My wife and I were longterm customers (~15 vehicles) of another Charlottetown dealership but found ourselves at Subaru of Charlottetown recently after we and the dealership in question were not able to come to terms on our next two vehicles. After emailing them (Subaru) I received a reply from Jeffery in Sales and our first test drive of a Subaru was booked. Approximately two weeks later (mostly due to our schedules) we drove away with our two new Subaru Crosstreks. Solid experience with a professional yet casual approach. I can not recommend them enough! 10/10

Everything from start to finish was better than I could have asked for. Andrew helped me find what I was looking for. He was highly knowledgeable, friendly and professional, as I can tell with the rest of the staff as well. Les was also nice and laid-back, and efficient with finalizing the sale. The vehicles, of course, are awesome. I have had the car (Crosstrek Touring) for about two months and I still get excited whenever I'm about to drive it. Such a smooth and satisfying drive, with many features I am still learning about. You can't beat the Subaru.

Justin McDougall did not just sell me my Subaru Forester. He worked with me throughout the process so that I understood how the car fit my needs and my budget, and the ways in which the dealership could help me to get the car on the road in a timely and efficient manner. He texted me very promptly many times, and went out his way to help me when an unexpected incident occurred with my trade-in. He explained my new car’s features thoroughly, but didn’t overwhelm me with details that will be of interest to other drivers, but not to me. He talked to “me”, took the trouble to get to know “me”, and didn’t just repeat words from a script. I am so happy with my car, and with the whole experience. Terrible service. After doing some research, went to test drive a Subaru today. Upon entry, no one greeted me. After waiting at the door for some time, a sales associate came out of an office where they were talking to another colleague. When advised that I would like to try out a certain model of car, they then went to another colleague to ask if they could help (presumably the colleague said no), then went back into the same office that they had been speaking to the previous colleague and came out and told me to take a seat as they had to speak with someone else who was returning from a test drive. The other colleague remained in the office while the other (who presumably did not want to assist) wondered around the dealership. Given this was the initial experience at the dealership, we left.
