Their express service for oil change is great and the poeple working there seem honest and willing to take care of your car. In 2016, when I was driving on Highway 15 in Laval, the left rear caliper was dismounted and I had to stop with compression since I no longer had brakes and then it was winter. Désespéré, car ça fait maintenant 5 heures que je cours à droite à gauche pour me débattre et me renseigner, alors que je n'ai toujours pas de voiture pour aller travailler, j'appelle chez Saint-Hubert Toyota, concessionaire où j'ai acheté ma voiture. J'explique la situation au directeur de service, Marco Soulard, et il appelle chez Vimont en appelle conférence et devinez quoi? Le directeur de service de chez Vimont répond, alors que 5 minutes plus tôt il était indisponible. Après quelques discussions, Marco me confirme que le tout est reglé et que ma voiture passe bel et bien sous la garantie. Je vais chercher ma voiture en fin de journée et le monsieur au comptoir me donne mes clés d'un air bête sans rien me dire. Même pas un Bonne journée, ni un à la prochaine. Je tiens donc a remercier Saint-Hubert Toyota de m'avoir aidé à me sortir des niaiseries de Vimont Toyota! Ma prochaine Toyota viendra certainement d'ici et puis les changements d'huile sont rapides et pratiques! De plus il y a une belle Supra dans le garage!

We went to St-Hubert Toyota to purchase a used 2013 Mazda CX-5 that we saw advertised online. Our salesman Daniel Pelletier was very professional and knowledgeable. Any and all issues with the car were addressed prior to delivery, such as a new tail light, seat and windshield repair, etc. Unfortunately, only about a week after delivery, a check engine light came on which caused us many headaches. Claude Fortin at the service department did the best he could to help us get our car fixed, but after three times we got fed up and asked to return the car to the dealer. The sales director Jocelyn Gagné was very courteous and offered to either have our car repaired once and for all with Mazda, lending us a car in the meantime, or buying it back for everything that we paid. Too little, too late, so we returned the car. Had they given us a replacement car sooner, the final outcome would have probably been different.

It's the first time the dealership doesn't take advantage of me with all sorts of unnecessary repairs. I had to go in to change a fan belt as is usually necessary after 100000km and the operation went smoothly within 30-45 minutes I was out of there. Only issue was that they had never mentioned the My Toyota program to me. As a loyal Toyota owner I was disappointed to find out that with the amount of times I had been I could've have saved on repaires and regular maintenance. The representative mentioned that they only mention that program to new car buyers. So, it sounds like they don't really care about older Toyota owners who in fact are most likely the ones coming back to buy a Toyota.

Two of them were in st-hubert Toyota, both of them are 2017 demo liquidation cars. That is why they have a good value for me. I called my dad and asked him to pay them a visit. My dad was super honest and told them my situation. And that is where everything started. First of all manager immediately said that the car they came for was in a huge demand and they have had clients for it already (for black Toyota 86 2017 in 2018...yeah...right :))) ). This is a casual trick to close a deal faster. Ok. (BTW one week and a half it's still in stock and haven't been sold yet, I'll add a pic as a proof) His bad that we actually liked a hot lava color better than a black one we originally came for. BTW all that time I was online on a video call with my dad on WhatsApp. So we decided to continue and asked about the price details and what can they offer to us to close a deal. They said they can't do anything because the price is already very good (we all said this to our clients). Unfortunately for them we could show them another ad with a same year car in another dealership but a hundred $ cheaper. Suddenly we got a 500$ price drop. Ok. I was pretty satisfied with a color and a finance rate we got, so I asked my dad to book it. But the manager told him that we could do it but he would sell it to any other client anyway!!! Well this is a horrible scheme of sales guys!!! I have never faced such a thing in my life!!! We offered them a deal with a little to nothing financing and 80% of price to be paid by cash. And they lost interest because I am away at the moment and said they would sale it anyway to any other walk in client. OMG! I thought we live in 2018 not 1998. I would strongly recommend to avoid such a way of doing business nowadays. Because of internet and reviews you can't block, can do you a bad job. I will only come back to this dealership if they will have a rare car (like 86) I will have to buy from them only because of the low price. Anyway I have successfully booked another 86 just two days after this visit at another dealership. So you guys have luck sitting with two rare sports car eating your dealership money since 2017 :)

(Original) C'est ma deuxième expérience avec le service. aujourd'hui j'avais un rendez-vous pour un rappel, je pars de la Macaza laisse la voiture la veille et le lendemain on m'appelle pour me dire qu'ils n'ont pas la pièce. Très grosse perte de temps et déplacement. Je ne blâme pas directement le garage pour le 2 e incident. Avec la pandémie, beaucoup de choses ne fonctionne plus, l’absence de navette cause beaucoup de délais au client. Et le système zéro stock et on commande la pièce comme le font toutes les entreprises ont des effets désastreux, s’il y a un problème. Dans ce contexte, il faudra trouver une solution si on demeure ainsi pour plusieurs années. J’ai un nouveau rendez-vous et je maintient ma confiance avec St-Hubert Toyota, car le personnel est serviable et attentionné. J’ai modifié le post après avoir parlé avec une personne de chez Toyota St-Hubert et je remonte leur côte pour leur moyenne générale de bons services.

They had my car for couple of hours to diagnose the heating problem. They couldn't find the source of the problem but came up with some irrational reasons that didn't make any senses. I was charged 296$ without any diagnostics. I took the car to TOYOTA PARK AVENUE on Tachereau boulevard and just 10 minutes diagnosis they said that the water pump must be the source of the problem. Toyota park avenue replaced the water pump and problem is solved. Toyota Chambly took my money. They lost me as a customer for future repairs. Poor mechanical expertise and I did not recommend this dealer. Save yourself the time and money and go to Toyota park avenue on tachereau boulevard and get the service you deserve.
