They're like a bad dealership. They look for extra charges and prey upon those who don't know better. I know this because I've seen it, and employees have flat out told me so. Let's forget about the time they installed a faulty oil filter on my car which resulted in it being towed back to them the next morning when I started an oil-less car. Let's forget the amount of effort it took for them to put this in writing and acknowledge their mistake in case my engine blew down the line... let's ignore all of that. If you're waiting until DECEMBER for winter tire installation? I know they're backed up until 2nd week of December. I have an appointment 15 minutes away at a vastly superior place that does tires only, and mostly commercial, but will match ANY online price (PMC etc.) and fit me in MONDAY. Tomorrow. I won't name them since I look like a shill. Search South West of Chambly. There are two places who will get you in easily next week, and not for lack of customers. More space, better equipped, better prices (BY FAR), and better service. Seek and you shall find. Only old and naive people think a big commerce like RB has their customers best interest in mind. You've set that bar very low. I hope you discover true service someday. Edit: To be fair, I'd give 2.5 or 3 stars normally except for the hassle it was to get in writing the mistake they made. Mistakes do happen, I get that. It was much more them seemingly not wanting to honor anything down the line which could have been disastrous through no fault of my own. The different mechanic even showed me how the filter was faulty and poorly installed, how it leaked. And they do, otherwise, do good work. I was friendly with several of the mechanics when I went regularly years ago and would hang out with them in the shop as they worked. This is also how I know they will "white lie" or push for things you don't need. Like when they refused to repair a flat I had and insisted I buy a new or used tire from them, and two techs/mechanics told me it could have been repaired but they want the sale. So in summary, good work usually and friendly guys but atrocious wait lists for appointments, high prices, and nickle/dime tactics that you would not get elsewhere. It pays to shop around.

Quand je les appelle, ils me demandent d'attendre 2 semaines pour que le "rush" passe avant de repasser pour les programmer. En sortant je remarque aussi une vibration qui n'était pas là avant. J'y retourne 2-3 semaines plus tard. Ils programment les senseurs de pression et me disent avoir rebalancé les pneus et que tout est ok. La vibration persiste. Je fais vérifier à un autre garage et ils m'indiquent et me montrent que les 4 rims "jobber" qu'ils ont posés sont tous croches et que les 2 pires sont en arrière pour passer ça en douce. Finalement, j'ai rappelé et ai insisté pour qu'ils me changent les rims pour mettre des rims Mopar (qui sont le même prix en plus!). Au moins, la 2e et 3e visite ne m'ont rien coûté à pars du gaz et mon temps...
