Après m'avoir plainte plusiers fois, j'ai réussi avoir une voiture de location sans frais. Environ 3 semaines après vers 16h j'ai reçu un appel de Hyundai Lessard (M. Daniel Chabot) qui me disait q ma voiture était prête, que je devais retourner la voiture de location avant 17h (parce q le bureau de location fermait) sinon je devais payer les frais après ça... Mais moi je devais arriver à la maison, aller chercher mes enfants à la garderie avant de pouvoir retourner la voiture. J'ai expliqué ma situation (je n'avais 1 heure pour faire tout ca!!! ) mais lui il m'a fait comprendre q ce n'était pas son problème, lui dans sa tête c'était : j'ai déjà dit, apartir de demain elle doit payer les frais!!... Je pourrais continuer a vous renconter les autres occasions où j'ai reçu un mauvais service de la part de Lessard Hyundai, mais je ne finirais pas aujourd'hui.
