Emergency repair went like magic!!

Absolutely fantastic service! Fireplace glass was tempered and it cracked during the snowstorm at 4 pm. The town was basically shut down and Dale reopened his shop to help me. He personally replaced my glass and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend their service.

I had to move an appointment and the staff were very accommodating. Side window replacement in and out within about 3 hours. Spoke with the owner Dale (former owner of Campbell River Glass), who is very knowledgeable and personable, he let me know they take care of replacements & repairs (including insurance claims). Great customer service.

My wife was on Cortes Island near Campbell River when a tree branch fell and crushed the car windscreen, making it un-drivable. Dale at Speedy helped us both through a process with ICBC. The car was towed across Quadra Island then to Campbell River where Speedy fixed the windscreen and then met my wife on a Sunday (when they were closed) to open their compound and get my wife back on her way home. I was called a few times to update me on progress as my wife was not always reachable. This level of service and care is rare these days and very much appreciated. Thanks to everyone there who made this happen!

Cannot thank the team at Speedy Glass enough for fixing my rear de-fogger attachment on my Jeep that had fallen off. Was taken care of fast, with amazingly kind staff and incredible service! Also had my windscreen replaced by them and they did a fantastic job! Would highly recommend!
