If you have to wait, it is a great place for it! Haven't had much service here, but, of the work so far, no problems at all.

Very unhappy after receiving the run around from them. Bought a jeep, 4 days later the slave cylinder went. They've now had it for 5 days. The first day I was told no one could look at it until the morning. They took 3 days to look at it. On the 4th day they told me the part came in and they started it but it wouldint be finished until the 5th day. I called at 1230 in the after noon and was told the part should be in soon and it should be done by the end of the day.... seems they say what cever can shut you up for the day.

I find the service area seriously lacking in service . Car went in for oil change and there was no service check of fluids or any check of other items on a NEW Rogue . Nothing was checked no fluids topped up nothing other then Oil an Filter which i was charged $80.00 which is about twice the cost at any average service station . Seeing as I bought the car here I would have at least expected the courtesy of a fluid top-up and simple maintenance check on the car . Next time I think I'll find another Dealer when it comes time to buy another car or one that at least provides some service instead of just over charging for a simple oil change

I am very happy with my vehicle and my interaction with the sales person however I am still waiting to hear from Nissan about a scratch that was on the door before I purchased it. I traded in an older Nissan to help with the purchase of a new one, was not happy to see that they reposted my old car for over 3x what they gave me as a trade in.

Needed to have spark plugs replaced. Service tech could not give me estimate of cast. Ended up having to talk to Service Manager who had no problem in providing estimate. Set up appt for work. Upon arrival service tech could not tell me what plugs were being used to replace existing plugs. After much back and forth found out they were going to use platinum not Indium. The difference in the plug quality is very significant. Yet they were charging the same price for the lower quality plug. Be aware of the service dept where they won’t quote a price and have problems identifying the quality of parts they are using.

John and Terry were great!!!! Not pushy, very respectful and overall a great experience. We were not in the best spot financially when we went to trade our car, they went above and beyond to find us a vehicle that we would be comfortable in and could afford. They even found one out of province and brought it here for us, it took a week from the time we went and mentioned what we needed/wanted till we drove off the lot!!! It was a little "rushed" because of my medical situation but they are willing to work around my schedule! They went above and beyond for us and never once did we feel pressure! Full disclosure. I admit to a long-standing relationship with this dealership, and with Nissan. Having said this, I’ve also dealt with a plethora of dealerships throughout my time, and so I’ve acquired a pretty wide bandwidth of experiences. Most things in the automobile business boil down to vehicle quality, and dealership honesty and integrity. I’ve not witnessed a “ perfect “ car yet, they mostly all require certain levels of service. Nissan builds a very solid product all around, and when you combine that with the dealership personnel that are there for you, there to help when you need it, to go to bat for the customer when needed, and do it in a fair manner of cost, then that takes most angst out of the purchase and ownership experience. Lots of the right kind of people employed at Centennial Nissan, put them on your list for your next car, if they are not already.

Very disappointed in every aspect. Before purchasing, know that they do not stand behind their product at all and feel no need to keep your business. You definitely get the vibe that you are important while purchasing and then quickly come to realize you are just a number. Was hoping to deal with this dealership for years to come but have switched to Honda, Portland street Halifax and will be faithful to them until they show us reason to be otherwise. In summary, educate yourself on the dealership and product before making your purchase.
