Horrible service once the purchase is completed. I bought an Audi Q5 2018 from them which was inspected by them ( They charge you $350 for BS inspection). After I got the delivery, I realized rear breaks are finished. My sales person Alex was amazing and he went above and beyond to resolve the issue and after his help I got an appointment with the service department after 3 week (it was a nightmare to get a contact from service department). Following were the problems: - Driver side window making noise when going down - Bad paint touch up job which came off right away during car wash - Rear breaks finished - Alignment I had appointment today to fix everything. They called me and advised car is ready once I went to get the car, I found out Paint touch up wasn't done, break pads wasn't changed according to them it's fine and even I kept saying it's making screeching noise. They said they've done the alignment and i'm not sure if it was done. Window is making the same sound so nothing was fixed!! Alex the sales person, I'd recommend him but I would not recommend anyone to buy car from this dealership as they do shady business. Once the car is out of the dealership, they don't care anymore. I hope someone gets this message and contacts me back to resolve the issues I have!

We bought a Chevrolet Cruze Diesel today 9 Dec 2020 at Auto Durocher in Laval at 1260 Boul Dagenais Ouest. We where there at 3pm and left the building at 6:30 pm with our Chevrolet cruze , washed and full of fuel. It was the best experience in buying a car because all the cars are inside the warehouse, it was snowing outside so we could talk with the salesman and Sales Rep, Katia Bonhomme, while sitting in the car and not getting cold or getting wet in the building. We test drived the car, it was exactly what I wanted. When we got back to the warehouse Katia (Sales Rep) took the car and brought it the the wash bay they have in the building to got it washed. We then passed to the finance bureau with Genevieve Deneault in the same building and talked on what kind of payments we wanted . She was great and knew exactly what to do and what kind of waranties we needed. Everybody that works there are very kind they offered us water, snacks, Katia (Sales Rep) went for her break and brought us back a Tim coffee , very great people. When the car was ready to go it was still in the building the man who took us to the car at the end of the deal helped us pare my phone and explained to us all we needed to know about the computer in the car. He was very professional and knew all the answers to our quetions. Thank you everyone at Auto Durocher for the great experience we had we defenatly will see you again for our next vehicule. ????

I went because my battery light turned on several times and my capacitor is quite messed up. They told me that the coolant is missing but everything is zero leak tight so it doesn't change a thing ... when my personal mechanic tells me my condenser should be changed. Ils m’ont dit qu’il manquait du liquide à refroidisseur mais que tout est étanche zéro fuite donc il ne change rien... quand mon mécanicien personnel me dit que mon condenseur devrait être changer. Donc en résumé j’ai payé 232$ pour me faire dire que mon auto est en parfaite état... 110$ pour vérifier une batterie et un alternateur c’est ridicule

Had to edit the comment. What I thought was a good deal/service actually ended up bad. First car I bought here in Canada, the financial guy belittled my application because I was under a work permit, not saying the financial company, the person, I could see that in his face and after I said my SIN number. The sales guy and the manager insisted so badly for me to get that specific car because the car was good, the best engine, I wouldn't lose much the day I wanted to change cars and I ended up with it. It started when the Sales person promised me the lid for the trunk, after everything was signed, he told me to send an email to the manager, which I did. Manager told me if I wanted that lid it would cost me an extra $500. Too bad I didn't know I could return the vehicle. Then the following 5.000km later the surprise. Problem with the front differential. another surprise with 8.000, Alternator Next surprise with 12.000, Front wheel bearing Two years later they called me, to get a better interest rate or if I wanted to change my car. I went to the store, another sales person evaluated my car and guess what? they put the price waaay low, I told him what the manager told me in the past and his answer was "He's not in this company anymore, can't do anything, the year of your vehicle is the worst one, your're lucky you could drive that much without having any issues and blah blah blah" After a while I've decided to give a chance and the financial lady started to talk to me to see what we could do. AGAIN, the same belittle. I could see in her face she didn't want to do anything for my case. She said my credit was bad (False, because credit was ok), but she would work in my case and would return to me in the next day. 20 days later and still no answer, not even a single phone call. Applied for a brand new vehicle in another dealer and guess?? Approved with 0% interest rate. Another TIP for people going to this store. PAY ATTENTION to the details in the vehicles, they cover lots of scratches with cheap paint, some cracks as well.

It started the day that I arrived home and noticed that my car had no plates on it (a huge mistake) and that started the comedy to follow - I found lies on the service inspection report, the cleaning of the car was 'average' at best, no follow-up, waiting time was always long, ..... You're really treated like a number ..... Far from the little family garage I knew years ago. - Thank God I didn't take any packages or extended warranties. It will be my last purchase there.

It was nice to walk in and see all their cars clean and in the warehouse. Our sales Rep Christy directed us to the car we wanted and kindly left us alone. He seemed to show up whenever we had a question. We also wanted to see if a particular dog crate would fit in a vehicle and they had no problem letting us do that. Positives: easily accessible location and open Sundays, which is not that common. Friendly staff overall. Negatives: typical dealership shenanigans were pulled. Negotiated and agreed upon what we thought was a pre-tax price for our trade-in. Was extremely explicit on this point as the difference was considerable and would have been a make or break situation for us. After reaching what we thought was a reasonable deal, and going through all the steps up to financing, we were told that the price offered for our old car was the post-tax value, which meant all that back and forth to "increase" our trade-in price that they begrudgingly accepted was simply the post-tax value of the initial offer they made us. This was a waste of our two hours there and frankly a bit of an insult to our intelligence as we had clearly communicated our understanding of the situation and laid out all the numbers out. However, this negative experience made us realize we didn't really need to upgrade at this point, which saved us a lot of money in the end.

Horrible experience! The vehicle had rust issues and one the hinges on the rear door was making loud noises. I was supposed to pick up the vehicle and it was not ready, lots of waiting for nothing. Then they pressured me into signing a bunch of documents which were not the agreed price. The witch who tried to pull a fast one on me was horrible to deal with. I left and will never return, nor would I recommend anyone to go and buy anything from them. Rating: "-0"

Frankly, I don't know why they are still licensed to sell automobiles. UPDATE: After talking to my lawyer and meeting the manager, they bought the car from the bank after repairing it at their expense I paid nothing and now with a 2019 Mercedes from Mercedes I pay less per month. I was not reimbursed for the months of hardship with the car or the repairs I made to their home in the past and the trailer to take them the car which was supposed to be at their expense ... and after Scotiabank one month to tell me that they still haven't sent a check to buy the car and I owe the money for this Audi and that my debt is not cleared which risks ruining my credit seriously. .. (Original) FUYEZ FUYEZ! On m'a vendu une automobile accidentée et cassée pour le prix d'un véhicule neuf! J'ai fais vérifier l'auto chez Audi directement et l'automobile demande 2186$ de réparation! Entrepôt Durocher m'a assuré que TOUT était dans le 'A'. Mensonge totale dans 'l'inspection'. Des dizaines de pièces dans le moteur cassées, à remplacer, le véhicule pisse de l'huile à l'intérieur, le check engine est allumé depuis un mois et on a voulu vérifier l'auto seulement dans une semaine, malgré que je leur ai confirmé que l'auto met ma vie à risque. J'ai voulu un remboursement de ce que j'ai payé ces derniers 4 mois seulement. Mensonge, mensonge, mensonge!. On me fait payer la remorque pour leur ramener l'auto. Jamais j'aurais cru devoir faire appel à l'office de la protection des consommateurs, à un avocat et envoyer une mise en demeure. Franchement, je ne sais pas pourquoi ils possèdent encore la license de vendre des automobiles.. UPDATE: après avoir parlé à mon avocat et rencontré la directrice, ils ont racheté l’auto à la banque après avoir réparé à leurs frais j’ai rien déboursé et maintenant avec une Mercedes 2019 de chez Mercedes, je paie moins cher par mois. On ne m’a pas remboursé les mois de galères avec l’auto ni les réparations que j’ai effectué chez eux dans le passé et ni la remorque pour les emmener l’auto ce qui était supposé être à leurs frais..et après un mois la banque Scotia pour me dire qu’il n’ont toujours pas envoyé de chèque pour racheter l’auto et je dois l’argent pour cette Audi la et que ma dette n’est pas clairée ce qui risque de ruiner mon crédit gravement. ..

Just the worst people to buy a car from, the first car they sold me had a 150,000km warranty that I found out was voided at 114,000km forcing me to trade in. Then before going to get my new car I checked with the manufacturer and found out it had a 4 speed instead of the 6 speed it was supposed to have, they told me it was too late to cancel the transaction. The car had a leaking oil pan and 4 different suspension components that needed to be replaced the first week I left with it, it took 1 month, 2 days of missing work and having to call repeatedly every day just to get an appointment. They even wanted me to pay for a rental car with no intention of reinbursement. I had to fight tooth and nail just to get a courtesy car, only to get in and find an empty gas tank.. As soon as I arrived home they called asking me to bring the car back because they only have one courtesy car, they should be embarassed. Ive had the car for just over 30 days and am only finding out now that the extra coverage the car came with is an extra 102$ a month out of my pocket, after specifically requesting an english representative I was stuck dealing with two people who were not in the least bit bilingual, all documents were in french, and nothing was clearly explained. Now Im stuck paying for a car that costs more than my rent and probably wont last more than a couple of years. THANKS!

Incredible! Best service at a Car Dealership I've ever experienced. We walked in and were offered popcorn, tea, coffee, soda or water. When we walked into the back there was a huge selection and great prices. Our Salesman, David Tremblay was AMAZING! My wife and mother in law bought their car there. Good customer service and attention to details. --- Revised review. What we thought was a good experience is turning into a disaster. My wife and mother in law were not given payment info on their loan as Marjorie from Durocher told them they needed to come in and sign papers first?!? Should have been a sign of things to come. Then they are told they have 48hours to return the car and cancel the loan, they returned the car within 24hours and since December 16th have been trying to get in contact with someone in order to finalize cancellation but have been getting the runaround and forced into keeping the car. This has caused much grief to them and I will personally seek legal advice from my lawyers and Protection du Consommateur to help them out. To be continued...

Wish you the best. I'm completely disappointed and stressed with the after sales service they offer. They made a mistake on my documents and forgot to charge some amount. They called me a week later to say I should pay more 300... So they made a new Desjardins contract for me to sign with the correct amount. I went thereand did as they asked me to. But they didn't mention it would impact my credit as there was another check. Also, the old contract was not cancelled, so I was paying twice for the same car. Two charges for one car. They don't refund me. They don't explain how to proceed. I also paid more than 600 cad for an antirust treatment, they sold me that. But after I had already paid, they informed me the machine was broken and I should wait for a telephone call to have an appointment. It's been 2 months, nobody calls me, nobody refunds me. My credit has dropped more than 80 points because of this car store.

I went to look at a car today for the first time. A man brings me to a desk in the show room to take my liscence and information. I told him what I wanted to see and he then asked me if I wanted to Finance. Yes. "Okay, how much would you like to pay?" (After this question I was turned off). Usually I'd like to discuss rates and installments and know how much it should cost so I'm not getting set up for negative equity in the future. He then takes me to see a sales lady that took more of my information to contact my bank for a loan. I still haven't even seen the car, I dont even know what color it is or that features it has and they're trying to stuff a loan down my throat. They never asked me if I had a trade in, I had to bring it up. Then they take my keys to evaluate the value of my trade in. They then send me home without ever showing me the car I even went into see. I get into my car and its absolutely stank of cigarettes. Thank god it didn't work out. I wasn't about to spend 40k on a car they never had the decency to show me. Buyers beware.

Not a bad place in terms of vehicle varieties, but I really did NOT appreciate their pressure tactics. There was an Audi vehicle that I was interested in, but unfortunately the car had its front bumper replaced. The saleswoman mentioned if she gets more Audi’s which are accident-free, she will contact me. She contacted me a week later, mentioned that they received an Audi (not officially in the showroom) accident-free and it was in the lot. I checked out the car, I loved it, verified the car report. She mentioned I would have to put down $250 to reserve the car which was fine. She told me the car has NOT been inspected yet, I would have to wait a few days to test drive it. Again, it’s fine. Now the issue is she wanted me to meet with the financial officer and sign some documents (this part was mentioned after I put down $250). This is an obvious entrapment tactic. How can I commit to anything when the vehicle has NOT been inspected and I was not allowed a test drive. In the meantime she had a salesman coming every 15min taking the car keys and “showing that there was a lot of demand for that car”. Which was absolutely bogus and staged. She made it sound like cars were sold like hot cakes.

Very bad experience. The people working there could tell that I was new at buying a car and took advantage of that. 1) paid 900$ for an "inspection" just to realize when I got home with the car that the 12 Volt outlets were non-fonctional - One week after the inspection, while I was on the highway, my mirror cap flew off and almost hit the car behind me (some inspection eh) - For weeks I tried calling them to see if we could get these two problems solved and it was literally impossible to get any help. They just kept transferring to different departments, and kept insisting I call a VOLKSWAGEN dealership, even though I had nothing to do with them. 2) Finally I gave up hope on them helping me with anything........ and then when I went to see a mortgage broker about buying a house with my boyfriend and the broker told me that they did FIVE credit checks, when they only told me they did 2... so this really did no favours for my credit score. The broker told me that it is extremely abnormal and that he has never seen anything like it 3) They sold me the car without the radio code (meaning, when my battery dies, my stereo will automatically lock for theft reasons and I now don't have the code to every fix this, god forbid it actually happens). I tried calling them several times, once again, only for them to waste my time and offer zero help. So now if my car battery dies I will need to spend at least 500$ just to get a new stereo installed.... 3) The finance girl we saw, Chloe, must have made a mistake when filling out the paper work. My boyfriend, who was my co-signer, seemed to be getting all the paper work that I was supposed to get as the owner and now today in his bank account there is a new account titled "car loan" that just appeared (mind you, we purchased the car in December). He was nothing but a co-signer. There is no reason for there to be any car loan account in his bank account. So now he has an extra liability that doesn't belong to him while he is trying to purchase a house... DO NOT GO HERE, the employees are clearly incompetent and will clearly do anything sketchy to get the sale.... Very disappointing

The muffler needs to be replaced as theres are holes in them. 15 minutes after driving off the lot I noticed 2 chips and called them right away and was promised to get a call from a manager which never happened. Inability to even get in contact with a manager because they keep avoiding my calls. Paied for the Sherlock Antitheft which they still haven't scheduled a date for installation. Was also promised 6 months of Siruis Radio which never happened. I highly don't recommend this dealership. Edit: After their response, I've called them back. Of course the manager still wasn't available and again was suppose to get a callback. They never called and is obviously trying their best to avoid me. - Adam Hamlin

I called to schedule a test drive 2 days ago, specifying the exact car I was interested in, and to be extra vigilant (due to some negative reviews here), I spoke to an agent online the day before my appointment to confirm that the exact car was still available. *Pushy vendors* - one of them was trying to sell me a car I was not interested saying that they will sell it soon and I will be sorry. Picture yourself when you go to the grocery - no one will push you to buy that potato because another buyer might take it, you will always find another one. Same is with car dealers. They will always have an "awesome" deal. *Overpriced 1 month warranty* - they force you to buy a "package" that contains a lot of unwanted stuff, just to have 1 month warranty. *Crappy paint touch-ups* - I conditioned the buy of the "package" with the 1 month/1700KM warranty if they will repair the scratches. They didn't and when I complained, they send the car to be "fixed" - they did not use a rust converter, they did not use a primer, just painted over a spot bumped because of the rust. In the attached image you can see that spot a few minutes after treating with rust converter. The spot is about 1.5cm in diameter. The reddish color is the copper deposited by rust converter. It is normal to have rust on an old car, what I am complaining is the way it was "fixed" by the dealer. At least the car is still ok after about 4 months of driving. The tires are a bit smaller than the manufacturer recommended one. For a Hyundai Elantra Touring 2010, the tires should be P195/65R15, but they are P195/60R15. The aspect ratio is smaller. Because of this the speed gauge shows higher speed than I have with about 7-10%. You can see this in the attached images. I purchased winter tires and rims the size recommended by manufacturer and the speed gauge is very close to the readings on GPS, which confirms that the tires were smaller than the size recommended by Hyundai. What to remember when you go there: Do not trust them. Negotiate. Do not buy loan, live or disability insurance. Do not buy warranty package. Go with the car to a mechanic for a checkup before signing any contract. Be careful with financing as they share the profit with the lender. Make sure the the advertised interest rate is in concordance with monthly payments. Make sure there is no "insurance" attached to the loan. Read every paper you sign. Ask to have a copy of all papers you sign. After my initial review which was very summary I received a call on my answering machine asking me to call them back. If they would be interested in a honest deal they would have stated what they want in the recording. As they want to negotiate I think, for my integrity, that I do not want to remove this review for money they can offer. I did not like this because they did not stated their offer on the answering machine. I do not like to negotiate. Each time I negotiate I know that I am ripped off in one way or another.

Listen to me, don't go there. 2 years ago I bought a car from there for 11,500$, after 2 years I still have to pay 13,300$ for it. But that's not the problem, when I bought the car I was offered a 3-year bumper to bumper warranty. After 3 months I found out that the engine was burning oil and needed to be changed. Auto Durocher did not want to change my engine. After another 2 months I had to change the suspensions and brakes with my money because they were not under warranty. In two years I paid $ 4,000 for repairs. Auto Durocher repair the cars with the cheapest existing parts. On a brake disc they pay 15$. Please do not buy anything from them, after you left the car there you have to pay double and you will find that you bought a broken car. Over 50% of their clients change the car's engine after 2 months of use.

Qu'ils l'ont vendu à un autre client et de me répondre qu'il ne réservais pas de véhicule durant l'approbation de crédit. Quand chez leur compétiteur il est très facile de réserver le véhicule pendant tout le processus de financement mais pas eux. Pour moi auto Durocher ne cherche que les approbations de crédit en ce foutant éperdument du client.

Terrible customer service! I just wasted 2 days trying to get basic information on a vehicle. I've spoken to 3 employees and they have done nothing but ask for my phone number and try to get me into the dealership. I asked the first one a very specific question about a warranty, she responded saying the vehicle was available and asked for my contact information to discuss the sale. Then I tried chatting with someone on the website, she told me a salesperson would get back to me with the info I needed, but no one did. I finally called in, and the salesman had the nerve to argue with me about my home being "only 25-30 minutes from the dealership" and basically insisted I had to come in to speak to the sales manager - what a waste of my time! Eventually he agreed to email me the info I was looking for, but here I am, over 3hrs later and still no further ahead. Pushy sales tactics and serious lack of customer service. They have lost a serious buyer!!!

Come here if you want to waste your time and not get anything accomplished. Dealers and salesmen who are not flexible with the price claiming they already have the best price on the market don’t deserve your money. They claim they sell 200 cars a month but when we went in on a Thursday afternoon we were the only ones wandering about the warehouse waiting for the car to be ready for a test drive. We called 7 hours earlier to make an appointment and they still couldn’t honour it... The moment they start wasting your time is when you should just walk out. We went to a dealership in Montreal and the first thing we asked was are they flexible with the price. The answer was yes and we signed for an identical car for the price we originally wanted. Making deals should be easy and these guys deserve 1 star until they learn to do business the right way.

Serious lack of competence and professionalism. They try to sell me an extended warranty at $ 20 per month that I accept. To finally realize that this is an extra over $ 4000 on a loan of $ 16,000. Dans les jours suivants, on m'harcèle par appels, messages vocaux et textos pour me proposer des vehicules qui n'ont rien a voir avec ma demande qui était pourtant simple et clair. Une fois qu'ils ont finalement trouvé un vehicule repondant à ma demande, je pose des questions sur les possibilités de financement et montant du prêt mais évidemment sans signatures de contrat Aucun moyen davoir les informations ! Finalement, dés que l'achat est complété, il n'est plus possible de contacter personne! Silence radio de leur part. Employés au financement sans connaissance, me remplis de mensonge et de propos incohérents. Serieux manque de compétence et de professionnalisme. On tente de me vendre une garantie prolongée à 20$ par mois que j'accepte. Pour finalement me rendre compte qu'il s'agit d'un supplément de plus de 4000$ sur un prêt de 16 000$. Aucun sens. On m'avise ensuite qu'il sera complexe d'annuler la garantie prolongée. Evidemment ici, on parle surtout de la perte d'une comission de la part de l'employée au financement ! Dans les jours qui suivent la livraison, on me contacte à 2 reprises pour des documents qu'on a oubliés de me faire signer sur place, dont le contrat de vente!! On me mentionne finalement que le financement étant complété, je dois contacter l'institution financière pour modifier les versements ou l'amortissement suite à l'annulation de la garantie, ce que je fis. Je questionne pour valider si le premier paiement passera toujours cette semaine sur mon compte. On m'avise alors qu aucun prêt n'a été complété. Que l'entreprise ment et qu'ils n'ont rien reçu relativement à ce prêt. Je suis dans le néant et l'incompréhension depuis plusieurs jours. Jai en ma possession un vehicule depuis 1 semaine dont il m'est impossible d'obtenir les réels modalités de financement !! Innacceptable. Première et dernière fois que j'achète à cet endroit ! Ne faite pas la même erreur que moi.

I applied for financing on Monday, received an OK on Wednesday. Went to the dealership from my house which is almost an hour away to be told that the car was given to someone else. the other person that they held the car for didn't have approved financing and was waiting on a cosigner while I was there ready to take the car. I will never be doing any business with them as they are extremely unprofessional. it is not the clients job to ask if they need to take a deposit or not, the dealership should know that full hand. I also will not be recommending any of my family and friends this dealership as well.

Lorsque nous sommes partis, vous avez essayé de nous contacter par téléphone 15 min après, sans succès car nous ne voulons plus RIEN savoir de cette compagnie qui rit de ces clients! Bought mazda 6 2008 from them 4 years ago, according to the inspection report the break pads needed to be changed so i did.Within two months i noticed a noise coming from under the steering. So i took it to their mechanics they said steering shaft needed to be change i paid 600$ for that and the noise was still there, in the end it was a small problem which was fixed in 5 minutes,so they made me spent 600$ for nothing.Never buy that extended warranty its a rip off so many if s and but s.In 3 months or so from there on, another noise from the tires they made me change my discs,again that was not the problem.The reason I was going there cz that stupid warranty only deals through them.Its been 3 years now I have that shaky steering that no one could ever diagnose.I have spent so much on that car. N just yesterday engine check light came on.Its like i fix one thing another breaks down.Planning to get rid off that car as soon as possible.I wont suggest this dealer to anyone if you like your$$$$$

A lot of empty promises. -Salesman promised winter and summer tiers only got winter. - Promised they would find me a remote to unlock the doors (which is the only way to disarm the cars alarm) never got it. My neighbours heard my alarm every morning until I had a remote starter installed by third party. -Promised they had the key for anti theft wheel lug nuts, made me drive to different locations until eventually being called a liar. I purchased every guarantee they offered and three months later the clutch was warn and needed replacing. The repaires weren't covered and their garage was charging 400$ more than a real Chevrolet dealership. My advice get every "promis" written on paper and signed by the very kind and pleasant salesman. Jean Francois was a great salesmen, he stayed within the budget we had, he was funny and always made sure we were happy. There was some surprises when we went to finalize the financing but it was things we had not discussed previously so again can't technically complain. We were very skeptical as we read a lot of negatives reviews but in my opinion we know a lot about cars and no issues whatsoever. Great clean warehouse, nice cars. First of all, let me start off by praising Matthew Fuoco, the sales representative my partner and I worked with to purchase our Mazda. He was absolutely wonderful and warrants a 5-star rating. Thank you Matthew. You were kind and patient and accommodated all of our requests with a smile. The rest of the service at Auto Durocher throughout the remainder of the purchase process was very displeasing. There was little to no communication between departments, which meant that we drove out to the Laval location (a 40 minute drive each way) unnecessarily. The first unnecessary trip was to pick up our summer tires as they had mistakenly stored them in their warehouse when we had asked at the time of purchase to keep them in the car. Once we arrived to pick up the tires, we found out they had prepared the wrong tires and we had to wait until they could locate the correct ones in their warehouse. The second unnecessary trip was made to get our rust-proofing done. At the time of purchase, they claimed the rust-proofing machine was broken and could not do it in time for our vehicle pick-up. Therefore, we booked an appointment two weeks later (one week after having made the first unnecessary trip). Upon arrival, we were informed that there was no appointment in the system and that, in fact, the rust-proofing had ALREADY BEEN DONE prior to picking up the vehicle in the first place. No compensation was provided at all considering the delays and gas wasted for the unnecessary trips. The car itself is wonderful. The receptionists and personnel were polite. But these communication errors and delays made an already stressful process all the more taxing.

Hello, I'm not saying good or bad yet. I'm in the process of buying a car here and so far the salesman and the financial department have treated me well. I went to see the car and when I asked if the car had ever been in an accident I was told no, so I did my walk around and noticed the brakes were due. I noticed a difference in paint color in the left rear and asked again are you sure this car has never been in an accident or some type of body work done to it and the answer remained the same. So I told the salesman to show me the car proof cause I know that there had been body work done to it, I pointed out the difference in color but he couldn't see it, then pointed out the sand paper marking under the paint. Went for the test drive and well everything seemed fine except for a little vibration in the back so I pointed it out. When we got back to their yard the brake light came on and proved my point about the brakes. I also pointed out that the rear tires have to be replaced cause they are worn to the tire wear indicators. After pointing out all that I had seen the salesman told me that the car had not yet been inspected, so I'll give the benefit of doubt. I have reserved the car but under condition that the car is fixed before I take possession of it. Before I sign the contract I will give it a second test run to make sure everything has been done. Hopefully they will be honest and do everything.

I was interested in purchasing a vehicle from them and the salesperson Maude made me wait for days to get proof of inspection and work done on the vehicle only to receive a text message from her that the vehicle has now been sold. Avoid at all cost...if you decide to purchase a car make sure you inspect it at your trusted mechanic! 70% of their cars are lease returns and they purchase them at the Ste Eustache auction. They select flagged cars as PPW (previous paint work) so either repainted or involved in an accident... I went to VW to do it and they were appalled that the plug was crewed so tight it had ripped the threads... this obliged me to have the oil pan changed for 350$ extra. My husband and I have had a great experience with Auto Durocher Warehouse, we live in Nova Scotia and searched for a specific car of which the only one we could find at a reasonable price was at Auto Durocher. He called and spoke to Maude, who gave him a very detailed and honest review of the car, and figured out a way to take payment and hold it until he could fly in and collect it. I usually try to give people/ companies the benefit of the doubt, however if I could give this place zero stars, I would. I visited and met with a sales person a few months ago. Decided to think about it over night, and left a $100 deposit to hold the car for me for 48 hours (after being told that the deposit would be refunded if I decided not to buy.) I never got to decide whether I wanted to purchase though because the next morning when I called I was informed that the car had been sold. I have gone in person to request the reimbursement (which was given in cash) and was told that they could only reimburse me by cheque and that they would mail it to me. When 2 months passed and I hadn't received anything I contacted the company, their 'customer service' and the sales person I dealt with directly to try and get my deposit back (as I was told it was refundable and considering that the car was sold to someone else even though I had left a deposit for it under the impression that it wouldn't be sold). At first I was again given an apology and told that yet again that the cheque was already on it's way to me by mail, however it has been MONTHS and I have yet to receive anything. Now when I message them, they tell me someone from the sales team will contact me once they have verified if a cheque has been sent but i never hear back from anyone and still have yet to receive anything! So disappointing!! **update** After roughly just under a year of repetitive phone calls (yes, im strong on my principles - imo money is money, regardless of the amount) I FINALLY got my deposit back after speaking with a receptionist I hadn't spoken to in the past, by cheque in the mail. - I would still recommend to avoid if at all possible!

I immediately (barely 90 mins after taking possession of my car) called Auto Durocher to explain the many inconveniences. I spoke first to Olivier at the delivery service, he listened to me and mentioned that a sales manager would call me back quickly. 15 mins later Samuel (DV) called me back, I told him of my dissatisfaction, he immediately told me to report the vehicle that it was not normal and that they would replace it with another. So I went back the same evening, as soon as I arrived I felt that things were being taken seriously at Auto Durocher because immediately Samuel took care of me and noticed that the vehicle was indeed not of quality. I had already been reserved another vehicle, same make and model but with even more equipment. I did my test drive and was more than satisfied. I took possession of the new vehicle on Monday, August 24, it is going really well, and my mechanic has inspected it and confirmed that it is in perfect condition. All this long story to say at Auto Durocher we take care of us with professionalism and they are listening to us. Problems are resolved quickly. They probably have the same motto as me: There is always a solution to any problem. My niece, purchased a 2016 Hyundai Elantra in 2017, car came with winter tires. She was suggested to purchase a car started and summer tires there at Auto Durocher in Laval, which she did. Recently, my mecanic noticed that one of her summer tires was greatly damaged. There was a significant bulge on the sidewall that would result in a blowout if not replaced immediately. So I spoke to their mecanical dept, explained what happened and was told that there wasn't any guarantee on the tire and there wasn't anything that they can do. But it hasn't been a year and barely 6 months of use. It seems that the basic warranty doesn't apply to their products nor do they stand behind the products they sell.

They trick you into buying a warranty that won't fix anything on your car (3625$ for 4 years) . Pathetic how they ignore you when you try to switch or address the issues????. At first I was put off at the thought of checking in with a rep before even seeing the cars I was interested in but Bernard was fabulous! No pressure, just great explanations about the cars and lots of laughs too! Karolann in the credit department was very helpful! A 10000$ car ended up costing $15000 so watch out for their added fees but I'm assuming that'll happen at any dealer... I do like the tire storage and switching

I had bad experience, want to share my encounter which is unfriendly and disorganized. I showed up for a scheduled appointment 10 minutes early and was told to sit down and wait for the salesman. Someone came after half an hour and asked me what I’m looking for. I already book an appointment for the car I’m interested in. Anyways, I have to do the explaining again. He took my car’s key to evaluate the trade-off and asked me to wait until he does his evaluation which lasted for more than 10 minutes. He came back and told me he insert the details of my car in their system to determine the trade-off. Have to wait again for a couple of minutes. Mind you, i haven’t given the chance to see the car I’m going to buy till now. And after another couple of minutes waiting, the salesman came back and told me the car I’m looking for is not there. I was, first a bit surprised and then I got disenchanted. I asked the salesman why he bothered to check my car, take a picture of it and put it in their system, I don’t know what that system is, to tell me the car I’m looking for does not exist. He didn’t even ask for apologies for taking my time and for the ‘disorganized’ nature of their appointment. I spent a total of two hours for nothing but to total disenchantment, unfriendly, unwelcoming and disorganized services.

What a horrible experience. I made an appointment to go see an SUV and was greeted by a salesman named Stéphane Cofsky. I told him my budget and he showed me a vehicle. We did one walk around and then went back to his desk and after some calculating, he told me I would never find what I was looking for. He really could not be bothered putting in any effort to help me find something. I asked if I could see it again and he told me to go ahead. So, I did. He didn't come with me and never offered to show me anything else. In fact, he disappeared. I left. I went elsewhere and found and bought exactly what I was looking for. I'm glad he was arrogant and rude, because I found the perfect SUV for myself. Moreover, it was at a dealership that didn't mind putting in the effort and serving a woman who was alone.

Went to this place today but I called two days prior to come see a specific car. I get there the car looks fine I ask the guy 1. Can i inspect the car ? 2. what are your rates? 3. Can i test drive the car. Sells man says yes you can inspect the car but you cant test drive the car because it hasn't been inspect by our mechanic. Question is why in the world would u put a car for sale if i cant test Drive or your mechanic check it out. And waist my time coming there so see it. But yet they where ready to take the car for me to inspect yet i cant drive it and put me in front of a loan adviser before I inspected or test driven the car. That was really not serious and very amateur. To bad because I'm a serious potential buyer. You explanation doesn't make one bit sense why would I or any one will follow through with a transaction if I haven't driven or taken the merchandise to be checked out. Sounds like a clear receipt for entrapment. And you Guys sound like Scammers. I'm hoping people read this before going to buy a car from you.

I called and asked for visiting a Mercedes Benz GLA250 if available, and they said car is available and gave me an appointment for 30 min later. I went there on time, but I has stay 20 min for their salesman and when he came he said that car sold yesterday!!!! Are you kidding me? Why you think you can waste my time without apologize. They show me another car but I didn’t make deal with them and bought it cash from representative of Mercedes Benz with a faire price!!! Do Not Wast your time with this worse dealership.
