I live in Gatineau and I was in Chateauguay for a funeral. Sunday evening I was getting ready to go home and my truck didn’t start. On Monday at 7:30am I managed to start it and brought it directly to GMC dealership in Chateauguay. Michel at the counter took the car in right away and got it fixed before 9am. I was served by, hold on, the service director Mr. Stéphane Bergevin! And the bill amounts to 29.99 + taxes! I have to make another appointment immediately because the warranty will expire in about 200km! Je suis allé au rendez-vous, on 'a bien expliqué qu'il pourrait y avoir des frais si le problème du véhicule ne fait pas partie de la garantie. Après 20 minutes de vérification, on m'a conseillé d'aller voir le concessionnaire Mini à Brossard ou Laval parce que chez Chevrolet Desjardins Chateauguay, ils ne sont pas équipés pour les Mini coopers. J'ai perdu une matinée avec...une facture à payer! À quoi bon de me faire venir de Laval à Chateauguay si vous ne pouvez pas réparer les minis? J'ai donc refusé de la payer en proposant de me donner la facture et que j'essayerai de la faire payer par Chevrolet Brossard. Ma demande a été refusée avec la menace que si je ne la paye pas, la police allait venir et que mon héhicule ne sortira pas du garage. Je suis resté sur ma position; la police a été appelée! Finalement, la police m'a dit au tel. que j'avais le droit de partir et que s'ils ne sont pas contents, ils peuvent engager un avocat pour me poursuivre mais ils n'ont pas le droit de me garder sur place! J'ai été servi par, tenez-vous bien, le directeur de service M. Stéphane Bergevin! Et la facture s'élève à 29,99 + taxes! Je dois prendre un autre rendez-vous immédiatement car la garantie va 'expirer dans environ 200km!
