Malgré que nous ayons pris le rendez-vous 1 semaine à l'avance et que les papiers avaient soit-disant été préparés d'avance, AUCUN papier n'était prêt à notre arrivée. La personne qui nous assistait ne connaissait pas du tout notre dossier et a dû partir voir un collègue, revenir, repartir, revenir et refaire des documents que nous avions remarqués erronés. Nous avons également dû lui souligner qu'il manquait des documents. Ensuite, j'ai pris mon rendez-vous à la SAAQ pour l'après-midi-même 1 semaine à l'avance puisque les SAAQ sont très chargées ces temps-ci. Je me suis présentée à la SAAQ, et on m'a souligné que le commerçant n'avait pas signé un des documents. J'ai dû retourner au concessionnaire obtenir une signature. Je devrai également reprendre rendez-vous à la SAAQ pour l'immatriculation. Tout ceci ajouté au fait que j'ai dû prendre l'après-midi de congé considérant les délais au rendez-vous du midi et aux problèmes liés à la signature.
