I had a service two at this place. One salesperson tricks me into signing an agreement without telling me how much it was for a level two service for my corolla. All he said was, I quote: "it depends on the time." God, he originally said 35 dollars, when it checks out, it was 48 dollars. Possibly it was due to the fact that I brought my own engine oil, instead of using their oil. And the technican, whoever his name is, probably Van, or something, with an asian/Hongkong accent in English, did a really bad job, and he at one time even shouts at me when I question his leaving one 1 minute for oil to drip over before pouring in my own new engine oil. Very bad customer service and very bad dishonest people!!! I will never go back there.

We had set a down deposit on one of their cars with salesman Richard Avon, and everything was set for us to pick it up on Friday. I get a call from them telling me it won't be available Friday, and to come Sunday instead (something about it not being aesthetically ready). Anyway, we understand and wait till Sunday. Come Sunday, all of a sudden the car has some "issues" which need reparation, according to Richard, and we should get a call Tuesday. Come Tuesday, the car still isn't ready, so we're told we'll get a call Wednesday. On Wednesday no call was received, so we call the dealership only to find out the car that WE had a deposit on was sold on Friday to another client. Richard decided that instead of telling us this, he'd waste our time and tell us they still had it. Worst customer service ever, Richard Avon is the biggest liar there is. Don't even bother wasting your time with him.
