My parents are financing a vehicle they got from Pacific Nation, they've had it for well over 2 years and never missed a payment. They have shown interest in trading it, but are unable too. They have been told that the vehicle they have, has been sold to them for almost double the retail price. My brother and I also got a vehicle from Pacific Nation, had it for maybe 5 months, then it wouldn't drive anymore, the engine would start, it just would not drive or go in reverse. But I am not worried about that, we dealt with it in our own way. Thought Pacific Nations was all about helping First Nations? not taking advantage of them.

I cannot say enough of how good the treatment I received when dealing with Aron Welsh and his crew. They don’t just treat you good until the sale- it’s the after the sale service that has me a customer for life. When I couldn’t connect my blue tooth when I first got my Chrysler 300- I was helped. I was in an embarrassing situation yesterday, I thought I was being smart and changing the battery in my key fob myself, I thought I can do it because I watched in on YouTube. I discovered that It would not work, neither did the connection with my app on my phone. I tried everything, and ended up setting the alarm off a couple of times. I phoned Aron in distress, he came over right away and helped. It turned out that I had the battery in upside down ???? nevertheless, if you value good customer service that carries on after you buy the car- I would highly recommend Pacific Nations Auto Gilakas’la

Just wanted to say I got two cars from them, the first one needed to get repairs in the first 3 weeks but Pacific nations fixed it when I traded it in and the second one I got needed repairs done in almost two months.engine had a ticking sound in it when I got my second car and still does for now.gettin the warranty stuff all figured out got pretty annoying as it wouldn't show my account number online and what not.hoping I can get a refund from the warranty for gettin the oil cooler fixed.

My wife found a truck we were interested in on their lot. The problem was we are in the okanagan and they are on the island. I’ve had my share of less than favourable dealings with used car lots in the past.This was not one of them. My wife contacted Quin and spoke to him about the truck. Quin was super helpful with details on the truck. Since we could not look at it in person Quin did a face time call with me so I could hear it run and take a closer look at it in real time. We closed the deal and packed up the family fro a trip to the island. When we arrived the truck was better than what I had expected. My wife is picky about cleanliness especially in used cars and the truck was clean. We met Quin and the deal was smooth and painless. We drive the truck back to the okanagan. A coupe weeks later we had an issue with part of the drivetrain. I contacted Quin and he put me in contact with the GM. Right away they were quick to offer what support they could from the island and were able to help get the truck fixed and keep their promise of making sure their customers are satisfied. It is well worth the trip to Campbell River to visit the Pacific Nations Auto team. They are not your average dealership
