I would honestly give this 0 stars or negative 5 stars. Nothing but issues from the get go. Bought a truck that I was told passed a safety inspection and then my front left bearing went witch is ok but took it into a different shop and those machanics said they have no idea why this truck passed with ALL the issues it was having. Not to mention I bought a 5k warranty witch wasn't honored when it came time for work to be done. Poor sales, very poor machanics, and the worst management\finance team I probably ever will deal with. Stay away from this company. It should be called bill howmuch because they will screw you out of your hard earned money ???????????? I had the truck 4 months and put 15k down plus bought the 5k warranty. Truck was worth 27k. I recieved $590 back when I sold it.

my wife was out on the forestry roads and suffered a flat tire. there were more issues as my children were still at the camp site. Roadside was going to be over an hour and these guys went above and beyond and sent a tech out to assist her. Big thanks!!!!!

Well, I bought a car the odometer wasn’t working since day one. I did notice while heading back home, next day call them they were like oh we can’t fix it sorry. The paperwork they give when I bought the car it says the odometer is working and I did tell the dealer and they said oh that’s a mistake again sorry. So, to cover their mistake they said we told you the exact kilometres on the car. All I want them to fix the odometer but they just said they don’t want to spend on the old car. The car is working fine. Just their ignorance leads to the bad review. But I also wonder what if there was some major issues then what? Will they be like oh I don’t want to spend money on the old car.

Was out camping when the A/C compressor failed on my 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 on Sunday night. Because I needed to be at work on Tuesday and the vehicle wasn't going to make it to the North Island, I was having to consider some unpleasant options. I arrived at the service desk a bit before opening time on Monday morning and explained my plight. Even though the day was previously booked and customers kept coming in, Josh was extremely helpful and the team at Bill Howich Chrysler had me home on time Monday evening, finishing this unplanned job my mid-afternoon! They also noticed an idler pulley bearing starting to go and replaced it too, all for the same price estimate initially given. Thanks guys! Well done!

I recently bought a used vehicle from Bill Howich Chrysler. Ron May was my salesperson and he was exceptional to deal with. He was prompt at retuning calls and emails and was most cordial to deal with. In fact, everyone in the dealership that I dealt with from Ron to sales manager Al, to financial person Judy (who came in on her day off to help me) to the ICBC person Michelle, were all wonderful to deal with. There was no high pressure. It was more like sitting in your home having a chat with these folks. I would go back to this dealership in a heartbeat to buy another vehicle. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We went in to look at a 2005 F150, listed for sale at $8,698.00 as it had been sitting on the lot for three months. We were looking at the truck for 20 minutes and no sales person came out to assist. Eventually we made our way into the dealership, and were told they were "extremely busy" and that someone would help us shortly. Eventually, Naji did help us and took us for a test drive. He told us that when the truck was brought in on trade, the only thing their service department could find was that the truck needed an oil change. As we were on our test drive, it was discovered that the stereo did not work, none of the controls for the windows worked unless controlled from the driver's side door, the passenger side window wiper blade was broken, and there was mold growing on the window wiper controls. While explaining our concerns, Naji interrupted me at least twice to either 'reassure me' or 'correct me' about the issues listed above. When these things were brought up, we were told that the service department could look at the issues in the next half hour. We provided Naji with our phone number to let us know when they had looked at the issues. After a hour of waiting, we called Naji, but was told that we was dealing with another customer. He called back about 10 minutes later to tell us that the truck had just gone into the service shop to be looked at. We went back to the dealership, and were told that it was a break in the wiring. They could either fix the issue, or offer us the truck at a lesser price. We told them we had $7000 in cash, and would pay the tax to take it off the lot that evening. We were then told there was a 'documentation fee' of $499 that was non-negotiable - we then dropped offer to $6500 as they did not mention the fee before. Naji went back to his manager with this offer, to which he returned a minute later to say they would not accept anything under $8000, but they would "throw in" the wiper blade. We then offered to pay $7500 plus taxes - with the dealership not having to deal with the electric issues. Again, Naji returned a minute later saying they would not go below $8000. He told us the plan was to then fix the issues with truck, and then list it back at the original $11,995.00 that it had been listed at before. When we said we were walking away, Naji wanted to know "but why?" When I told my mother-in-law the story above, she told me that she too had gone to see the truck, a week before we had. She took it for a test drive and pointed out all the issues we had discovered to them. So we now know the dealership was aware of the issues, but chose to ignore them, and play dumb when they were discovered by us. TLDR: Rude salesperson, spent an entire afternoon at a dealership that wouldn't negotiate, even though many issues were found upon test drive (that the dealership was aware of and played dumb about), and then were told that if we didn't offer at least $8000, they were to going to "fix" the issues, and raise the price. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

I worked with James Duncan for weeks trying to find the right first truck. I wanted something reliable, with 4x4 capability, that didn't cost me an arm and a leg! Not only was James patient with all me and all my need but he was super helpful and hard working the whole way. He never gave up the search for the right vehicle for me. When we finally found it he wasn't pushy or over bearing, I could trust he was an honest guy. He has even kept in contact with me to make sure I am still happy and satisfied. They rest of the staff we just as caring and helpful and the receptionist Brie was one of the biggest delights! Down to earth dealership.

I had made an appointment and at that time told them I had a tire sensor out and it needed to be fixed .and said at the time I had ext warranty. I repeated the same at the appointment and told them witch one it was.so you think they would have fixed it.no.she said when the truck was ready for me .they didn't replace it because they had to phone for the warranty .ya think! So I will have to set up another appointment for a other day.it costs about $50. In gas to my home and back. It's a 1 1/ 4 hour drive one way. I'm not impressed.

Not overly impressed by the service, Went in with an issue with my suv Specifically told them what the issue was , get told it wasn't the issue an they couldn't recreate the issue, they did a great job at fixing a manifold leak which ended up costing $980.00 , none the less didn't fix the issue with the AWD system , ended up calling mad as hell they offered 30mins free then would charge me after that , ended up just ordering the part myself an replacing what I said needed to be replaced and boom no more issues so thanks guys for busting the bank ???? lost yourself a customer

Went in to the dealership looking for used vehicle. I told Kayla the requirements I needed on a vehicle and the price range I had to stay within. She mentioned 6 vehicles they had on their lot that were all around that price range and a couple that were way lower. A few test drives and about 45 minutes later she worked me out a great deal on 2012 Ram with less than 100k on it, and 30 minutes later drove it home. Great service and personal experience! I'm adding an extra star because she deserves it!

Sales person was good. Truck I looked at (2006 dodge mega cab) shouldn't have been on the road. The steering was so sloppy it was a fight to keep it on the road and yet i was told its wear was within tolerances. Also the inside of the truck was filthy and yet its been on the lot for 6 months.

I was very impressed with the inventory and we found the perfect RAM 1500 Limited with an Ecodiesel. Fantastic! The service team at Bill Howich Chrysler did a great job on my vehicle. I have an import(BMW) that needed an alignment, and a local tire shop refused the job (in not so many words). I was recommended to visit Bill Howich Chrysler. Tyler at the counter was great at explaining what and how things needed to be done and Jim, the technician did an amazing 4 wheel alignment. Terrible experience today at Bill Howich. Drove over an hour and a half to come here for them to try and sell me a car that was unsafe for the road, a used car that was priced at 7,000$ that wouldn’t hit 2,000$ on the private market. Spoke to the manager and we were extremely disappointed with his response. He explains he would sell it to the next person for 6,500$. Buyer beware. Bring a licensed mechanic with you. Be prepared to be belittled by the management. They lack respect and completely waste your time. The mechanic that I had with me knew more about the car in the first 5 minutes than what they’ve known about it since they got it 4 months ago. There were critical parts missing on the motor, and yet it still passed the “Bill Howich inspection”. My mechanic touched the back bumper and it almost fell off as it was held on by zap straps. I was prepared to drive away a happy customer but instead I was told by management that “everyone has different expectations”. The salesman that we were directly dealing with at the time was great help and gladly admitted that the car has issues. He was very honest about his lack of knowledge of the car once we arrived . However this establishment lacks true leadership in the way of management and not an apology was made for wasting our evening. No compensation for the hassle. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle anywhere but here, as you will drive away with more problems than you came in with.

Took my truck in for oil change. They charged me for my warranty oil change even though it’s supposed to be covered and no charge. They informed me I needed brakes done for $1200. I was suspicious so I decided to bring truck into my red water ab dealership as I was heading back to Alberta. Turns out I have 50% left on front and back brakes! No need to replace thanks Redwater!

Thought this place would be as great as other jeep dealerships but was sadly surprised at the lack of interest shown with an ongoing problem. The service department needs to be educated on different warranties and taught to maybe take a few minutes and actually read over the policy. This gentleman was not interested in helping us with our issue he didnt even look at our paperwork he saw the top line and said Nope! We dont work with these types. I was vacationing with the family and after making a stop at the grocery store the truck started to act up. Tried to replace the battery and things just got worse. I called the service department and spoke with Adam, I asked if there was any trick to try and help get me back on the road and he said no. It had to come in to be looked at. As twas the end of the day and the family was uneasy, the decision was made to tow the truck in. After several follow up phone calls, including after describing the vehicle, he still called me back the next morning to ask me "what type of vehicle is it" as the fob wasn't working so he couldn't get the flashing lights as an indicator. A day and a half later, and some research on our own, I spent an hour and a half picking up some tools and getting myself to the dealership, to then fix the issue in 20 minutes. I could tell when they picked up my keys for me, from the back office, it wasn't a priority to them. You could of been the savour of what was turning into a terrible experience on vacation, and now you just added to it as we had a $250 tow bill... for nothing. Your "hey buddy" attitude might work for some. But I can tell you, your anything but my buddy. Update: while I appreciate the fact someone has posted that they would contact me regarding my experience. Nobody has. It's all for show to make it seem like they want to fix the problem but the fact is they haven't followed up. They haven't tried to contact me to correct this traumatic event that was experienced. They just want everyone to think they have. Typical experience

Bought my first car post bankruptcy from them and, during COVID. They were very helpful and even drove 45 minutes out to me to show me the car. I gave them a 4 star rating because I did have an issue with the suspension just a couple of weeks after my purchase and had to argue my point to get it fixed, but in the end they fixed it, installed my summer tires and even lent me an office while I was there so that I may have a zoom meeting in private while I waited... all this at no cost. If I could give a -star review I would. My 17 year old son purchased a vehicle from this company. He saved for a year to buy it for himself. After driving it for only a month it broke down. We brought it back and they apparently “fixed” it. The next day it broke down to the point he could drive it..... Had it towed and sat broken down while I tried to get through to this company to have them repair this new to him truck. After zero help from Bill Howich Chrysler I took it to a different body shop to repair. $1,265 later my son finally had a safe truck to driver. New radiator, brakes, rotors, front tie rod and a wheel alignment was done. DO NOT PURCHASE VEHICLES FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL HAVE ZERO SUPPORT ONCE YOU LEAVE THE LOT.

I would highly recommend Bill Howich Chrysler to anyone looking for a vehicle. I was in an accident with my 2010 Ram 1500 and needed to replace it. I wanted the exact same truck as I'd had because my family and I survived an accident that could have been much worse if it weren't for the safety features of the truck. I was told they didn't have what I was looking for but they could see if it was at another dealership and would bring it in for me. I hadn't even had time to get a coffee and was told they found a truck that was exactly what I wanted. They brought the truck in for me that night and I came in the next day to sign the papers. There were no hidden costs added anywhere and when I did have a question the sales manager happily came and explained it to me. Before I left I decided I wanted a few extras added on to the truck, the service and parts department were very accommodating and worked around my schedule to fit everything in. Was told the noise was normal, and was provided with a sheet of recommend speeds for each gear. There is no reason to take your vehicle here when there a way better dealership half an hour south, don't waste your time with these clowns.
