Vicki was phenomenal with getting me a new car in less than 2 weeks, and could not have asked for a better sales woman. Easy, stress free way to buy a car... forget Facebook! We went to Ben looking for a car without a huge amount of money to spend. Ben showed me a few cars that might be what I was looking for. I ended up in a reliable car for like half of what I was expecting to spend. Rollin' Island Autos took all the fear out of buying a car for me as Ben was able to get us a warranty and a few things for the new car, all while letting us know he just wants us to feel safe in the car we choose. Highly recommend for anyone who isn't very savvy with vehicles or purchasing them, you will be in very, very good hands.

Buying a car is not always easy or a good experience. 2 days ago I saw a vehicle I was interested in at Rollin Auto Sales. I contacted Vicki and she was amazing from the start. The next day on a cold snowy morning , I arrived to find the car clear of snow, warm, ready for a test drive. If you are planning on buying a vehicle in the North Island, this is the place to go! I live in Port Hardy where the car business is under a monopoly with one company owning all the dealers and body shop. They are not interested in satisfying the customer. I went to Campbell River to shop then. What a pleasure in was to be able to negotiate a fair price for both of us on a nice vehicle. 2 months after buying a Ford expedition I had a problem that made the vehicle unsafe to drive. I called Ben and he had someone come to Port Hardy and load my truck on a trailer and bring it to Campbell River to repair it. It turned out to be the air compressor for the suspension which I would think is an expensive part. All of the time and money spend to satisfy a customer was covered by Rollin Island Autos. If you want piece of mind when purchasing a used vehicle, this is the place to start! I will buy from them again when the need arises!!

Ben was amazing, I will start out with that he helped me in everyway possible. and I got me the vehicle I was looking for... however I think when your spending 6grand on a vehicle the simplest things should be working like a battery. I shouldn't have to replace a tire and battery right away without owning it for two months.. this is not Ben's fault though I say it's his mechanic's and that person should be replaced
