Worst service ever. Had an appt pre booked for 9:30 am for an oil change warranty check. Had to have an alignment to qualify for warranty agreement fulfillment. Drove from Summerside. Get my work done at Charlottetown dept as this is where I bought my vehicle. 3 hours later I come back. Ask about my SUV. Guy in service can't find my paperwork. Car not in bay. Tells me 3 times they have a new system today. Takes me inside and says he will be right back. Half hour later I go back to the bay... I say "my car?" ... he says oh yeah. I'll find it. After I'd watched him stand there for 20 min talking to a co worker holding a coffee. He tried to tell me he didnt get back to me because he was dealing with 2 other customers. Said my car wasn't started yet that he hadn't agreed on a time that it would be done. I said...I pre booked an appointment for 9:30 am and drove an hour to get there... not to mention waited 3 plus hours. I took my car and left. What the heck? Appointments mean nothing I guess. And poor customer service. Didnt even tell me his name.

Really bad customer service experience i had ever experienced in my life its been 3rd time i went for the same issue to replace the knoc sensor and they said we did everything your car is fixed and then same day after few minutes same issue came up and went again they said sorry we failed to install the part you have book appointment again what the heck. They can tell me that in the starting but they lied to me which was really a bad thing on there part. Shame on you guys

From my first visit to Experience Hyundai, until today when we finalized our purchase and drove away, we had exceptional no-pressure advice and suggestions from Kas Ghadban. On my first visit to Hyundai, which was only one of several different car dealerships I had visited, Kas spent probably an hour or more with me, answering my questions and getting me a test drive. When I left the dealership that day there was not once that I felt pressured in any way to make a purchase or to commit to any deal. Kas found us the vehicle that met all of our requirements and expectations, and did so in a very professional and respectful way. We found the same with all of the staff we spoke to. Our decision was an easy one. We decided ourselves that we wanted this vehicle, and then Kas made it happen. Today I and my friend had come over to enquire about hyundai elantra le 2018 and discussing about ford focus 2011. He was talking in so inappropriate language. For instant - he used"I DON'T CARE" WHETHER YOU CAN BUY NEW CAR OR USED CAR". The sales consultant are representing the Hyundai brand. Hope so that person would be trained to have some professional language.

I had really bad experience twice for my car service. I went there to service my car for two times thinking i bought the car from there so i trusted them. But honestly, i realized that they do not put the new parts in servicing and they just fix it and charge you for new parts. I had terrible sound coming from front wheels and they told me they put new steering wheel rod and the sound won’t come again and actually it came again after a month and i went to two local garage to verify that they actually changed the parts or not and eventually Experience hyundai did not changed the parts. I paid $300 twice with the trust that they will fix it. I honestly Even do not recommend my friends to go their and i told them to go to a local garage because small businesses make their customer trust stronger and they are honest and show their work how they do and what they changed. Sales team is extremely good, but after sales service is poor (really poor). Many times they behave as if they don't know you. Response from management is hardly expected. Waited 24 hours for a call back to book a service appointment. Was told that i would receive a call back 4 times, left 5 messages, through out the day and nothing. Was told by The lady at the counter that they don't book in house anymore they redirect to Nova Scotia to book for appointments. Called Summerside Hyundai and bang just like that straight to the service department and have an appointment booked within 5 minutes of a phone call. Poor customer service from Charlottetown Hyundai.

Walking into a dealership was something I had been dreading as I knew very little about what I was looking for or needed. I had originally gone in to look at a used SUV and was immediately greeted and made to feel welcome. I was introduced to Alan (the absolute best) and he immediately got to work to find out info about the car I inquired about. After checking out what was available and my payment options we decided to take a look at some of the new 2021 Tucson's available on the lot. The General Manager Moe was awesome to help us navigate what was available within my budget as this was my first new vehicle and I wanted to make sure I stayed within my budget. We discussed what was available and I am so happy to have left with a 2021 Tucson! I am so appreciative of their time and patience in making sure I knew what was available to me without making me feel rushed or pressured. Luke in the finance dept was so professional and really helped me feel at ease with my decision. Very professional team who cares a lot about their customers. Upon returning to pick up my new vehicle and to drop off for undercoating, I was greeted by name and a big smile from Alan. He gave me a tour of the dealership and introduced me to the rest of the team and walked me through all the features in my new car and truly made me feel so appreciated. Another amazing exeprience at Charlottetown Hyundai! A few years ago I bought a used Hyundai from another dealer. I really enjoyed the car and then I had a factory recall issue that was closed but Experience Hyundai in Charlottetown honoured the recall (3 years after the recall was closed!!!) and the service from the Service department was second to none. After that experience I knew my next car would come from them. When I needed a new car this week the service, attention to detail, and my "special needs" were happily understood and tailored to. I cannot express how amazing the staff were, especially Kas, who kept constant communication and is simply the best. My parents bought a car from this dealership 3 weeks before had the same completely satisfying experience. I have been so impressed and reassured by the service here I will no longer go to any other mechanic except Hyundai. See you again in a couple of years Kas, when you sell me my first SUV!! I would also like to express how kind the staff I wasn't dealing directly with were. Front desk was amazing and everyone in the building were friendly and kind. The personal experience is always nice, but I also feel the cars I have bought are well worth the money. Great cars, great service, and great staff. Tried to buy a vehicle through their Auto Wholesaler division. Everything started well discussing over the phone. I wanted to pay to have an inspection and send a deposit Yup no problem. So I assume it has gone in for a MVI- no call back. I call back one day later after this request. I was advised vehicle had been sold two days before or one day before I first called. Even still as of Feb 27-Days later is it still listed on their web site and with Auto trader. Warning Two locations and many people with their fingers in the pot not communicating makes it hard to manage.

I was absolutely shocked by the customer experience or lack thereof. This is my first time writing a negative review and, judging by the mostly positive feedback, I truly hope that this is a one-off. Initially, when choosing a new car, we were aware that our chances for financing are slim due to the lack of credit history, but the communication that we received was beyond disrespectful and irresponsible from both sales and finance teams. It is ok if you are busy, haven't received or didn't have time to look into info; it's not ok if you promise to call back tomorrow/today/right away multiple times (5+) and fail to do so, making your customer call and beg for crumbs of information. It's ok if the application wasn't approved, it's not ok to find out that it was discarded almost a week ago, and no one thought of informing you. What I 'experienced' with Hyundai is that if it looks unlikely that you'll be purchasing the car - you will be put on the back burner or disregarded completely. I sure will build my credit history in no time, I'm not so sure this dealership will be on my radar.

I love Hyundai. I own a Tucson and I love the car. I have no regreats whatsoever about my purchase decision. However, I feel that Experience Hyundai's service people are very rude and unfriendly. Not the salespeople. This morning, I went in to have the recall done but Hyundai told me that the appointment is now in November. This is the 5th time the appointment was posponded. I was very upset. I don't usually like to point out names but Jamie from Hyundai is downright rude and not friendly at all. I have no problem buying Hyundai again but if they maintain this level of customer service I might seriously reconsider my thoughts.

Just bought a new 2017 Accent from Experience Hyundai. The car itself and the financing is great, it's exactly what I wanted and in my budget. The sales rep, Andrew, and the financial manager, Jacob, were both excellent to deal with. They explained everything and answered all questions. The service from the dealership however left me fairly bitter when I was driving away in my new car, which ruined the occasion for me. Unless you're spending top dollar, looking at top of the line stuff, they don't want to deal back and forth, something I was told directly. All they care about is the bottom line. This leaves the little guy such as myself out in the rain. They did me no favours and had no intention of doing so, I walked in and took the first deal they had at a reasonable price and left a few days later with a new car and no reason to return. This dealership will not see me or this car again unless warranty work is required.

After an hour I called her Again to get the quote and she said she already replaced it!!! Anyways I was ok for that because it was same price with Canadian tire. But When I went to get my car back, the price was double and she was kind of arguing. I don’t blame others. But it was inappropriate and not a professional. They have to be more responsible.

Such an amazing experience!! My boyfriend and I went in looking for a fuel efficient car in mind and walked out with the hybrid elantra! THE STAFF- we personally dealt with Kas and Jake when buying the car, and honestly we couldn't have asked for any better! Cannot say enough good things about this place and the people who work here. First, I bought my first car here, and Chris and the team were so so helpful and knowledgeable - I love my car very much. Secondly, I made the mistake of searching elsewhere for winter tires and spent almost 2 hours waiting on quotes from another place only to get a sub-par option at a really high price. I figured I should just double check here before I booked it in. Within 10 minutes the guy had provided me with a great option, exactly what I wanted, knowledgeable advice, and a price at $600 under what the other place quoted me at, and a service appointment in short order. Truly, I will not even bother trying to go anywhere else because it's a waste of my time, and even if they do try and fleece me down the road, frankly they can have my money because they've earned it.
