I see the safety reminder on my application for a correction of the windshield, I inquire with the service and I am informed that in safety cases, it changes the bare-breeze and that it is not worth the trouble of to repair it. When I brought my vehicle for the recall, in the end we didn't change the windshield, I had to pay to have it replaced and it is now not repairable with resin. I don't even have a choice to have it fixed elsewhere because it's a safety recall. I was really misled and it costs me a handsome $ 700 + tax. (Original) J'ai eu un très mauvais service concernant un rappel pour un pare-brise sur mon véhicule, Il y a un mois, j'ai eu une roche qui à fait une fissure sur mon pare-brise, j'avais pris rendez-vous cher Lebeau pour faire réparer sans frais avec la résine. Je vois le rappel de sécurité sur mon aplication pour une correction du pare-brise, je m'informe au service et on m'informe que dans des cas de sécurité, il change le bare-brise et que ca ne vaut pas la peine de le réparer. Lorsque j'ai amené mon véhicule pour le rappel, finalement on ne change pas le pare-brise, je dois payer pour le faire remplacer et il est maintenant pas réparable par la résine. Je n'ai même pas le choix de le faire réparer ailleur parceque c'est un rappel de sécurité. On m'a vraiment induit en erreur et cela me coute un beau 700$ + taxes.

terrible service, lying salesman, quick to take my money, now they just pretend like i don't exist. 2 1/2 years ago bought a 75000$ diesel truck that was "fully loaded every option" i was told (f250 super duty lariat) as i picked up my brand new truck, they told me and showed me a dent on passengers side door, said they would fix it, on my ride home with my brand new truck, like anyone else would do looking at the buttons and how things work, to my extreme surprise can't find the heated steering button, "oh you don't have that option" i'm told of my "fully loaded with every option", i have that option on my 2015 ram 40000$ truck, i had it on my ford focus 20000$ car, but on my 75000$ "loaded with every option" not so much. now 2 1/2 years later they still have not picked up my truck and fixed the dent in the door, and as i was told last week cause now the truck has rust and has to go in to another dealer to get fixed, ostiguy feels they are not responsible for a dent from 2 1/2 years ago. i guess cause i paid the truck 2 1/2 years ago, that's it . definitely will not buy another vehicle from them, maybe not from even ford,

Awful after sales service. Was promised that my truck would be touched up and it wasn’t. They applied the WRONG colour red on the truck! and then told me they’d mail me the right one to do it myself. Weeks went by, never received the paint. After talking to the sales rep Robert, he stopped answering altogether. Ended up being the paint from my local dealership. Once the sale was done, I guess they just didn’t care.
