The good folks at Pine Acres RV were very friendly and accommodating to my needs. They set me up with a replacement slide actuator and a replacement bracket and wheel for my lost RV spare. Two thumbs up! Thank you! A word to the wise.. add a safety cable to your rear mounted spare. Be sure to wrap it around your bumper in the event of a mounting bracket failure. In doing so, you may prevent your spare from becoming a serious road hazard.

I emailed the service department at the beginning of the week and Paul replied quickly with an update and though he could not get out right away he kept me updated with a time frame. Dale was here at the end of this week and addressed all of our concerns and went above and beyond with some small tweaks, tips and tricks for some of our concerns. I was camping at Twin Shores Camping Area and needed a few parts to repair my septic hose connections. (The best part of the RV experience right?) I was ready to buy an entire new hose assembly and the woman working there pointed me towards a much less expensive and easier fix. Most sales folks would happily take your money for the more expensive items and perhaps even try to up-sell you even more. Not here, they were only interested in selling me what I needed at a fair price. While my purchase was only for a few dollars, I wouldn't hesitate to buy an RV from these folks.

We rent our house during the summer, live in our camper. I went up to open it up this spring and it was beyond repair, with two weeks until our first house reservation. We went to look at a unit in Kensington on a Thursday, and it was delivered the following Friday. Mitch, our salesperson and Junior and his service crew were and continue to be incredibly accommodating - truly exceptional service.
