We did clean one of cars for them , to prepare it before selling ,we also did some buffing on the car , gave them the bill hoping get payed in couple days or weeks , they never payed , came back month and half after to remind them , no response. Irresponsible, not professional. Reading from other comments here no wonder people not happy with them. Making millions on the back of others. They even do some positive commentaires here them self, just to make it look good.

Terrible experience at all three locations. We came down from Gatineau for the weekend and scheduled a showing with them for a specific car we wanted. They texted us an hour before to confirmed we were actually coming and that the car was ready for us. Once we got there the car was actually sold since a few days. We went around the lot and check for others possible options. We actually find the one we would have bought to be told this one was actually sold after looking at it for 30 minutes. No sold sign was on it and was very misleading and disappointing for us since it was in the showroom, which are reserved for cars that are ready to go. The same car was still showing online on their site many days after saying it was still available and we knew it was sold. They have a lot of click and bait simply to get customers in. They will then tell you that they can find the same car for the same price after wasting your time driving there thinking that the car you saw online was available. We than schedule 3 more showing for the next day at their 2 other locations and confirmed with them that these cars were actually there and available since we would have driving back with it the same day. While we were driving to the locations the next day we called to confirmed simply be told none of the 3 cars were available and were all at the garage for maintenance. They pride themselves on their online experience when actually there’s a lot of click and bait and their information is poorly updated and accurate. Very misleading company. Be advised that they don’t negotiate the price at all.

I walked in the place wanting to buy my first car and they took advantage of my naivety. The only good thing about this place is the fact that i was able to get my deposit money back. They fool you into thinking you are negotiating a price when in reality they are just ADDING fees. They make you sign a contract that they change after. I bought my first car vw passat from them it all went smoothly (gave me only 1 key and no car mats)although 2nd day of purshase car showed my check engine sign.but they said their service department check each car before selling.unfortunately my car got crashed in first week my mistake it was total lost.so i called them went through claims and all that..i had to move to moncton so i needed a car asap...i bought another car chrysler 200 at 17% interest rate as they showed something else before buying it(6%)...they knew i was stucked so they ripped me off...i unfortunately bought it ( with only 1 key and no car mats)2nd week of purchase it started showing me check engine light..i called them told the situation and i thought i was lucky as i bought nationale gurantee from them ...they told me we dont have any garage in moncton you have to pay for your diagnosis and if it is covered we ll pay the garage else you have to deal with it dont buy any warranty from them .dont ever trust them..

A true car dealership, in all its glory. The rep kept saying: "If the breaks are bad, we'll change'em, we do a full check up!". Turns out the check up included oil change, but the mech forgot to apply a new sticker. So off we go to our local garage, who realize that the wheels oil dispenser are broken and that the front breaks are completely worn out. I had to go back and argue the matter with them to ultimately get them to cover the cost of the breaks. No, they did not pay for the second oil change, even though that was their mistake. Finally, cherry on the sunday. We buy 4 summer tires "at cost", they say. Remember, they are suppose to prep the vehicle, right? Winter comes, ready to have my tires changed, my garage calls me with the big surprise, I spent all summer driving with the winter tires on. What kind of car dealership sells you summer tires, says he'll prep the car, but leaves the tires for you to handle later? Terrible place.

A friend of mine chose a car here AND put a deposit to hold it we even made all the contact negotiation. Next day someone (director? ??) called him saying the car was sold already to someone else. After sending them an authorized check!!! We spent there 4 hours waiting financial consultant and that is the result? Horrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. (St.Hubert)

Very disappointing first experience! No confidence!!!!! I saw a Hyundai Sonata on Kijiji and their site. There were no photos as it was a "new arrival" so I called the sales person to be sure that the car has no problem. I drove from Montreal to see the car. Before seeing the car, he explained to me how they care and check cars, one inspection when they buy and another one when they deliver the car... We went to see the car. It was a garbage on 4 wheels. I hope I could take photos and upload them here. The rear bumper was broken, windshield was cracked. Tires where 0% and then I realized that there is a kind of weird rust on the roof (3 circle and a clear film) I opened the door. You could find everything from cigarette to food ... in the car. The seats cover and all the holes on the dashboard shows that it was an Ex-Taxi. The sales person was ignoring. It should even be mentioned on the ad. I can't believe that they didn't know. I just left and won't go back there never.

I called them to get it fixed and they wanted nothing to do with me they laughed in my face, I had to fight to actually get it fixed and mention that I was protected under proposition du consommateur under the law 37, 38. Horrible experience.. from feeling like we got ripped off due to hidden fees, to unexisting service after the sale is completed. We got bounced around for a week when trying to get a hold of missing documents from the sale, they told us they would have them ready 'the next day' as service was closed when we picked up the vehicle. It took a whole week to get the wrong papers, and then they dared ask us to post good reviews and even called back a few days after because I had not written a review yet. I had to go back for a car check-up, they couldn't care less about giving you a good service once the sale is done. Save yourself the trouble, don't buy your car here.

Worse place ever! My sister put down a 300$ deposit on a vehicle to secure it. She drove to the place the next day and was told the vehicle had been sold, even if she had put a deposit! How is this even ok? To make it worse, they did not want to give her deposit back, and she had to open a PayPal dispute to get her money back! Do not do buisness with these people, they are what you think of a typical car salesman, thieves and liars!
