Really had a frustrating experience from the service department. They booked me a wrong date for the appointment and even with that mistake they doesn’t seems like wanted to help me out. I never had such a bad experience from any car service centre in Canada.

They definitely go out of their way to help you out. My father's 2013 sedan had an issue and wouldn't start in a parking lot. The dealership gave them a loaner car for the weekend, no questions asked and got them back up and running in no time. That's how a dealership should be run. You look after your customers.

Went in on a whim needing an MVI and winter tires. Talked to a woman in service named Bonnie and she recommended tires for my vehicle and got my truck looked over. Ended up I needed a bit of work done, they where more then happy to show me what was the issue and what it needed to look like. She was great and very straightforward and the mechanics had no problem explaining any issues in a way I understood. Thank you to Summerside Hyundai your employees truly make the difference!

Prompt, courteous service. Hood guard purchased for my Hyundai Kona Electric...a first rate install of a very appealing and effective looking guard. I feel much better now about all the salt and sand used here that constantly bounce off vehicles. Loaner car in great lending condition and payment and pickup after job a breeze. Washer fluid topped up, car washed. My entire experience was great! Glad I bought the hood guard and thank you! Mike

Worst experience ever. (Don't deserve one star). Inexperienced mechanics and staff. As they did a mistake and dont agree and want to charge for fixing it. These guys proved that will not be having Hyundai anymore.

I recently had my engine literally explode in my 2017 Tucson while visiting PEI when my wife was 8 months pregnant, the people at Summerside Hyundai (Specifically Bonnie in Service) were great to deal with, when the rest of Hyundai Canada's Customer service was sub par at best. Bonnie was able to direct me towards reimbursements that I would not otherwise been aware of and communicated throughout the whole process on timelines for our car to be fixed. Hyundai Canada should take note, while i had a customer service rep at head office hang up on me, Summerside was pretty much the exact opposite experience.

They were very upfront about any information they had on my vehicle and time frames. Very nice people and got me in as quick as they could. I would have given 5 stars in a second buut..I was provided a price and when I got my invoice the work was the same as they described but it cost me almost $200 extra.
