Terrible experience. Ordered a trailer hitch when jeep was purchased. They forgot to install it. Went back months later when the first oil change was due, hitch installed in half a day. They provided a loaner vehicle with an empty gas tank. Also, the wiring was not installed. Had to wait a couple of weeks to go back for the wiring. Was supposed to take an hour and took 2.5 hours. Also a tow hook was removed and not reinstalled and they want an hour labor to reinstall it. We are also from out of town, so it's like a 45 min drive everytime I have to go there. Jeep looks strange with a gaping hole in the Back end where the big tow hook is supposed to be. Not impressed with the service at all. This should have been done prior to me picking up the vehicle like it was supposed to be.

Charlottetown service is sorely lacking! I had to pay over $150 to replace one broken stud on my truck only to be informed I needed a new rim. Their solution- put the spare on ( a 17” dummy tire on the back driver’s side paired with a 20” on the passenger side???) only to be informed the replacement rim is over $950. After looking around and finding a replica online I called their service department to ask for the specs for the Rim by both the Parts and Service department as I wanted to make sure I got the right offset ( I even told them how I was measuring it!) only to be told they had no idea what the specs were on the Rims for my truck and they had no way of finding them!!! So I called Summerside Service department I was on the phone with them for exactly 2.48 minutes in that time they gave me the specs for the Rims and went to the site I was buying the replica on and actually gave me the correct part number to make sure I got the right one. Honestly!!! Needless to say who I will be trusting my truck service with from now on! I will drive the 30 minutes to Summerside!

Brought in my civic for an appraisal as I wanted to switch over to Jeep. They gave me a low evaluation of the vehicle and when I asked why I was given the answer 'what do you expect from a base model civic?' My civic was not even base model! I was also told that my expectations were unrealistic, and made me feel as if my budget of 115$ per week was unrealistic. I'll take my base model business elsewhere. :)

Unfortunately, 0 stars was not an option. “Customer Service”, if that is what you wish to call it, was anything but realiable. We went out of our way, to have our time wasted and left frustrated and disappointed. They dropped our appraisal down $2000 upon arrival, by stating “they did not realize our vehicle was a base model”, however, if they would have done their job properly given the information we provided to them, INCLUDING our VIN number, they would have been well aware. They did not attempt to negotiate or work out any sort of deal to satisy our needs. After calling them to explain we had decided to take our business elsewhere (which we did) they had called me back, offering to drop the bi-weekly price by ONE DOLLAR. This place is a joke.

If possible, I don't even want to give the star. The salesperson's service attitude was very poor. He rudely interrupted my homestay daughter and ignored the guests' requests. When my homestay daughter asked the salesperson a question, the salesperson said, "That's your problem, not my business. If you don't buy it, there are three people who want to buy this car." What is even more incredible is that my homestay daughter tried to complain on Facebook, the staff deleted her comment. This is not Reliable Motors, it should be called Rediculous Motors.

Took my Ram 1500 in for inspection regarding a clunk in the front end, which I assumed was ball joints. They got me in right away, verified the parts required and ordered/scheduled back in for a couple days later. Unfortunately, they backed my truck into another truck and scratched my new truck cap. But, they were super apologetic and took it to a body shop of my choice to be repaired, whilst giving me a nicely equipped loaner truck for the duration of the repairs. I also had a couple of other extremely intermittent dash warnings regarding my air suspension, and they completely tore the system apart and replaced many components, all covered by warranty. So, I lost my truck for about a week and never spent a dime. Al, the shop manager, was very easy to work with as well as the service advisor, Josh. Very good experience and glad I invested the $2400 on an extended warranty shortly after my purchase. A+ experience. Hopefully future visits remain as positive!

The Jeep had a leak that I was trying to figure out for a while and so far it seems to be fixed, so this makes me extremely happy! Today was a terrible car buying experience. My girlfriend and I were so excited to go and look at the car. After a test drive of Cherokee, we got the quotation of trade in car, which was 3000 dollars lower than that of other stores, and the salesman was very dismissive and said that's OK. Then blurt out the calculated monthly payment of $790 a month at 3.8% interest for five years. My girlfriend and I were both surprised, but he repeated that's OK and said it's your problem, not mine. If you don't want to buy it, there are three people waiting in line. I was stunned and didn't want to continue the unpleasant conversation. At the end of the conversation, Sales crumpled and threw away the vehicle profile paper on the spot. It was very impolite and rude, and even made me feel discrimination for the first time in this tolerant country. I am really angry and feel insulted. I hope my opinion will be taken seriously and Asian people will be respected. According to all the good reviews, what I can say is people should be wary of double sides or just Asians need to be careful to protect their rights and interests.
