Comme, si, moi je n’etait pas un client... l’arrogance à l’état pure. La voiture est supposément inspectée et il n’y a rien à faire dessus. La navigation ne fonctionnait pas, l’air climatisée également ! Je dois perdre 1 journée ($) pour l’emporter dans un concessionnaire compétent ! En plus, quand j’appelle pour demander si, ils ont reçus la pièce manquante pour la navigation l’un me dit qu’il est back order et l’autre m’appel Le lendemain et me dit, nous l’avons reçu ! Gros manque de communication. Pour être certains que la voiture est entièrement correct, je vais la faire inspecter de A à Z par un autre concessionnaire. Grosse déception, je croyais que make a business with a big dealer is great and secure ... No. Update : Après m’avoir envoyé une carte SD contenant mon système GPS .. Je reçois un message “ Là version que vous utilisez n’est pas compatible avec le système de navigation " il faut être innocent pas juste à peu près ! On commande une pièce qui n’est pas compatible avec mon véhicule ! Si, c’est ça le service avant-pendant-après vente de chez Hyundai Seray .. je passe mon tours ! C’est mon opinion ... Le dossier est à un autre nom pour le véhicule mais vous pouvez toujours demander à votre vendeur Martin ou votre personne au financement Benoit. Update : Après avoir effectué une vérification avec Hyundai Toronto ... ils ont découvert que le véhicule n’avait plus de liquide pour l’air conditionner. Ils m’ont spécifier que si une inspection aurait été fait convenablement, ce problème n’aurait pas eu lieu. Update Septembre 2018 : Une Genesis 2016 qui commence déjà à avoir de la rouille sur le hood. Après, avoir été chez Hyundai (un autre) on me demande, si j’ai pris connaissance que la voiture a été accidenté précédemment. Mon étonnement .. Bien sur que NON, j’avais même posé la question avant ... ! Alors, je téléphone au directeur des ventes d’occasion. En étant poli et courtois malgré ma rage de m’avoir fait anarquer selon mon opinion. Il me demande de changer de ton .. je lui fait mention que je lui parle professionnellement et il ose me dire que l’appel est enregistré ???? et de changer de ton. Je crois que j’ai vexé monsieur le directeur des ventes de voitures d’occasion. C’est vrai quand le poste de monte à la tête, tu peux te vexer sur tout et rien. Il me dit qu’il va vérifié et me téléphoner. 10 minutes après, ce blaireau très peu enclin à vouloir m’aider me mentionne mes mauvais commentaires sur Google ... ???? et me mentionne qu’il a vérifier le Carproof et que la voiture n’a rien. Alors, c’est quand même étrange que j’ai des photos, le rapport confirmant le NIV, mais que le carproof, l’accident n’existe pas ???? Mais, encore plus drôle, il mentionne que la loi de la protection du consommateur mentionne quand qu’il y a un accident en bas du 3000$, ils ne sont pas obligé de le dire. Mais, la loi indique que lorsque le client demande, ils sont obligés de le dire sinon c’est considéré comme un vice-caché. Alors, la semaine prochaine, Seray Hyundai recevra une lettre de mise en demeure et cette situation ira sûrement aux petites créances car visiblement le directeur des ventes est tellement au dessus de ces affaires. Ridicule .. d’autre développement suiveront ici ! Mais, il s’agit de mon expérience et de mon opinion. Vous êtes libre de pensez ce que vous voulez et de faire ce que bon vous semble !
