On me le livre sans wipers fonctionnels, on ne fait pas le shampoing de moteur, on me donne les clefs sans avoir vérifier les piles(une ne fonctionne pas), ils n'ont pas installés les link kit comme il se doit, ils ne m'ont pas ajouté comme nouveau propriétaire du véhicule alors on ne peut pas se rendre dans un autre concessionnaire pour faire faire les réparations et surtout pas de retour pour faire face à mon mécontentement ! Beaucoup de perte de temps pour récupérer leurs erreurs ! Ah oui aussi, lors de la prise de possession du véhicule à l'heure convenue, on m'a fait attendre une heure et demi car le véhicule n'était pas encore prêt !

Évidament, ils voulaient charger pour effectuer les réparations sur le véhicule qui vennait tout juste d'être acheté, prétendant que leurs méchaniciens aurreint vu les défauts avant la vente... Pour une compagnie qui se dit le meilleure service, semblerait que cela ne s'applique que sur le service pré-vente et basé une côte qu'ils recoivent de KIA basé sur le volume de vente.

Ensuite un problème de virage vers la droite, le véhicule tiré de façon évidente. Pour ceci on nous envois chez Hyundai, on nous balance à droite et à gauche et finalement après 3 rendez-vous on reviens chez Kia pour réaliser que oh il fallait faire un rotation des pneus. Leurs inspections de véhicule d’occasion valent absolument rien!! Cela devrait être tout à fait illégale! Encore un excellent exemple de concessionnaire classique.

Since I purchased the car, I was doing all the maintenance in Kia Chambly as a loyal customer not only for the brand but also for the dealership . Now that they change their service booking system for the internet I got a problem and the answer from their team is far from satisfactory. I book the maintenance (oil / filter change, regular verification, etc) and tire changes and I had requested by Internet as well a rental car due to the distance and my schedule. I received the confirmation by email and no note was added there. When I went to the dealer this morning, they mentioned that no car was available and if I needed one, I should be calling instead. They mentioned that if I need a car, I should rebook for after two weeks (note, the person did not even check the schedule and just gave me this timeframe without checking the agenda even after their mistake). So, my frustration is that they have a system for booking which they don’t even check the request and they just send a confirmation by email as everything is good. They don’t call you if they have limitations and make you waste your time to go there and in the end put the blame on you. So, now I need to go another place, maybe I will not even go to a Kia place anymore and just do the maintenance elsewhere. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am happy as a Kia Chambly customer up to now. All the Kia Chambly staff are very nice, specially Nicolas who worked with me during the purchasing process of a KIA OPTIMA 2013. Après nous avoir fait un laïus sur ses marges de manœuvre, il nous a gracieusement fait un rabais d'un vingtaine de dollars, ce qui est somme toute très insultant...si mon mari ne m'avait pas dit que cette voiture valait la peine, j'aurais tourné les talons et ne serais jamais revenue dans cette concession... Nous avons également choisi de poursuivre la vente, car lors de notre première visite chez Kia nous avions rencontré Frédéric et que nous le croyons digne de confiance. Et comme c'est lui qui s'occupe, entre autres, des véhicules d'occasion qui sont mis sur le marché, nous avons joué la sécurité...espérons-le en tout cas...c'est notre première expérience avec un véhicule Kia...l'avenir nous dira si nous avons eu raison!
