J'ai su après quelques mois plus tard qu'elle avait pris une assurance chez Industrielle Alliance d'une valeur de près de 8 000$ pour assurer mon prêt de 31 000$ sur 6 ans. Me dire par la suite que BMO ne donnait pas d'assurances pour les prêts autos. Elle aurait dû me donner l'information et j'aurais regardé par moi même pour une assurance moins dispendieuses. De plus, sur ma feuille d'achat, c'était inscrit que mon véhicule était A1 et j'ai dû leur laisser une dizaine de fois : Toit qui coulait (décapotable), à trois reprises sont allés chez Tradition Volvo et ils ne trouvaient pas le problème, selon eux et le problème a toujours resté, mais 1 mois de garantis. On m'avait dit que le système de la voiture se convertissait en français, puisque c'était une voiture US, ce qui s'est avéré faux et ils ont dû payer la facture chez Volvo pour le faire faire. Première semaine, ils m'ont changé les 4 disques parce que lorsque je pesais sur les freins, ça sautait. Oups, le problème non réglé. J'ai dû relaisser encore ma voiture parce qu'ils devaient aller chez Volvo, un amortisseur qui coulait. Lorsque je suis sorti du garage avec mon véhicule, ils venaient de laver la voiture, une lumière sur le rétroviseur qui faisait de la condensation, ils ont dû replacer la capote du rétroviseur puisque déclipée. Après que ma garantie restante de Volvo se soit terminée (achat en avril et fin de la garantie en septembre 2013) et que l'hiver est arrivé. J'ai réalisé que j'avais un problème électrique important si je ne prenais pas ma voiture pendant 3 jours consécutifs, elle ne démarrait plus. On ne m'avait pas dit qu'il y avait une clé à l'intérieur de la grosse clé pour démarrer la voiture et ça m'a coûté 3 taxis pour un total de 75$ pour faire ouvrir ma voiture. De plus, lorsque le chauffeur de taxi ouvrait ma porte puisque je n'avais plus de batterie, je ne pouvais pas ouvrir mon coffre arrière pour prendre mes câbles de démarrage puisque tout est électrique. J'ai dû appeler chez Volvo afin de savoir que sous le siège arrière du côté du conducteur, il y avait un morceau de tapis découpé alors je n'avais qu'à tirer pour mettre la fameuse clé cachée dans ma grosse clé et ainsi ouvrir mon coffre arrière. C'était ma deuxième voiture que j'achetais, mais la première, c'était le père qui était propriétaire encore. De plus, ils connaissaient très bien ma famille et moi même alors imaginez-vous s'ils ne vous connaissent pas ! Bonne chance à ceux qui veulent toujours acheter à cet endroit !
