Our business deals with Action on a weekly, sometimes daily basis. The staff is great and very knowledgable. Last year we ordered a set of 20" wheels for a customer's vehicle. The wheels came in with a small blemish. Geoff, the manager, was quick to offer a very generous discount, or to reorder the wheels at a lower cost to me. Very pleased with the professionalism. 5 stars all around.

My first time there I was getting a lift kit put on. The mechanic who was doing the work was very unprofessional and ended up costing me more money And the company even more money. It’s a very long story to get into needless to say he is no longer employed. They ended up bringing 2 Moncton mechanics over to fully redo the truck. On top of that the Charlottetown store manager Geoff went above and beyond to make things right with me. He exceeded my expectations of customer service and did everything he possibly could to make me happy. I have been back numerous times to get stuff done and will continue to shop at action. The rest of the staff is great and always help when needed.
