very apparent left on the hood. 3:30 it took them to deliver the vehicle. But the problem is that no one in this establishment knew that Accent is now manufactured in Mexico and they had no idea what it meant to the buyer. Vehicles made in Mexico are often accompanied by flagrant manufacturing problems and are not as reliable as the models produced in Korea. The problem on our Accent? Windshield installed crooked and water presence in the glove compartment on delivery. We are promised a water test this week. We are Thursday and still nothing. Dealer tactics are clear. Any product bought in Quebec can be returned to the seller if there is a manufacturing problem within 10 days. He is obviously trying to let that go by and we get caught up in the problem. The staff was courteous and polite but very incompetent and mostly uninformed. We will return the vehicle Friday morning and cancel the purchase for manufacturing problem. Since they have proven to us that they have a huge internal communication problem, I do not expect to receive a call due to this comment. Very very disappointed but not surprised at all. A la livraison notre véhicule avait été poli et en plus, il était pire que celui des véhicules de la salle de montre. Le vernis sur le hayon était brûlé et il y avait d'innombrables tâches très apparente laissé sur le capot. 3:30 que ça leur a pris pour nous livrer le véhicule. Mais le hic c'est que personne dans cet établissement ne savait que les Accent sont maintenant fabriqué au Mexique et ils n'avaient aucune idée de qu'est-ce-que ça voulait dire pour l'acheteur. Les véhicules fabriqués au Mexique sont souvent accompagnés de problèmes de fabrication flagrant en plus de ne pas être aussi fiable que les modèles produits en Korée. Le problème sur notre Accent? Pare brise installé croche et présence d'eau dans le coffre à gants a la livraison. On nous promets un test d'eau cette semaine. Nous sommes jeudi et toujours rien. La tactique du concessionnaire est claire. Tout produit acheté au Québec peut être retourné chez le vendeur s'il y a problème de fabrication dans un délai de 10 jours. Il tente évidemment de laissé passer ce délais et que nous soyons pris avec le problème. Le personnel était courtois et polis mais très incompétents et surtout mal informés. Nous retourneront le véhicule vendredi matin et cancellerons l'achat pour problème de fabrication. Étant donné qu'ils nous ont prouvé qu'ils ont un énorme problème de communication a l'interne, je ne m'attend pas a recevoir d'appel dû à ce commentaire. Très très déçu mais pas surpris du tout.

The service is great! I bought a Hyundai Elantra 2020 from this place nearly a month ago. My car dealer Charles was good. He explained everything well, very kind and polite. Mario Leduc and Christian were also great! However, the little problem is that there was some misunderstandings. I asked for a silver colour but when I arrived to pick my car up, it’s black. I never said black once so I have no idea where it came from but it wasn’t a HUGE deal unless if it were to be white or orange. I wish they could’ve offered me a car until my right colour car comes in because I already don’t have a car so I was struggling just getting to work. So that’s why I accepted the colour anyway because I couldn’t wait any longer. Also there is supposed to be Sherlock protection on it but it wasn’t installed on my car. So I had to show proof on my contract that it is included! So now I have to come back whenever they’re available to install it for me.. overall it’s not horrible however its really important to make sure to go over EVERYTHING with your car dealer!
