I have contacted several times to speak up, never ever have I received a return call from anyone, I work for customer service too, and never ever do I 'would offer a service received, like the one I received once my vehicle was acquired !!! J’ai reçu un véhicule avec un démarreur qui ne fonctionne pas à cause du chek enging qui allume, l’air climatiser ne fonctionne pas, j’ai eu à réparer plusieurs problèmes ou leur ÉVALUATEUR ne révélais qu’il n’avais AUCUNE problématique, bref j’ai mis beaucoup trop d’argents sur ce véhicule, c’était ma première transaction la bas et la dernière, j’ai adorer le service jusqu’à ce que la vente pis conclus, pire service à vie une fois le véhicule acquis, j’ai contacter mon avocat je pourrais aller dépenser des centaines de dollars et gagnez ma cause sans aucun doute pour vice cacher, je n’ai pas envie de tout ce tra là la la et de devoir débourser pour une compagnies qui ce fous de leur clients une fois vendu. J’ai conctater à plusieurs reprise pour parler plus haut, jamais au grand jamais je n’ai reçu de retour d’appel de qui que ce sois, je travaille pour le service à la clientèle moi aussi, et jamais au grand jamais je n’offrirais une service reçu, comme celui que j’ai reçu une fois mon véhicule acquis!!! I dealt with Michael Lacasse - Racine, who knew everything from A to Z about my new CRV. Infact, I was gonna buy a Rogue until I met him. He was kind, funny, and took pride in his job. He will no doubtl help you and your family find the car you are looking for, and do everything he can to get the best price. We also dealt with Maude Lapointe, who made sure my wife and I knew everything we needed to know about the coverage and lease payments. The worse experience . They sold me a car with winter tires on it and one of the tires was damaged. When i got back to Garineau my mechanic couldn't believe they would leave a tire on the vehicle that someone drove flat and damaged it. So much for inspection and all the other b.s. Nous leur avons donc remis leur véhicule auquel nous avions bien pris soins pendant deux semaines et auquel nous avions ajouté peut-être 1000km. Bien sûr nous craignions une facture surprise mais nous n'en avons jamais reçu! Alors voilà qu'après la prise de possession de notre nouveau véhicule, dans la première semaine du mois de janvier la porte coulissante passagère de droite commence à faire défaut. Elle ne ferme pas complètement, ferme plus lentement que la porte de gauche. De plus sur l'écran, il y a un message avertissant que la porte n'est pas fermée, ainsi qu'un signal sonore. Donc nous prenons un rendez-vous chez Honda St-jean comme c'est plus proche pour nous. Bien entendu le service est super mais il ne trouve pas de problème mais il décide de lubrifier la porte juste au cas. Bref la porte continue avec le même problème donc j'y retourne le 8 février ou ils font encore la vérification et ils n'y trouvent rien mais lubrifie la porte. Le 8 au soir, la dite porte recommence son caprice intermittent. Donc je rappelle et la laisse pour la nuit du 12 au 13 février pour que finalement celle-ci fonctionne.... Mais le problème n'est toujours pas résolu! Bref, tout ça pour dire que j'ai choisi d'acheter un véhicule neuf considérant mes besoins et ceux de ma famille pour finalement être tombé sur un citron neuf... Quand tu te dis je vais m'acheter un véhicule neuf (47 000$) d’une marque fiable afin de ne pas avoir à aller au garage pour une année au moins (minimum) je peux vous dire que nous sommes vraiment déçus de la qualité du produit car celui-ci n'est pas au minimum de nos attentes et nous fait perdre beaucoup de temps précieux à l'amener au garage. Heureusement le service est sous garantie donc, il n'y a pas de frais. Mais vous comprendrez que le temps lui-même à ses frais. Heureusement que nous avions gardés notre bon vieux Nissan Versa 2010 (acheté neuf aussi à l'époque) car lui est toujours aussi fiable juste un peu trop petit pour nos deux mini chérubins et l'épicerie ensemble... Donc le service tant chez Honda Chambly que chez Honda St-Jean jusqu'à date est bien toutefois, je ne suis pas convaincu du produit ni de la fiabilité du véhicule. Peut-être que nous sommes juste malchanceux mais la mal chance neuve coute cher et laisse un gout amer.... En espérant un dénouement positif, je garde espoir que ce problème intermittent se résorbe sous le couvert de la garantie...

Elle accepta de payer le prix fixe de 52$ pour une inspection de base mais du payer 72$ une fois l’inspection fini... aucune explication véridique ou valable fut donné... Ceci n’est loin d’être un cas isoler chez Chambly Honda. Même si l'AC ne fait pas parti de point d'inspection, on peut voir clairement qu'elle était presque HS et nécessite des réparations. Une fois de plus on aurait apprécié être informé. Dernier point, le vendeur nous avait dit que la voiture serait parfaitement propre au moment de la récupérer, ce qui n'a pas été le cas. On hésite entre malhonnêteté et/ou manque de professionnalisme.

L'approche de mon conseiller Benoît Cadieux était professionelle, courtois et empreint de respect. Mon conseiller avait déjà pris le soin de préparer le véhicule que j'avais ciblé lors de notre entretien téléphonique à un essaie routier car le véhicule en question m'attendait devant les portes principale du commerce. J'ai été conquis par l'état visuel du véhicule et convaincu par l'essaie routier. Le véhicule correspondait parfaitement à mes besoins et mes conditions pre-achat ont été accepté par mon conseiller et son directeur. En toute fluidité, j'ai accepté de procéder à la transaction pour acquérir officiellement le véhicule. Contrairement à d'autres endroits, je n'ai ressentis aucune pression de vente et je catégorise 5 étoiles mon expérience client globale, ainsi qu'après vente. Je suis mécanicien de véhicules lourd et je sais reconnaître un travail totalement bacler et digne d'un total "Je me contre ***** de mon client". De plus ils n'ont même pas vérifier l'alignement du véhicule tel que demander au téléphone par moi même en prétextant que ce n'était pas sur le bon de travail. Ah petit update. Ils ont fait semblant de faire le changement d'huile moteur en se contentant de reseter l'indicateur. En effet, le % d'usure de l'huile du véhicule à ma conjointe est tomber de 100% à 30% en deux semaine... à moins de mètre une brique sur l'accélérateur pendant 24/h sur 24 c'est assez peu plausible.

Google has been asking for my review and here it is. It’s been two years since I haven’t stepped foot at this particular dealership because of the some price increased and one recall that they haven’t honored. But they did do other good things for me in the past so I’ll be fair. The place is currently being revamped, one problem is, there’s not enough comfy seats for everyone. I was there on a Tuesday evening, so anyone could imagine that the place wasn’t crowded for an simple oil change, however seats were missing… About my appointment. I have a car that tells you what it needs (codes and more codes). So about a month ago, I called the dealer and asked for an oil change appointment. Over the phone it was mentioned that there was a recall for the passenger airbag for my car. However, since my oil change was schedule at 6pm, I was told that this could not be done at that time for numerous reasons (time issue and the evening technicians weren’t able to fix this). What a surprise it was when I was told yesterday that it was mandatory that the recall would be made that evening. The problem is an oil change is 20 – 30 mins tops. A passenger airbag would make me stay for an extra hour. Time is money and I’ve lost a few dollars yesterday. We don’t all have the liberty of waiting for hours at the dealership. The reason for this review is simple. The prices at this dealership are way too high if you ask me. I was told at the counter that my oil change would be 61 dollars plus tax. When I looked at my receipt, it was 67 dollars plus tax. I have also took the time to ask for a replacement of my wiper blades… The price that was given to me is $45. I made them removed it. At 45 dollars you can easily found some a complete set of wipers at Canadian Tire. Originals are the best, but $45dollars for blades only, is too much if you ask me. So this morning, I took the time to make some research for pricing infos. This dealership charges $67 for an oil change. At another one it $54.95 plus taxes. Costco is $49 for a full syntetic oil change (no need to talk about the membership fees, I just go with a friend who has a card, so for me these are nonexistent). This dealership charges $45 for changing the blades only of my original Honda wipers. Another dealership charged me $33.81 with taxes for the 3 blades (I do have an SUV, the rear one is due). Costo also had wipers on sale at black Friday for $6.89 each. I did try these in the past, they fit, but they don’t last long. My advice to anyone would be, just shop around. Having a Honda for me means, there’s about 5 dealerships around that are less than 30 mins away. I was conscious that the prices may vary, but some dealers are trying to milk their customers. The service was nice, the revamp of the place is extremely pretty, the staff is super friendly, but staying 2 hours paying these high prices is making me rethink where I will do my next maintenance on my car.

Worse dealer I have ever been too, I bought a car here from a salesman called Stephane (very bad salesman he would tell you something and when you ask him again he would denied everything or tell you something else). On the day I came and pick up the car i paid an amount of 443$ I ask Stephane is my plate paid until next year he said yes and everything is good that you're ready to go a couple of weeks late got pull over for unpaid plates. So I called them and ask what's going how come my plate isn't plated they said that the amount I paid was only for the taxes and not for the plate but on the delivery day I ask them if it's paid they said yes. They are scammer they would do anything and lie to you in order to get you to buy their cars also worse customer services couldn't get in contact with any of the sales agent or the women that's in charge of financing (Nancy).
