The selenoil is finished (it wasn't) and the battery pole super hooked. Also, once on the trailer, dark black oil is dripping, although the oil was supposed to be changed. It all cost $ 1,700! So I remind the garage, they tell me to bring it back ASAP, that they will look at this. We therefore bring back the rzr to finally tell us that it is not their fault and that in addition the transmission is finished ???? We remember that the first time we went for the clutch, we paid for a complete check up, so I don't understand why the first time they didn't see that the transmission had to be changed. PS we bought our brand new rzr there and we took great care of it. In addition, they had the nerve to make us pay for the time during the second inspection which was THEIR FAULT. The worst crossers ever !!! First repair and I can confirm, the last in motosport and above all, I will never set foot there. Supporting photos and videos. (Original) Après avoir fait réparer la clutch + bering de clutch et un check up complet du rzr, après avoir fait changer l’huile partout (facture à l’appui) imaginez vous donc que la journée même que nous sommes allés chercher notre rzr après les réparations, on décide d’aller se promener dans les trails. Même pas 1 km plus loin, notre speedo ne fonctionne pas (il était fonctionnel avant), le quad top à 40 km/h, le check engine allume (il n’allumait pas avant), le rzr boucane, sens le brûlé et fait le même bruit de clutch qu’avant qu’on le fasse réparer. Le selenoil est fini (il ne l’était pas) et le pôle de la batterie super crochi. De plus, une fois sur le trailer, il coule de l’huile noir foncé, alors que l’huile était supposé être changée. Tout ça a coûté 1,700$! Je rappelle donc au garage, on me dit de le ramener dès que possible, qu’ils vont regarder ça. On ramène donc le rzr pour finalement nous dire que c’est aucunement de leur faute et que en plus la transmission est fini ???? On se rappelle que la première fois que nous sommes allés pour la clutch, nous avons payé pour un check up complet, donc je ne comprends pas pourquoi la première fois ils n’ont pas vu que la transmission était à changer. PS on a acheté notre rzr flambant neuf là-bas et nous lui avons fait super attention. De plus, ils ont eu le culot de nous refaire payer le temps lors de la deuxième inspection qui était de LEUR FAUTE. Les pires crosseurs ever!!! Première réparation et je vous confirme, la dernière au motosport et surtout, pu jamais je n’y mettrai les pieds. Photos et vidéos à l’appui.

So my friend opened my carburetors to see that they had forgotten to put the o-ring back on. So they wanted me to return with my motorcycle, a new one and repaid time for their own incompetence. So I got out of it by doing my own repairs and the whole thing still cost me $ 400 for a job that I had to redo and which took me 45 minutes .. (for them, 3 hours my summer charge) Huge disrespect if you ask me. (Original) Très très déçu du service reçu. J'ai apporté ma moto dans le but de faire calibrer mes carburateurs. J'ai fournis tous les pièces moi-même afin qu'il puisse les remonter et les calibrer. Apres 2 semaines j'apprends qu'ils ont remonté mes carburateurs mais qu'ils ne les ont pas calibrer car mon moteurs auraient plusieurs réparations à faire.. je repars donc avec ma moto afin de voir mes options croyant qu'elle est irrécupérable.. je l'amène a un ami qui me dit que le moteur n'a aucun problème, et que mes carburateurs coulent. Je rappel au motosport et ils me disent que je ne leur ai pas donné le bon gasket pour mes carburateurs (ce qui est très faut). Mon ami ouvre donc mes carburateurs pour voir qu'ils avaient oubliés de remettre le o-ring. Ils voulaient donc que je retourne avec ma moto, une nouvelle et repayé du temps pour leur propre incompétence. Je m'en suis donc sortie en faisant mes propres réparation et le tout m'a quand même coûté 400$ pour un travail que j'ai du refaire et qui m'a pris 45 minutes.. (pour eux, 3 heures mon été chargé) Un énorme manque de respect si vous voulez mon avis..
