My wife and I made the trip to Truro to replace her aging Mazda. Toyota vehicles had been on our list to check out. We were delighted when the product advisor approached us wearing a big smile and a sweet Darth Vader tie clip! The gentleman's name was Drew Douglas, he was courteous, helpful and a general delight to be around. So long story short we bought a 2012 Corolla annnnnnnnddd replaced our aging minivan with a 2017 Highlander, both purchases we feel great about and know we will get tons of life out of both being Toyota's! So if you're in the market for a vehicle I highly recommend Truro Toyota as well as asking for Drew! Only regret is forgetting to make sure roof racks came with!!

I mainly use the Service department... Although, I guess that's the same for everyone. You buy it least a car once in however many years, then you keep coming back for the oil changes. So maybe the service department of the most important department there is! There's been a lot of turnover in staffing over the past few years. Some have been excellent, others I don't miss, but I do worry that there something going on to create the turnover. Individually, everyone treats me well, it's the overall vibe that has changed.

I got a car form them 6 months ago and now i am going into over 1,000 into work in 6 months of having this car. They will not do anything. All they can say is cars need work. yes but the tier in the first week had to be repaired 2nd week was a light , then at 6 week the battery had to be replaced. then at 5 month tires need to be replaced and no the exhaust the brakes and rotors. all they offered was half off a batter but i had to pay other half and the test when knowing what it was and for them to put it in. Yet i had the car in to them to be checked oct 31 and nothing was wrong with the car then,. Now it all want and the tires the brakes and rotors and the exhaust would not pass a inspection. I get cars need work but should not be that much in 6 months, And were the car was in oct 31 and everything was fine so everything want in 3 months i don't think so. I want to know why i was not told all this 3 months ago when they checked the car. Do to the tires i all most want off the road they were that bad in the snow. They don't care got a sale yet they will never get a 2nd one from me and i will let people know what they are like. WOW cant trust anyone any more. i would give a small star if i could they don't deserve a full one.

I would post "No Stars" for the sales rep. I dealt with... I spent my money elsewhere ( on a new Chevrolet 2500 HD ). The rep. I was dealing with ( and I will not post his name, as I am not out to harm anyone ) never even had the decency to email me back or called my back ( I even drove from Halifax to meet him and look at the new Turndra ext. cab / long box 4x4 they had )... even now a month plus gone by and still not a word from him ( I figure I will let my feelings known ). Also, no dis-respect to Toyota auto's or to the service dept. ( although very safe to say the Tundra is a great truck but definitely no match when compared to the 2500 Silverado 3/4 Ton for my work needs and the "Sales Service" I got elsewhere was 100% better on a sales level ).
