We were looking at a newer CRV but the salesperson found one a year older, with the same specs, and better pricing that fit our budget the best! Took 2 hours to change tires, damaged 2 rims and told me it was road rash. They admitted tool damage and agreed to have them repaired. Repair shop says only one is being covered. Won't be back and I tell everyone I meet not to either.

Worst service team ever i went there 6 months ago when summer started for my Honda civic condenser recall and all the summer is gone still waiting for my condenser to get replaced.. left voicemails to service manager they don’t even care about your messages or calls.. will never go there again and will not recommend to anyone.. it’s November now still no update on my condenser.. shame honda..

Just had the exact same experience as I had about a year ago trying to book my car in...Same worker, same attitude. Didn't listen to what I was asking and continued to talk over me... If I can find somewhere else to go in the meantime to get my car looked at, I plan on cancelling. It is unfortunate because any other time I physically go in to pick up my car, I receive excellent service from the guys in automotive and ladies at the front desk.

One of the worst experience ever. The sales consultant (forgot his name but was a senior guy) was absolutely horrible. He did not even care a bit about us. Me and my 2 friends had went to see a car. First of all, he asked us to wait and started helping another customer who came after us. He had no interest whatsoever in selling the car or giving information. He just kept on asking whether we want to buy it or not. Owner, you need to get them to respect customers and treat them the same. Seems like that sale consultant is retiring soon thats why he doesnt care about the way he deals with customers. Extremely disappointed with Honda. Didnt buy the car just because of the sales consultant.

Disappointed service that i ever got is honda Charlottetown There is a guy named wade “who send me a message that do you have any questions about this car at 3:19in the afternoon and when i reached there at 5:10 . He said the car was sold few days ago. All he said if you would have called us “ we must have make sure that it’s available But if its not available why was you sending message about the car if i have any questions about it ? Guy named mathew “he took the call when i called honda and i asked if so and so car is showing me online is still available? I asked him twice - he said yes When i reached there wade took me for the service and said its sold. They provide wrong information and also longest waiting time for atleast half an hour.

We had our car for inspection and repair (replace of a wheel bearing) there. The first appointment was recommended to us for October 12 -> Thanksgiving. Of course, on this day no one was there. The shop changed the wheel bearing and additionally both lower ball joints. We got our inspection sticker. A day later we heard a noise when braking. New appointment on the following Friday. After 3 hours of waiting they finally realized that now the brake hoses must be renewed. New date: Friday in two weeks. Last Friday, the brake hoses were changed. Now (again) we have another noise, we let check this also. Determined was now that the U-joints in rear propeller shaft would have to be replace. Since the last repair, we now have additionally grinding noise in front and (according to another shop) a faulty lower ball joint due to an low grade replacement part of the Honda shop.

I originally went to the Capital Honda FB page to write a review, for obvious reasons I'm sure, the review feature has been disabled. I called early last week and spoke to a Sales Associate about an Odyssey that came in as trade. I wanted to see it but he stated that it was not yet detailed and was instructed not to show the van until it was detailed (by another sales associate). No big deal, I can wait. He told me it would be detailed and ready to view Saturday and he would call me. I called Saturday for an update and he told me that the van was actually sold. Someone came in from Toronto and put $6000 down cash so they let them see it and sold it, not to mention it was sold by the sales associate who instructed not to show it until it was detailed. Awesome. I would have viewed it dirty but was giving them time to detail it to show me. A call would have been nice to see if I would like to see it not detailed. I purchased my first Civic in 2008 from Capital when I was 19. Since then I have purchased another 2013 Civic and since my family has grown I was looking for a minivan. Shady business. Apparently long time customers do not come over people "from away" who have $6000 cash to put down. I live in Charlottetown, but needless to say I will be bringing my business to Centennial from now on.
