I would avoid going here at all costs if you can. You think car salespeople are corrupt well this is where they go to learn it! My fiancé wanted to trade in a vehicle that isn’t working for us anymore and he went here. During the pandemic I was laid off so he told the salesman DO NOT run Shannon’s name she’s on EI. And what did they go and do, run my name. So now I have 4 UNAUTHORIZED credit hits and my score went down. Needless to say I called to confront the salesman and he denied knowing anything about it and the “finance guy” must of had to go that far to get the car approved. DOESN’T MATTER. I did not give you permission to run my credit.

I've just found my new Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealership! The staff were super friendly and with the repairs and maintenance I had done, very reasonably priced. My wife has a jeep and Ian (The Jeep Guy)was a fantastic mechanic while the gentleman whose name I didn't get, looked after my dually to perfect satisfaction! Kim and Margaret helped us at the service desk...both wonderful ladies! It seemed that ALL the employees took pride in their work and persevered even when up against a wall.I finally feel comfortable about bringing our vehicles somewhere that the people know what they're doing!!! And of course, who could forget the free Frosty Treats ice cream in the main showroom...we'll definitely be back!

We recently purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 from Summerside Chrysler Dodge and our experience was incredible! Melanie was our salesperson and she went above and beyond to explain everything and made sure the truck was in tip top shape! She even went as far as to include a trailer brake system, as we said we were buying to haul our camper. On top of that, she sat outside with my children while I went inside to deal with paperwork, offered us ice cream (every time we went in), offered me her personal vehicle to use while they installed the trailer brake and offered to do an alignment (free of charge). We always dealt with Toyota (and have had great experience there as well), but NOTHING like our experience with Melanie and Dodge! I cannot say enough good about her!

I've travelled all across Canada over the last 6 months and this was the MOST expensive oil change so far. I would be very cautious about getting service here and get a quote upfront. One might think they over-charged simply because I was from a different province?

Melanie Lecky was such a pleasure to work with while getting my new vehicle. Fast and efficient and such great service from beginning to end. I live in Souris, so I didn't have the time to go back and forth looking at vehicles, so everything was done over the phone, I was even picked up by a sweet man by the name of Lorne, and he drove me in to pick up my new vehicle. When I got there I was greated by so many wonderful staff members! Definitely will be going back when looking for another vehicle in the future!

First emailed this dealership about one of their ads on Kijiji Autos. Never heard back from them so I called and spoke to one of the managers, James. Made an appointment to test drive a used convertible but he called me back 3 hours before the appt. and told me the owner of the dealership sold the car but he had more coming in. He didn’t know when or what type would be coming in, he would ask the “boss” and let me know. Never heard anything back and then saw a new Kijiji ad for another convertible. Drive in their the following morning at opening time to see it and spoke to really nice lady, Laura, but the car wasn’t there. After waiting around for 10 minutes to find out where the car was, she was able to finally speak to one of her managers who told her the car was sold already and they didn’t know when they’d have another. They don’t update their ads. This dealership must be doing pretty well if they can afford to ignore prospective buyers like this. Definitely not treatment you expect from a supposedly reputable dealer. These guys could take some lessons from Centennial Auto Group.

Today we purchased 2020 Jeep Cherokee Altitude and had a wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle at this dealership!!! James Madsen was awesome ! We got there in the morning with our three year old and three month old so things can be a bit crazy but everything went great and was super fast !!!! ( which with two small kids is a must ) James was very informative which let us know exactly what we were getting and made it an easy decision. we are 100% satisfied with the whole team at Summerside Crysler.
