Worst customer service I've experienced in years. Called to asked some very basic questions and felt like I was a burden on the employee. It's your job to help customers. I'll certainly never consider taking my business here and I'll be passing on the message to CR friends and family. No idea what the employees name was, but she was the one on the answering machine.
