From the constant smile from the person at the service desk, to the technician servicing the vehicle, to the detailer who gives each vehicle a complimentary wash. Customer service is number one priority, regardless of what people drive.

Was on vacation in northern pei and knew that our oil change was going to be due before we got home. Made appt a few days in advance. Drove 1.5 hrs to the dealer to have the oil changed to be told that there was no one that could do it. Apparently everyone to the day as vacation. Wouldn't count on them for service work again.
