Experience here was great. Until we brought it back to the dealer because the options that were listed on Kijiji weren’t the same as the actual vehicle itself. So there were no problems bringing it back. We were then told we had a fee of 625.00 $. Which was said it was for administration fees. That was for the bank and Ford and they could not take it off. They said they would come and pick up car so after a week they said they didn’t have anyone come and pick it up. So we brought it back and paid the fee. We then called Better Business bureau they check and came back that companies has a different answer.the answer they said was that we waited 2 weeks before we brought back the vehicle and that it was for the mileage and that they lost another customer. Which is totally a lie. Wow never would of thought that they would actually lied. A BIG LIE. Customer satisfaction guaranteed they say. I don’t think lying is considered as customer guaranteed. Anyways I will tell you that they will never get my service again. When you sell your really nice but this time you company is really back especially lying to people. I marked a 1 for m’y review but it should of been a minus 10. Not recommended to anyone. I will be going to the press with this.
